Just follow the tutorial. You do not need to flash a new radio if you just wanna have another OS ROM.
The Diamond ROM forum has many ROMs, most of them are "Sticky" on top. Some are with WinMo 6.1, some with WinMo 6.5. See http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=430

Hi ppl, im a newbie in this forum.
I have brought a Qtek 9090, and i have Windows Mobile 2003SE on my Qtek.
I need to find a ROM of Windows Mobile 2003SE (included on my qtek), becouse i will try to put WM5 or WM6 and, i need to have a backup of original ROM (Windows Mobile 2003) if i dont like the WM5 or WM6.
Anybody can help me? I search the internet but all links are broken, i really need my original ROM before upgrade, to downgrade if i dont like.

Hello everybody,
I'm going to give my P3600 back to the support service to have it fixed (as usual the black paint is peeling out very quickly from the bottom and the side). My phone is unbranded and I can't find the original ROM I downloaded from the HTC web site.
Do you know where I can find the original italian ROM for HTC p3600?
Anybody have it?
And also I've done so many upgrades (tryed almost all the ROM in this Forum!)... is there anyway a specific guide for a safe downgrade?

My friend asked me to change UI language on his T-Mobile MDA Vario III from german to english. I think that I have to "upgrade" it to HTC WWE rom? The problem is that I cannot download rom upgrade from HTC.com, because this is T-Mobile device, and I don't have "HTC" S/N. But there is already some HTC rom in device:

1.27.12.32

Could anybody give me link for HTC rom for Kaiser, please?

I've used hardSPL and HTC WWE rom update:

where can i find an complete german 6.5 ROM for HTC Touch Diamond. Maybe an o2 ROM or an orginal.

There are no official 6.5 ROMS and also no german ones.
You probably need to wait a couple more weeks before you can update you phone with a german 6.5 ROM.

Hello i am new here.
But i got a question i got last week a htc touch diamond vodafone nl unlocked with vodafone unlock code.
System information.
Hardspl olinex 1.40
rom 1.97.172.4 NLD
radioversion: 1.08.25.08
Hardspl 1.40 flash is succesfull and good installed.
The rom is not so fast and the pink is ugly.
but i want a new rom if i install a new rom do i need to get a new unlock code or can i just use that one again?
If i can use it again after installing a new rom, which rom can i use for best?
or which upgrade is good for my htc?
