I was wondering if it is possible to connect my TP to my PC and use it as a microphone (for Gamespeak, Ventrillo etc).
Perhaps there is software which enables this?
I tried and search through the internets including this forum to no avail.
yeah, try ateksoft webcamera plus
I tried that software once, I'm going to try it again soon. I never got it to work. Anyone here with any tips?

I have a Sipix Pocket Printer A6. Since upgrading to WM2003, I seem to be unable to use it with my XDA via IR. Does anyone have a similar experience and/or solution? Could it be that I need new updated drivers, and if so is there a place I can download them?
As usual, your useful comments are highly appreciated.
i have the same printer, and it works fine!
at first i had the same problem too, not sure how it got fixed...
but make sure IR auto-receive is off.
if that dont work, try pocketprintce.
email me if still cant fix it.
I can't seem to pair my Touch Diamond with my MacBook Pro running 10.5, they can't see each other via bluetooth at all no matter which side initial the search. I wonder if there is anyone came across the same situation and have a solution or any ideas what may went wrong.
I have tried with the original stock rom and two different cooked rom, still no luck...
which sync software do you use on OS X ... i'm using "the missing sync 4.0.3" ... everything works fine
I just want to pair them with bluetooth and use PAN to use my data connection.
Any idea?
Do you want to use the data connection of your Mac? I only was able to use the data connection of my diamond via Bleutooth-PAN. The other way around seems to have an issue.
I have posted this question also to the discussion forum at apple.

About pairing both (Mac and Diamon) this works for me (MBPro OS X 10.5.4). Have you enabled the "visibility" of both devices during pairing?
Hi,
Its possible to use the Diamond as an internet modem with OSX.
I had tried to get this to work for the last couple of weeks.
It really depends on your bluetooth dongle. I had success with Cambridge Silicon based chipsets. I had a Belkin one and another generic one which didn't work.
You need to pair it from within OSX. You'll know its successful when it displays an option for joining bluetooth PAN after pairing. You'll have an option to "Join Network" under the paired device submenu in the OSX Bluetooth menu.
Once its done, all you need to do is start ICS on ur Diamond and select Bluetooth PAN, than Connect. After that, select "Join Network" on ur Mac and off you go!.
You can also connect the diamond to the USB port for power.
I tried USBModem which didnt work.
My laptop is an Acer 5570 hackintosh. Hope this helps.

Probably a stupid question but have you ticked the box on the Diamond that says "Make this device visible to other devices"?
It can be found under Communications - Settings menu - Bluetooth
and it's on the Mode tab.

I can pair my diamond with my iMac ONLY if I disable TF3D!
I use Eltima SyncMate (epert edition) to sync and it's working great.
Only if I leave TF3D on the driver on the diamond will crash.
Luckely it's quite simple to disable TF3D n a few clicks.
(Start>settings>home>unselect TF3D>[OK])
Eltima has updated their drivers.
It works now:
Syncing (folders, contacts, mail etc etc) while TF3D is running
There are a few solutions available in case you have not already solved the problem:
The free part of SyncMate works well for contacts and calendar and supports internet sharing
http://mac.softpedia.com/progDownload/SyncMate-Download-28111.html
I am running OS X on Dell 1525 with Bluetooth Internet sharing with HTC Diamond, and syncing contacts and calendar with SyncMate with USB Bluetooth as a matter of routine.
Hi All
After looking at this amazing application - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427097 - I decided to install it, works great if im using the USB wire. But my problem is that Vista wont find my Diamond to connect it to a PAN, ive followed the information on that guide.
Ive tweaked my registry, ive also ran WM6BTPAN which doesnt seem to do much.
Ive also checked my MSI Btoes drivers on my pc. Im running Vista 32bit Business and its find actually pairing with my Diamond, but when it comes to actually setting up the pan, I just get that screen (image attached).
Anyone else having this problem?? or even better anyone else know how to fix this?
Thanks
I got the same problem with xp, too.
I have an Belkin USB adapter and I even started the bluetooth network from the pc with the Belkin software... and in "network connections", the icon looks like it has a connection, but the computer isn't receiving any packages (just sending packages).
So what do I have to do so my Vario IV will connect?
...
I just found out that there is no connection between my Vario Iv and my PC:
I turned my bluetooth on my phone off and let the PC connect with the bluetooth network and it says it's connected.
So, if anyone has an anwser to this problem, please help us.
Thx
Hi,
Does someone know any program for WM 6.1 where you can call with youre mobile on your pc when there is a connecting between youre pc and WM phone?
On this moment I use My Mobiler to controll my phone on my pc but I miss a function on it for calling so the sound and microphone will be used on my pc.
That would be very nice and handy!!
Thanks in advanced!
Ricky
The only way I'd see to have sound is to use a PC with bluetooth, and on the phone set the PC as being a "headset".
Hi,
That doesnt work in my case...
I can only file transfer and do some networking functions.
My pc can not function as a headset.
Thanks!
Well, AFAIK the phone audio path in WM-based phones does not go through the PDA part, so there's no way to hack into it by software via network or whatever.
I don't see another solution. Maybe you can try changing the Bluetooth stack on your PC with the Widcomm or Bluesoleil ones for example, as those support headset profiles.
Thanks for that info.
Than I will try it with an other bleutooth stick and hope it will work!
Just to make sure, I mentioned "stack" not "stick". I.e the bluetooth software on the PC, not the hardware dongle. The dongle should be fine in any case.
Ohw.... I was already installing another stick.
Wich software ie do you mean then?
I am installing the Sitecom software now, is that what you mean?

Never heard about that. But I gave 2 examples in my above post.
Ok, I thought that where the dongles.
I will figure it out somehow, thanks!
I've never tried making a call through your phone through your PC but for bluetooth internet sharing file transfer and a few other things bluesoleil has worked great for me
Hi guys,
I have an rather annoyning issue and I would like to have your advice...
In fact following a minor accident (fall from 50 cm on a wooden floor) the touch functionality was lost (the screen is fully normal but does not react to touching). :crying:
Just to be 100% sure I reflashed stock rom via Flashtool, but no fix... apparently it's a hardware issue.
So now either I must return it to Sony and ask for repair (and I suppose most probably they will ask me to pay) or try to open it using the service manual and check the connectors...
Do you think I have any chance with the second option? Has anybody of you already openened a xperia T? Is is feasible or I shouldn't try at all?
Thanks,
kosmepe
it can be opened, there are tutorial videos on you tube, just search for them.
However, before you do that try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39920703&postcount=11
I lost touch screen capability before and this process fixed it. However, this was a software issue and 99% certain yours is hardware, but before you open up the T try it, it cant hurt.

Thank you for the answer... but I don't think this is possible anymore. Since I reflashed stock rom, the usb debugging in OFF (by default) and so I cannot connect anymore via adb!

try connecting an external mouse using a USB OTG cable to enable USB Debugging again
I could use that even when the touch screen was not working. USB OTG cables are only a couple of quid and it may save you a lot of heartache...
