UPDATE:
1.Consolidated all theming files and screen-shots into this post for easier access.
2. Added 11 more files to the theme and cab packages including a working manila Internet Globe. No xml file to edit anymore.
3.Added LongPressEndKey Skin as an add-on cab.
4.Added cab or zip choice for manila globe

TF3D_HTC_Black-w-Blue_v1.theme
I used the "HTC_Black_v1.93_1.2b.theme" as my base and just patched my files and tsk file to it. The way I learned to install themes via Diamond_Config was to always reset to the stock theme first before applying a new theme and it seems to work well that way. The only problem I encountered was the need to change to a different Today theme and then Back to the Black-w-Blue_r2.tsk theme after it was installed. I'm not sure if that was just a problem for me with all my test themes I have on my device or not. So if you end up with a gray background on the "Start Menu" drop-down after installation, just pick a different Today theme and back again and all should be fine. You don't have to reboot when changing Today themes.
To use, extract the .theme file and copy to your device where you can find it. Then install using Diamond TF3D Config version 0.6.7
Download Here
1. Eidolen TF3D_Manilla_BlueHighlights_Patcher_r2
This will overwrite the 50+ files in your windows directory that have green in them. It also correctly sets the colors under HKLM\Software\HTC\Phone to give you blue highlights when using the dialer. Lastly it sets colors under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Color to"try" to set the proper system colors but it will depend on what Today theme you have installed. If for some reason you don't like the results you can just change your Today theme to something else and back again and it will be back to what you are used to. Otherwise you might want to try one of Today themes I made specifically to go with this cab.
This is for people already using an HTC Black theme and just want to change the Highlights to Blue. If you are using the Diamond Config Tool then you should use the theme package from above.
Download HERE
2. Eidolens_Black-w-Blue.tsks.zip
There are 4 Today themes here that vary from a very basic no frills black with blue highlights, to more elaborate themes that take advantage of the gradient support and uses a wider variety of colors for message pop-ups. They are so easy to change out that if you find something you don't like in one, just try the next. If you are a true "Blue" freak you may want to try Microsoft's free theme called Dark. It will give you deep blue 3D bars and blue highlights throughout. It was a little much for me but it does match very well with my blue highlight patch. Look at the screen-shots of the main theme for a preview of Black-w-Blue_r2.tsk.

3. Eidolen PocketCM_DarkDiamondII03VGA_Blue_Patch.cab
This is just for people that are using PocketCM with this exact theme. I couldn't stand having blue everywhere and then green in my contacts. This makes no changes other than overwriting the 17 files that have green in them in the default directory. "Program Files\PocketCM\Dark Diamond II 0.3 VGA" Check out the authors thread HERE for program info and font package.

Eidolen_Manila_Globe_BluBlk.zip
Eidolen Manila_Internet_Globe_BluBlk.cab
This turned out to be more difficult than anything else I've themed so far. I've found that most themes address this by editing one of the xml files and call the images that way, effectively bypassing the original manila file. It works that way but is horribly slow to load every time you scroll to the Internet tab. I was finally able to figure out how to edit the manila file directly so now you can have the graphic load at stock speeds if not quicker as the file size is actually smaller now.
You can read about it HERE if you'd like to edit your own instead of the ones I supplied here. I'm posting both a cab and zip. Just install cab as usual or extract the 2 manila files from the zip directly into your windows folder on your device.
Download Cab HERE
Download Zip HERE
Eidolens_LongEndKey_Transparent_Skin.cab
I created a new skin for the HTC Long Press End Key App since it was out of place with every theme I've seen for TF3D. I must admit that my inspiration was from a dialer I found and liked. All the credit for the design should go to that author. His thread can be found HERE
The cab is very straight-forward as it only replaces the actual png files in your windows directory and makes no other modifications. I would imagine this should work for any VGA HTC device that has the LongPressEndKey app installed. The install will prompt you to reboot after install and I highly recommend doing so.

NOTES:
1.If you want the IPC Dialer that is in the screen-shots for the main theme, you can find it HERE

looks realy good.

Blue Globe Addons
UPDATE: Found a way to avoid using this method. New cab and zip listed in first post. Will leave files attached though I can't think why any would want them.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm still quite new and am learning as I go. I never tested the globe before posting so I apologize for that. After much research I found out that there are a few ways to handle "skinning" the globe. For now in the patch I am removing it all together as I have not found a way to skin it directly using the stock .qtc method. The alternative is to modify the file that calls the stock file, and redirect it to one of our choosing. The problem here is that turns out to be different files depending if you have a AT&T Fuze or not. (There may be others but I have no way of knowing for sure.) So I made a blue globe patch for both types just to be safe. They are very basic patches consisting of 3 files each. 2 are the selected and non_selected pictures and the xml/manilla file.
The Up side to this method is you can swap out you globe pictures easily at will at anytime by overwriting the .png files in your windows directory with pictures of the same size and names. The Down side is it takes a good bit longer to load up which is why I didn't put them in the updated patch and made them optional addons. I didn't try loading smaller files to time the loading so you my get better results with a more optimized, less elaborate pictures. Not really sure.
Here's the code for both cabs:
Eidolen TF3D_Blue_Globe.cab (Windows\27c65cbd_manila)
Eidolen TF3D_Blue_Globe_FUZE.cab.cab / (\Application Data\Manila\InternetPortal-en-US.xml)
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?>
<InternetPortal>
<IncludeUserFavorites>True</IncludeUserFavorites>
<Banner
DefaultImagePath="\Windows\qiu.png"
SelectedImagePath="\Windows\sqiu.png"
Text="Launch Opera Mobile Browser"
NavigateUrl="http://www.google.com"
Width="480"
Height="215" />
<OperatorLinks>
<Link
Text="YouTube"
Executable="\windows\youtube.exe"
ImagePath="\Windows\HTC\Assets\Images\InternetPortal\youtube.qtc" />
</OperatorLinks>
</InternetPortal>
The code is identical for both, but there are called by different files. I have tried the Fuze cab without any problem but have no way to test the other. If there are any problems I'll see what I can do but it really should work. If it doesn't it shouldn't be a problem trying the other. Especially since you've already backed up your files. Right?
I'm sorry about the dialer problem. It's hard for me to test the exact problem you are having as my base themes have always been black. If you used the dialer I posted, that wasn't my making so I can't help you with that. Try searching the forums for the cab name and see if others have had the same trouble. The only thing my cabs did was to change some color settings for the phone screen to set the highlight blue. Those setting don't deal with transparency or graphics at all. Let me know what you find.
Cheers,
Eidolen
TF3D Config Blue Highlights Theme
UPDATE: Get new version in first post.
Well I gave it a shot. I used the "HTC_Black_v1.93_1.2b.theme" as my base and just patched my files and tsk file to it. I completely removed anything to do with the globe files until I can find a way to make it work on all devices. Until them you can try one of the addons I posted above.
The way I learned to install themes via Diamond_Config was to always reset to the stock theme first before applying a new theme and it seems to work well that way. The only problem I encountered was the need to change to a different Today theme and then Back to the Black-w-Blue_r2.tsk theme after it was installed. So if you end up with a gray background on the "Start Menu" drop-down after installation, just pick a different Today theme and back again and all should be fine. You don't have to reboot when changing Today themes.
If there are any problems I'll do my best to sort them out.

Eidolen
To use, extract the .theme file and copy to your device where you can find it. Then install using Diamond TF3D Config version 0.6.7
Update: Put .theme file inside zip instead of having to rename like before. Sorry for those who experienced trouble.
Hi Eidolen,
i my be a bit stupid, but how to install the TF3D_HTC_Black-w-Blue.zip after renameing it with Diamond config? Where do I have to copy the file to. Storage Card?Sorry to bother you, but I really would like to know the How To ? THANK YOU, Mike911

Hi Mike911,
To use .theme files you need a program called "Diamond Config Tool". This program allows you to swap themes out instead of having to install them manually. The program can be found HERE. You should read up thoroughly before attempting to change themes. Once you feel comfortable enough to try it you need to download the file I listed here and rename the ".zip" extension to ".theme". At that point you should copy the file over to your phone somewhere easy to find. Then open up Diamond Config Tool and go to the second tab labeled "Appearance" This is where you will be able to select themes.
I can't stress enough that you should fully understand what you are doing and back up all your files before trying any of this. Themes should not damage you device but they can make things difficult if something goes wrong like not being able to read text if the font color is the same as the background color, and so on. There are plenty of good guides around and some tremendous themes to try out once you get going. I also recommend doing a search on YouTube for Diamond Config Tool and TF3D as watching someone do it makes it alot easier than just reading about it.
Hope that helps you out some.
Cheers,
Eidolen
I think I understand mike911's question, as I'm prolly experiencing the same problem...
Namely, I've downloaded the .zip file, renamed it with the ".theme" extension and copied it tom my phone's storage card. Launching the Diamond Config Tool and browsing to the appropriate location, DCT cannot locate the file. It does see another one that I've previously installed, but not yours...
P.S.: Figured it out: Rename the file with the ".theme" extension during the "Save To:" portion of the download...! Works a treat.
Thanks for the heads up. I didn't realize there would be a problem renaming it afterwards like that. Good catch! Now that I think about it I should have just put the theme file "Inside" a zip to start with. I will update the instructions and re-up the file properly.
Thanks Again,
Eidolen
cool m8, the blues way better than that horrid green so nice job on this 1 there thanks man
looks great, definite improvement over the stock ATT theme. When question, is it possible to add tabs and/or keep the ATT tab? I actually use a couple of the ATT bloat progs and I've seen a really nice stock ticker tab (I think mobilematt's 14 tab fuzeberry theme has it) that would be great to add. I really like what you've done and am enjoying the change, just hoping for some potential enhancements in the future.
Hi Eidolen, thanks for your quick answer.I will try it the way you mentioned above. Thanks for your help. Mike911
one prob i found with it was the phone screen i lost all me text it was in white and for some reasion i didnt see a call when it came in only when it was highlighted in the blue could i see the call
any idea why ???
@rattman8
I'm sorry you are having trouble. If I can get some information I'm sure we can figure out what's going on and fix it up. I need to know if you used the patch or the theme for starters. If you used the patch I need to know what theme you you were using if any. Also are you using any special dialer theme or possibly the one I posted? In case you need a quick fix I created a cab that will change the text color to gray for the dialer only. This way it should be seen on either a white or black background. We can still work on getting the exact colors you want but this should get you going for now.
@znutar
Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately I'm not advanced enough yet to manipulate which tabs are shown or hidden. I just used an existing theme file and changed the graphics to my liking. There may be a way to add the ATT tab back and if I run across the answer I will post it here. Until then you might want to use the programs tab and add your shortcuts to the programs that were previously on the ATT tab if you have any room left there.
There is one improvement I'd love to add but haven't researched it yet. When I tried to make to this theme I really wanted to get the 3D look on the top and bottom bars in glossy black. Apparently this is impossible to do with the existing Microsoft theming engine. You can get glossy 3D bars in any color other than solid white and solid black. Can read here for more information.) Well there is a program floating around here called GlossyBlackBars.exe that is supposed to overcome this limitation but I want to find out more before using it. I've read that some people have had trouble with it while others have used it without incident. If it doesn't eat up too much memory I may give it a shot. In any case it's easily found if others are interested.
Cheers,
Eidolen
@eidolen: I just first want to thank you for working on this theme. It's one of my favorites so far! Owning an AT&T Fuze, with the blue lighting and accents on the physical keyboard, just clashed like all get-out with the green accents of the stock HTC Black theme (which in itself is far more preferable to me than the AT&T theme)!
The only other theme I've found that I'm interested in for my Fuze would be this one:
...Which incidentally, I'm in love with, but it was created for Manila2D, not TF3D, so...
Im forced to use your version, but I've had some minor but ugly looking issues with it...
The main problem for me, is that no matter what I have tried, I cannot keep the blue/black start menu theme. It either reverts to a black text on white background (w/green highlight), or even the stock AT&T colors of black text on grey (w/orange highlight...bleh!). I've done days worth of reading on the forums and saw some info about changing certain reg settings with hex color codes and also differences between large and small menus, but none of them worked for me either...
Any ideas???
Hi Eidolen, I am a little stupid. I just used the wrong prog to set install the theme. Right now it works perfectly and I am rid of the dump green. Thanks a lot.
@stained-steel
I'm sorry you are having troubles. That sounds like the same problem I was having with the Microsoft Today themes. Did you happen to try the suggestion I posted in post #8? Try changing to a different Today theme like AT&T Tabbed, activate it, then go back and change to Black-w-Blue_r2. You do not need to reboot when changing Today themes so it would be quick to try. If that doesn't work I'd be inclined to think that you have some other software that is interfering with the Today settings. Are you using glossyblackbars or any other theming software?
I have no doubt we can sort this out but I need some more information if the above does not work. Did you use the patch and and one of the 4 Today themes I posted, or did you use the .theme file with Diamond Config Tool? If the patch, What exact theme were you running when you ran the patch? If you used the theme did you reset to the default theme before changing to mine? Any information you can give will help me help you.
I know how frustrating it is as I spent 2 days figuring out how and why to get the Microsoft theming engine to play nice with my TF3D theme. If anything at all manipulates the BaseHue setting then all bets are off. It really is a patched together system that need a complete overhaul IMHO, but that is another topic. Let me know how you make out and I'll check back later for your reply.
Cheers,
Eidolen
On another note I am working on skinning the Long_End_Key app. It was inspired by the IPC Dialer skin I found somewhere and posted in this thread. I didn't like that it was skinned completely different the rest of the phone right from the factory. Anyway I still have a ways to go but here's a preview.

CFC compressed version is available now! Thanks to Chainfire for that. What's CFC? Its a compression method for the tf3d image files that greatly reduces file size. The CFC cab and zip below also included a modified manila.exe and mode9.dll necessary for the cfc compressed files along with two other dlls and ALL manila image files compressed. CFC compression allows for quicker tf3d. The cab uninstalls the modified files if you don't like it. Standard version is still available for download as well below.
I've been working on making a blue base theme to use with different backgrounds. Except for backgrounds, I've modified or created all the image files that have changed from the ROMeOS base I started with(some are unchanged). I changed the clock to a transparent blue glass and the unselected icons are semi-transparent so that the background can be viewed through all. I've added the active clock and calendar icons for preview and selected views. Tabs that are enabled by default:
Home
People
Calendar
Messages
Email
Album
Music
Internet
Settings
Comm. Mgr
Call History
Programs
Weather
Sounds
I included 10 wallpapers in cab and zip file.

I'm working on some more interesting mods for the different panels, check next post
Here's a couple of screenshots of upcoming updates, first pic shows modded titlebar line by removing the carrier name and moving date to center. I enlarged the date, made it bold font, and increased font size. I also removed the callhistory and calendar parts since I don't use those. Second pic shows expanded email paper I'm working on, I like to see more of a preview than through the slit of the envelope. I also changed the text color to white on blue paper. The third pic I only increased font size of month and made it bold so it stood out a little more. I also enlarged all the selected icons in the tab bar, never made sense to me why it would be smaller than unselected icons.

WOw, u really got something going here! I love blue themes so much more over black. This clock would be awesome if also made transparent while keeping the blue accent to it! I usually put up annik nayler or mariza prince as my wallpaper but using this theme along with my wallpaper and this clock being transparent would be perfect!

kudos SHOWACO!
man, looks awesome showaco!! thanks a lot and i got my new theme
Hello there! Great theme I really like it.
I have run into some issues though whilst running this theme.
I installed it as detailed above and everything went well, every tab seems to work, and if I go to the Call History tab it works, but when I leave the Call History tab and return to any other tab, be it Home or Weather (for example) the entire TF3D seems to freeze up for a length of time and then it will finally go to the other tab (weather or home) a few minutes later. I will make and post up a video as an example!
Very interesting :-\!
Thanks!
Kewlj1313
the tabs are clear and on some screens it's hard to see because of the background image like in programs or internet tabs. Is there a way to make it so you can't see through the tabs?
Also, for the internet theres a lot of tabs that I don't use, how can I edit the list to remove the ones I don't use?
Thanks....btw when I first installed it I got hang ups too, but I did a soft reset and it's good now.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I'm not sure what is causing it. It happened to me on the Sounds tab, thats why I removed that tab. You can disable tf3d in today settings and then re-enable to restart tf3d without having to reboot. I'll try to figure it out, as it has to be some of the icons I made somewhere. It will probably take a little bit, as there are 183 files to go thru and I'll have to compare them to originals to make sure of whats what. Give me a couple of days

You can remove internet favorites bookmarks by opening opera and removing them from there since it reads bookmarks for internet tab from opera's bookmarks.
hey showaco. i have one bug. on the sms tab, when i hit menu, it doesnt bring up the list with new, reply, etc. i used manila customizer to install the theme, so not sure if that caused the concern. i just really try to stay away from the cab installs as theyre usually a pain to remove no biggie, just wanted to report and see if i was the only one. thanks again

Hi! I had typed up a list of things the other day with what i found, one of them is now listed, (the problem w/ going to call history and not being able to move to a new tab) but aparently it never made it here.. *go figure*
2 other things i've noticed with it, the tabs are in a different order and I can't seem to figure out how to remove/change the order. (not really a "problem" but yea..) and on some tabs, like Settings, and Programs(Internet, etc) the options on them over lap with the buttons at the bottom.. also just noticed, that the SMS tab, it likes to crash when you hit the "menu" button, or just does nothing. I see that someone else was having the same issue, but installed it differently, but it doesn't look like that's the cause since i installed it per your directions (tho I did let it restart when it asked me to)
Great work on it BTW.. Oh one last question, how did you get the clock to go transparent on the main page? I cant seem to get it to do anything.
TIA
Nice theme! I'll be using this one for a while.
I had a quick question, how can you see the background picture on all the different screens? On my phone the background image only shows on the today screen

To change tab order, you can use either Advanced Configuration or TF3D Configurator. The overlap is only seen because I made tab bar transparent, if it was blue, you wouldn't see them If you want completely transparent clock, you will have to find a cab for it since this one is transparent blue.

I looked and I dont have a TF3D Configurator, is that something I can download, or did AT&T simply hide it from me? (or am i just not looking in the right place?)
My clock is not transparent at all, its a solid gray. Gonna try the new version out
*edit*
you mean the Diamond_TF3D_Config program? just stumbled across it in a thread labled "[CABS] Just bought a Fuze? You gonna need these cabs, son!" gonna check it out
**edit**
Installed the CFC cab and the clock on mine is still a solid gray. and the Text Messages tab, the Menu Key is still broke

Try the file I attached in zip below and see if it helps out your clock issue. You'll have to unzip, copy it to phone, then disable tf3d, copy this file into windows using Total Commander, then re-enable tf3d. Let me know how it works.
The messages tab works on mine, what version of tf3d do you have? My version is 1.2.35348.2_1813.6. I didn't change any files in messaging except for image files, so not sure how that could effect messaging menu.
Nice Work
Hey Showaco,
Thanks for this. Nice piece of work indeed.
I dig blue
Oh and just to confirm the CFC version does load a whole lot faster than the standard.
woks on diamond?
So I have finally wrapped this up to a point where this project can be shared in all decency. I started this project with the Verizon theme from Archy. His Verizon Xen theme included a slightly modified version of this landscape theme.
It has been a B**** separating the landscape theme from the rest and I never would have succeeded if it weren't for the m9editor. It is still not completely bugfree (hence beta) and if anybody knows can help finishing this up then chefs and skinners will have a nice new landscape interface to integrate into their favorite devices.
Bugs/Impurities so far include:
- Weather will not be updated anymore (it freezes saying last update: -%d min ago) (fixed)
- VZAppzone has no functionality (fixed)
- IDS_LAUNCHBROWSER message (fixed)
- call history tab added (fixed)
- Background on all tabs not yet working (fixed)
- contacts tab empty (fixed)
- phone softkey non responsive in landscape mode. (never broken only because of yota contacts I think)
- when checking a mail, the mail closes for no apparent reason (still not clear if this it due to this app)
- in landscape mode the new application and the browser buttons will adopt the icon of the previously selected tab (fixed, thanks to probex)
So I guess a screenshot is appropriate:
I started off with a fairly neutral version off this theme, so that it will fit in with the unskinned HTC TF3D theme, but when this this theme is finalized others will come
We have come to be at beta 6 already, with a lot of help from Herg62123 and ITNV and most of the bugs are gone (if you find any more please report). But before I post a final I would like to try to change a couple of small things. I do think it would be nice to create a link to a winmo appstore, maybe Gecko (anybody else liking this?)
Change log:
- Beta 7: should work on any device, but it does change the portrait background to gray.
- Beta 8: fixes the wallpaper bug but only on the homescreen so far
- Beta 9: displays your old raphael background instead of the gray one.
- Beta 10: now fixes the landscape on all pages problem, but an old friend mister missing internet tab has made a reappearance. I stopped putting everyone who helped sorting out these files in the cab name, that was getting out of hand. I also have incorporated the Gecko Appstore in this release.
- Beta 11: Fixes the internet tab not being shown (thanks Showaco) and the link to the Gecko Appstore is now actually called Gecko (thanks ITNV). This is almost the final release, just a few minor changes and its up. It does however mess up my contacts cab (I use ROMeOS latest) but this has not been corroborated by others.
- Beta 11 (no background in all tabs) is exactly as beta 11 the same except for....
- Thanks to Dharvey the beta 11 is now also CFC and he uploaded beta 11 to another file host, check this post
- Beta 14.3: has a couple of under the hood changes (got rid of the VZapp.lnk) and mostly a restyled look (with a funny slider coding mishap somewhere) to resemble the original TF3D look a bit better. If anyone knows wherein the slider problem lies be sure to tell cause I haven't got the foggiest. Enjoy!
OK, Let me first and once more give a big thanks to Showaco, whoe helped a lot putting the final pieces back together. It now has a real nice "Original HTC" feeling. Make sure (don't know how how yet, think it has to do with regional settings) to set the clock to show time like xx-xx and not like x-xx,
because if not the time will not show on top of the image. As for HD landscape, I think with the new TP2 manila coming you have nothing to worry about, will still try but this a little beyond my skill level. Any way hope you like and it's been fun, 12

Will this work on ANY version of the Touch Pro? I don't have a verizon touch pro... i got mine straight from the HTC factory, before it hit any retailer. All other apps/tweaks seem to work just fine, but I noticed u mentioned a bug about not being able to use the VZPhone app, or something like that, so it got me wondering. Is this proprietary software for the verizon rom?

No, It was just created with the intention to be used with that app, since most of don't have it will be an empty link. I have an unbranded Touch pro as well, you can safely install it, and I will remap the shortcut later, 12

no I am not disturbed by not not having the weather in landscape mode just the message saying so. I read through your thread, do you now where the VZApp.lnk is coded into the manila, I'd rather change the link than the name of the shortcut. Like I said before you rock broheem, 12

Drastic measures, that's how we roll baby!
try this cab 12
these files are only the files you have in your cab but these are cut from my v7b1 cab file.
it has my vzapp.lnk and manila (thanks to itnv and btprices great help) file in it.
right now vzapp.lnk points to notes.....if you want to change it copy any .lnk file (ie - youtube.lnk) out of windows and move it to another file other than windows. once in that folder rename that .lnk file to VZapp.lnk. then copy the new VZapp.lnk into windows (if asks to overwrite say yes). and you are now done.
WARNING IT WILL MESS UP YOUR TF3D

look at post above about launch error.....looking at your files and mine to see what went wrong.
in the mean time i am removing beta 2 since it has issues.
ok i know the fix is in my v7b1 cab
have you downloaded it yet?
Ok my XDA ninjas and ninjettes, I have two files for you today. As you may know, I have AT&T as a provider. I looked at the theme from the Tilt2 for AT&T and wondered how it would look on my Raph. I'm sure some of you may have wondered too. Well wonder no more! I found the Rhodium dump in a post http://www.mobilitydigest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1965 posted by herg62123. They say curiosity killed the cat, but would it kill my Fuze? No! By sheer talent and a whole lot of luck (look at the "thanks" below) I was able to take the visual elements and tranfer them to my 1.5 Manilla by yozgatg. The result is what you see before you.

Now, you all are probably saying, "ok silentP, but how can I make my device look like that?"
Well, you're in luck. For the low, low one time price $0.00 dollars (incudes download) you can have this for your device.
But Wait! If you act now, you can also get the 2nd file. Yes, 2 for the price of 1. You get the cab file, which is for those of you who are comfortable in how your TP/Fuze is set up. Just install it and enjoy the look. I don't know if it works on Diamond or not. If you try it, please let me know. You also get the raw manila files, for putting into your kitchen and cooking them in your ROM. Yes ninjas and ninjettes, 2 for the price of 1. Just click on the download links below.
Good luck guys, it works perfect for me. Hopefully it'll work for you too. NOTE: cab file will take a while to install. It's rather large. cab file should also uninstall with no problems

BUT HOLD EVERYTHING, THERE'S MORE! Included in both versions will also be the AT&T theme by shadowline, edited slightly by me (registry and a couple of files) to use in the newer 230xxx builds. (NOTE: The build in the picture is 21870)
Thanks to: chainfire for the CFC Manila editor, herg62123 for the dump, shadowline for the theme, and yozgatg for the manila. God bless you all.

The problem you have is the manila version. AT&T stock ROM runs version 1.2. As stated in the first post, I extracted and replaced them in manila 2.1 (R1.5) from yozgatg. Find a ROM with 2.1 and it'll work for you.
Notification bubbles and other elements
Awesome work SilentP and everyone else that helped!! I love having the 'refreshed' Manila to mimic the Tilt2. I installed / cooked successfully using the files provided, however, I did notice a couple of cosmetic things I'm hoping you can resolve. First, the notification bubbles...the numerals inside the bubbles are hard to read given that they are white. I looked at Manila using CFC GUI and found the elements to change, but being a newbie to modding Manila, I'm not sure of the best way to address the issue. Second issue I have is that some of the sliders and checkboxes in other HTC applications are still green (CommManager is an example). Now, I know I can use one of the blue highlight fixes that Shadowline did, but I don't like the way that them changes the Internet icon and the colors for the stocks tab (notably green stock indicators become blue as well). The final cosmetic thing is with the ATT WM65 them. It appears that gray is used instead of white for backgrounds, not a huge deal until a notifciation pop up appears where the background for the text element is white, so you end up with a mismatch. Not sure if you or anyone else has observed these things, and granted they are minor and not meant to take away from the great work thus far, but if someone can either fix, or guide me on how to fix, I think I'd have a very cool updated Fuze!!
Thanks!!

Appreciate the compliments and I'll check in on the notifications. The commanager is an external component not associated with manila. I'll look in the packages and see what I can come up with. Thanks a bunch!! I knew the theme was shadowlines....I haven't had a chance to actually compare it with the actual WM65 ATT theme, I know it's very close, just not sure about the gray areas. As for commanager, yep, it's an external, and I'm using the AssasinsLament version, which is cool. I've tried using blue highlight cabs scattered about, but none seem to acurately match the ATT theme (I'm a little OCD about that kind of thing ;-) ). As far as the notifications bubble, the transparent is a cool workaround, but I'm trying to get it to look like the attached image, which is off the actual ATT build of Manila. It's almost a font color thing, just not sure where they set it.

I managed to get the CommManager colors worked out using Photoshop, as well as modifying the Album, HTC Email Setup Wizard, New Contact Card, Notifcation Enhancement, and the Tachi Phone Canvas. Attached are the EXT files that can be copied into their respective areas (.png, etc.). Now my theme is pretty darn close, all I need is the proper font color for the message notification. I think this is modified in an XML file somewhere, or perhaps the registry.
Oh, and sorry about zipping up the rar files....I realized that I could only attach zip files, and of course there's a limit to how many you can upload in a post, so there was some rational behind the method

Those look pretty good. I posted a link to the download and gave you credit in the 1st post. Thanks for the help!
Hi All, thought I would publish my first effort at a WAD2 theme. My main aim after using other peoples themes was to make one that is 'thumb friendly' and real simple to use. It has 3 menu pages with large graphical buttons, and a 'home' screen with shortcuts to txt, email and call list. this theme is 99% portrait, how ever on my touch pro 2 if i flip the keyboard and go to landscape i do have a very basic black home screen with the 3 shortcuts. If people like the theme and would like to produce their own icons, let me know and I can post up some photoshop templates.
Installation
Install the files to your normal theme directory and search for new themes, then select Angularz as your portrait and/or landscape theme. Please make sure you install the fonts prior to use, as it may not the clock etc correctly.
Fonts
I use helvetica Neue fonts in the theme and have supplied these in the zip file. I also have replaced my system font with helvetica as it looks nicer, but I will leave that down to you. If you just want to use the fonts for WAD only, place the 3 helvetica fonts in your windows folder (with the rest of the system fonts)
I think I have packaged up all the correct bits (if not please let me know!!)
PLEASE CAN A MOD ALLOW ME TO SHARE LINKS!!
This looks neat. Nice docks.
good day.
it's just WOW!!
Thankyou!, I just wanted something simple but visually nice to look at, and this is the end result!
I find that if you increase the display cache size (through altering the windows registry) it does make it scroll through pages a little smoother.
thatbastard,
I'm using your theme and IMO, it is a simple but gorgeus. However, I have a problem with all notifiers. They are not appeared when I have some unread sms or missed calls. Do you have any suggestions? My device is Omnia i8000.
hi Laruku
You can try going to author mode, then page - show notifiers. Go to the properties once held down on the notifier and have a look through there. Mine is set on 'notifier type - unread sms' etc. by default this should work, however I dont know how different it would be on an omia. have a look in there and see if anything has changed.
how do you get out of author mode
taphold at any page and you'll get yourself the popup menu, i forgot which is the get out of author mode menu,,, but it is there,,,
@thatbastard,
would you mind sharing the images? the home wallpaper is really nice.
new version of WAD converts all the images folder into .wadesktop extension,,, which prevents me for extracting the images,

wow, great theme
i think i'll make some personal changes and it'd be perfect for my daily use, YO~
DOOD JOB!!
Really nice. It's a shame, imo, that windows phone7 doesn't look more like this. My only comment would be that it might look better to have the text in panels up and to the right a few pixels, and have the voicemail icon transparent. (I can only comment on the screenshot as I don't have VAD2 installed on my device...
Thought it would be handy to have a volume icon on the home screen...
Steve.
Hi all, thanks for checking out my theme, Ive glad youve all liked it. Unfortunately I dont have wisbar installed anymore (and Ive had a lot goin on recently) so will not be continuing anymore projects but I thought I would share the remaining files I have. You can continue modding from my theme as freely as you like, as long as you mention it was based on my creation

Sure, there should be a zip file with ALL the angularz images. Ive also included a new homescreen which is a gloss black version (was going to be called Mono Tonez) but it will not be finished.

I´m new user of wad and i don´t know how to install this theme. I´ve installed mortscript and wad, and theme in lakerbridge/themes, and fonts in windows/start menu/programs fonts folder, but I don´t know where install angularz.wadesktop
Thanks a lot of.
Uncle Google says:
1. Using ActiveSync, copy the .wadesktop file to any location on your device.
2. From your device, use File Explorer to navigate to the .wadesktop file you just placed there, then tap on it to launch it.
3. You will be prompted as to a location to place the extracted files. Choose any location you wish (I personally find it helpful to have a Themes folder set up in advance).
4. Once the files are extracted, open WisBar Advance Desktop (if it's not open already), tap and hold on the screen, then tap Change Theme.
5. Now tap Menu > Scan for Themes. When the scanning process is complete, the theme you just installed should appear on the list.
6. Tap the theme, then tap Menu. Choose the appropriate menu option for setting as portrait or landscape. Please note that theme files are usually designed for one orientation or the other.
7. Tap Apply and you're done.
This should get you set up.
Thank you, uncle...
I´ll try.
I thought I would share my current theme/skin in case anyone wants at least a part of it. I'm currently using an NRG Rom for my Tilt2 so the sense icons started with that general theme. It bugs me when all my icons do not match, so I skinned several programs that I use all the time so that everything flows well together. I should mention that some of these skins (power radio and thumbcal for example) may be WVGA only.

Look at the bottom of the first 4 posts for the attached cab/zipped files. Also the Earth and sun and moon wallpaper you see on the S2U2 screen shot is in the wallpaper.zip file.
My taskbar is a modified version of the m6silver color taskbar so most of the credit goes to him for that. I've changed the notification icons to match the sense theme I'm using. You will also notice that I use a couple of dusk images (like several graphics in the S2U2 theme and the Clock Background for Sense) and I don't want to take credit for that. If I have used someone elses icons, I don't want to take credit for them so let me know. I have worked a lot to make most of my own icons. I haven't really made most of the graphics, I have just pulled them from the web and converted them for the program images. I'm not a graphic artist.
The action screen is configured for some of the apps I use so it may not work for you. You can always visit the thread learn how to update the registry yourself.
I'm always open to suggestions and comments. I'm not really satisfied with the contact sense icon. I don't really like the orange background on the picture in the contact card. I'm looking for a better solution on that one. Also if anyone know how to skin the system icons on the notification screen, I'd like to know.
I've attached some screen shots and I will start putting together the cab files for the installs. It seems that I keep changing and updating the theme until I get it completely right.

CHT Forelayer / CHT Icons / Action Screen / Power Radio
I have made a lot of realize type icons that are rounded iphone looking. If anyone is interested, I will post those as well. Here's a couple of screen shots:
Also, standard disclaimer - don't hold me responsible if something goes wrong with your phone.
Here's the forelayer skins I use. See this thread for more information on the new CHT feature.
Also, I had to split the Swype skin into portrait and landscape because the file was to big too add. Plus not everybody needs landscape.
The Finger Keyboard skin is for this keyboard program.
The cab for the phone skin is too big so here's a download link. If the cab file isn't working (it doesn't seem to work for me either for some reason - anyone know why), I was able to copy the files in the attached zipped folder and use total commander or resco explorer to copy from my SD card to my windows folder. Give that a try. I should mention that I haven't fixed the graphics for the Landscape skin. I don't ever use the phone in landscape, but I might work on after I get everything else fixed. If you do copy over the files, I would make a backup of those files - especially the phcanimages.dll. Also, I don't even know which dialer is technically in the NRG ROM and for right now I don't have the VGA version done yet. I want to get the WVGA landscape done first.
The Sense Icons are all the icons that I updated from the standard Energy ROM theme. So some of them I haven't changed. If you need all the slider icons I can provide those as well. Just let me know.
Let me know if any of the cabs aren't working. I'm having trouble getting the phone dialer skin to work with cab install.
Sense icons and tabs
Dialer
Notification / Comm Mgr / Finger Keyboard / Swype
I've attached a cab for the Co0kie Home Tab 2.0 icon set. It also changes the icons in the CHT Editor as well. I'll be skinning the CHT scheduler here soon as well.
SUCCESS!! I've fixed a cab for the dialer. I think I have one for those having problems on the HD2. Try the cab and let me know.
Here's some new WVGA wallpapers I put together. Mostly Sci-Fi ones including the Wide (for CHT2), Portrait, and Landscape versions. The zipped file is very large so I uploaded it to 4shared. Some of these I pulled from XDA but I forget where. Others I pulled from the web and resized for my WVGA device.
One more saved post.
Thanks for sharing!
Excellent Work
Your theme for CHT2 is very good.
By the way, can you provide a link to the taskbar in you snapshots.

I have modified some of the icons and will post my version a little later. I've changed things like wifi, the phone icon, voicemail, and even the default folder icons to the black ones pictured in the resco explorer snap shot. I'm still putting together all the cab files.
I see people are downloading the Resco skin. I realized that I didn't skin all the buttons for the bottom. I just did the ones I use. I might look into skinning the other buttons as well, but there are a lot of buttons. I first will put together all the cab files for the other skins.
Nice choice of songs! I so want to get this thing up and running! Had to replace my Imagio, wife thinks it was the custom ROM with 1.8.5 on it that caused it to die. Soon I hope, soon!
Very nice job as well, this really looks great!
Looks great. I am hoping to try this out really soon.
Hello Worthy,
Bravo !!! It looks great !
Is it possible to have a link to your dialer and the font that you're using in the notifications tab (or S2U2) for example?
Thanks in advance

I actually used this KD Font program and changed to the Hall Fetica Font. You can find this great program here.
I'll post the Dialer cab and the other cabs hopefully today sometime. I'm scheduled to be out most of the day.
every thing looks awesome
im gonna take a guess its for wvga only
I probably could make some vga adjustments. My wife has my old Fuze. Some of the skins will work with vga I think. I'll make a VGA wallpaper at least and I think the dialer, power radio, action screen, and swype landscape are really the only things that will be WVGA. I can adjust the power radio pretty easily. The action screen is WVGA exclusive. I'd might be able to get the swype vga landscape and dialer files from my wife's Fuze.
Is there a big demand for those in VGA?

Which .cab includes the Dialer?
I have difficulty in seeing the stock Ivory dialer and your black dialer is exactly what I have been searching for.
(EDIT) Disregard. The answer is already in thread

Yeah. I just put the download link up this morning.
I downloaded and tried to install the "phone", which I assume included the dialer. It would not install. Got message to try another location for install. I tried both 'device' and 'storage card' and got same result.
Running NRG Sencity ROM
