It is available for WVGA-devices as JAVA-game. Got it myself. The game itself isn't a new one by the way (the JAVA-game is as old as the PC-game, and maybe a bit older). Sadly it is not native WVGA; it has got these ugly looking Softkeys on the bottom of the screen.
Since it is not so simple to find good VGA games in the ocean of the internet, i want to point you all to this list of VGA game collected by cktlcmd, an HTC Athena owner.
Since both Raphael and Athena are VGA, i have started trying some of them: they are all working flawlessly!!!

Play as kratos from God of war , your quest now is to make it to the top of the tower avoiding all the enemies along the way. Great graphics, tough challenge,and awesome soundtrack. Works on all windows mobile wvga devices.Can you make it to the top of the tower?????

Just thought I would let everyone know that the newest version of Robo Defense now supports larger screens and much better graphics. This is my favorite game on my Evo but never fit the screen on the Gtab until now. I use Dropbox to copy my robodefense.bak file between devices to keep my achievements synced.
That is great to hear I love RoboDefense! Now only if Hex Defense would start to work.
