radio version : 01.04.10
protocal version : 4.0.13.17
extromversion : 1.3.2.103
it came from holland now i want to install english language i try to install this ver K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship
but it gives me error

Look at Diamond ROM development
First install Hard-SPL OliNex:1.40. Then install that WWE rom you want or an other rom!

HardSPL is required to upgrade. What issues are you having?
I us (Topaz-HardSPL V5- 1.83) for hardspl.but not worked
What software us for Hardspl?
