Here is the OEM package extracted from the WWE rom. You can create a cab yourself.

Hmz the USBTOPC did not work on Xperia.
And the USBToPCPopUp was still the old one (Sync+Internet Sharing)
Is this cab the USB TO PC or USBTOPCPOPUP? Or Both??
If both could you make just the popup one?

I use the Attachment from 2nd Post and made a cab only.
If I am at home a make a new one from my kitchen.

Hope it works now. Only PopUp Part from the zip above.
The one from my kitchen is german that means that I must use the one from the zip above.

These files are copyed to the windows directory in my cab.
The last thing I can do is to download a wwe rom for HTC TD and extract the files in there and try this one.
But you have to wait cause I am now at work.

OK; this is the second version (the first version was VGA; this one is WVGA) of this cab that I have found that has two main problems - the font is not consistent with the OOB UI for the popup (which is annoying), and all the Internet Sharing option does is launch the Internet Sharing app, which I must then still click "Connect" on... which is even more annoying. Does anyone know where to find a link to a CAB that simply restores the functionality we see in the newer ROMs?

Looks nice, but these files look like they are coming straight out of my Molski.Biz_Dutch_Spell_Check CAB file , and you miss 1 file, the autocorrect.txt file.

I took the files and regkey from McCunes post:

And made a cab from it.
Didn't notice a missing autocorrect.txt, works for me though.

Did think a saw it before somewhere
It does not works on the WMXL V2 ..
works on the Touch HD too, just shows a blank when selecting the T9 language but otherwise fine.
I believe this one was posted before WM6.0
So I am a bit surprised it still works.

Otherwise grab the newer files (like in the cab) from an dutch device with a new ROM, and remake the cab and post that one.

I uncompress the first one but .nbh disappeared few seconds after.

hum... i just this rom. it is not fast as current cooked roms or official roms listed here. maybe because it is still beta. the interface is very good, i like it. but the application launch is a bit slow, generally take 1 or 1.5 seconds. screen would freeze up sometimes. current wm 6.1 roms can launch apps instantly.
I am just flashing now my device: I'm really curious to check the new user interface also in CHS.
I am also wondering the reason because it's still a beta1 when this new 6.5 should be really coming...

I installed it yesterday spb mobile shell works fine in english
but camera and video do not work on this rom error to open camera exe
I will flash back to my cooked rom
Unzip the file -- copy then run the 2 cab files on your phone
copy the shellres.96.dll.0409.mui to your windows folder on the phone
and soft reset ................. gone will be that ugly-ass windows flag and the Vista orb will be there. Looks much nicer.

You're probably using windows Vista. You need to set it to show all files.
Also you can copy the mui onto your storage card, then move it from there to the windows folder on the phone.

im useing the wing with the same processor and all... and when i copy and paste the file into my windows folder, nothing happens.. i soft reset, did the standard restart.. connected to the internet.. and nothing.. are you able to help me with it? maybe another way around it. .. thank you!!

Did you run both .cab files?
i did this a wile back when i had 6.1 and it work perfect but now i have 6.5 i instaled both cabs and put the dll in windows softreset and i didnt seem to fit the orb was messed up and my service bars were overlaped by the wifi indicator weird problem lol so i had to revert back to stock any suggestions what i did wrong? im useing justhome v10

to make the usb to popup work with the mass storage option, cook your rom and make the following reg BUILT-IN and use another usbtopc.exe from hd or touch pro 2. Of course don't forget the usbtopcpopup !!! making a reg and importing it will not work

heres a cab of the reg
and installing the cab and a soft reset will work if the custom rom you have has the new usb to pc from tp2 or d2 so it should work right away from the cab on itjes rom

I've even tried installing this CAB file, and using Wm5torage, result is the same - computer didn't detected any disk drive...
I have been experiencing with a couple roms which use the latest beta builds of WM 6.5 that if you turn off the phone, then everytime you turn it on again: Then the user has to re-allign the screen everytime.
Has anyone an idear on howto fix this?
Can you check if you have a shortcut to the alignment executable in Startup folder?

In the settings folder I find the screen alligment function. If I select screen!
