Device Information - ExtROM version unavaible

Please help...
I've been upgrading and downgrading from WM5 to 2003, respectively. I've also upgraded my ROM version to 1.13.00.
I'm looking under Device Information and it shows:
ROM version: 1.40.00 WWE
ROM date: 03/10/05
Radio version: 1.13.00
Protocol version: 1337.42
ExtROM version: (blank)
I'm not sure why my ExtROM is missing if I missed a step while going back and forth from different windows mobile versions.
Please help. Thank you.

you should have a ms_.nbf file in your upgrade dir, if not then you won't get the extended rom

take care the 10th step, you should set the size for Extended ROM as 16348 (to copy file ms_.nbf later)
follow and finish this step (included A and B).

I had the original, but I installed this radio version my phone doesn´t ring.

well buddy you don't need original rom you just need to revert to a wm6 radio. The radio you have is NOT FOR wm6. Click on the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=393182 and download a wm6 radio from there and flash to your device.

Version of the Official ROM and Manilla ?

Does anyone know what is the version of the Official Rom and also from the Manilla that comes with official rom??

Don't think so, i think it will be 1.39.405.2

How can i update Radio Version???

Questions to those China users. Can you guys opal displays Chinese character. If yes, can I know what you are using and what are the necessary applications for the opal to display Chinese Character.
My original Opal ROM was initially able to display Chinese character, but after flashing to Jagan's ROM, the Opal now is unable to displays Chinese character.
