I don't understand russian and can you tell me step by step
HOW TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE ON HTC ?
please can you say to me STEP BY STEP
and i don't understand different software and computernames so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you tell me in easy language ?

You need to read the wiki how to change the rom and in your case select a dutch rom.
The only other way is to change the TFD language to dutch but that will keep
the rest in Russian.

Well I think you just need to go to wiki which is in my signature
how to change language italian to english. in my WM 6.1 i open my setting and i cant found change language.. but i see only change location.. can you give me some links and tutorials to do that.. thanks in advance..
you can't only way is to flash it with a wwe ( world wide english) rom to replace the ita rom

Unless the developer of LightJB includes it, you cannot find/use Arabic language... So you can ask or post a request on his thread..
Wait for my ROM, I am trying to add Arabic and a few other languages BUT if only I knew how to do it, I would have done it by now...
