changing the dialpad skin in kauser

i want to replace my dialpad in the kaiser but every skin im installing wont change anything what should i do or where can i get some new skin for my kaiser that can be installed

Keyboard skin WM6.1

Hey guys!
This is not a biggy, i want to change my keyboard skin from the crystal blue, to crystal green. When i install it (.cab) it still gives me the blue keyboard?
Im on C_Shekhar's WM6.1 ROM the b version!

(Does WM 6 use a different cab or something??)

i also want customize the color of my keyboard, can it be done?

im running Vista so i cant use Wince cab mnager to create CAB file..but i will see if i can do it on bro's pc

Aah it is registry values for certification check. You can run that using any registry editor. Even by using Dotfred's TaskManager. I have created a cab for yhose who are not comfortable with registry editors...

I tried this tips on my PDA-ETEN X650 With WM6.1 from Pdaviet V03, after that soft reset.....and still the same ugly keyboard....can you help me?

anyone have the cab file for the dialer thats in hyperdragons new rom? my friend saw my dialer in the rom and he wants it

i would really love to see this too. its called PhoneCanvas. i have the OEM but i dont know what registry keys i would need to make it a cab...

All the registry keys needed should be in the RGU file. I think it needs more then the PhoneCanvas though, probably the _409 folder along with some other .dll's to work properly.
Just my two cents.!

yeah i made a cab and it doesnt install. maybe i should put whatever is the in _409 folder...

canvas are just a part of it.
could u post screenshots or links to PICs of that dialer?

If its the dialler in the screenshots for HyperDragon Manila2D version its the opal dialler and its a bit more complicated than just a skin coz there are sliding menus and a slider for ignoring the call.

I've been looking for this cab also. I had the Hyperdragon rom but I couldn't get my MMS working so I switched to NATF 2.2 and it's been great. I just would like a different dialer than the standard ATT one.

check these dlls and if it's the same, will give u list of reg & bmps to grab

ok, that's just phone canvas. you will need at last those 2 other.
i would search through all rgus on phone for Smart Dialing and VideoTelephony. but it's not worth the time when there already is oem.

Here's Opal Phone Canvas (Dialer 2G) tested on Romeos 4.6.0
I've started fresh, and had problems installing my cab it with phcanOverBMP.dll included even when it's not installed on the ROM.
So I've made two cabs one with it included one without, if you have phcanOverdmp.dll installed, you should be able to rename it and copy the new one over the top. Then install the cab with it missing.
If somebody knows how to fix the cab with it included, could you please fix it as i'm not sure what to do.

Edit: I cannot not uninstall it for some reason.

I'm guessing the reason it doesn't uninstall is that the dll's the the cab are in use and windows can't remove them while they are loaded.

Ring and Vibrate Stops
I love this dialer but installed on Hyperdragon III (see my signature) and lost volume and vibrate. Plus, I wasn't able to uninstall it. had to do a hard reset to get them back. Am I alone with this?

Any chance of a black skin version of this?

P.S. Re-confirmed: cannot be uninstalled, u need to hard reset to change it.

had same issue. and it didn't matter if it was installed before or after any other customizations were made.

I'm sort getting tried of all the hard reset's that I've done in the last few days and it seems to work fine on my Romeos 4.6.0 apart from the dialpad sounds, but they are not included in the phonecanvas package so I removed them from the cabs.

thanks for the effort! might be a manila issue and won't work unless cooked in. I love the dialer but if I can't hear the phone ring, defeats the purpose of the phone (and all the cool ringtones I've created! )

[Theme/Req]Can I have a normal black 14 tabs theme plz?

I've seen so many great theme on this forum and i wanted to try them all. However, I'm a very simple guy with a lot of expectation and I like the original black theme, but I want a full tabs theme.
I searched around, but found nothing except for GODZSON's 14 tabs theme... but no picture, so I can't really tell which to download.
So I was wondering if anyone seen a 14 or 15 tabs theme around... with the original black theme?

Cant you just use NATF's current Roms and then use TF3D Config to add/ remove tabs???

Thought of that, but I don't like the transparent background of the tabs... and most of the time, installing a new theme solves a lot of problems for me... beside there's only 10 tabs in v4.1

Here's the files to make any theme 14 tabs. Install the cab file will give you calendar, commMgr, and call history. I didn't make the cab, just passing it along. The other manila file has the edit for the sounds tab added to it. Just copy it into windows AFTER installing cab.

Transparent tab background can be fixed with the attached cab.

im using NATF 4.1 and those cab's crashed my tf3d, it's not loading anymore..
i followed exactly the instructions you specified.
luckily after uninstalling it's fixed and is now working again.
i'd recommend having alot of CARE when installing these.

Unfortunatelly this has crashed my TF3D (MDA Vario IV)

Request: Black Skin For Default E-mail

Good morning,
I have lots of programms now and for almost everything I have found nice black skins. But the only white screens I got is if I go to settings (nothing can be done here I quess) and when I am opening my e-mail. Now for the last one I hope there might be some skins for. Does any one know? I searched already over here, but could not find anything usefull. I just want to have my e-mail in a black skin. I know there is profimail, I tried this for a week or so, but I like the default outlook mailbox better...

After SPB MS I am back to Wisbar Advance Desktop and have there my themes. But for the general device I did not know there is a black theme too. I am using WM6.1 on Xperia X1, with net cf 3.5
Is there a black skin for my phone than? If so, can give me the link to the cabfile and some screenshots? Thanks a lot!

Which version of WM you have?
For 6.5.x you can find a link in my signature (should also work for Wm6.5, but there may be some bugs)
