I am currently using C_ShekharAKU7.0c.R40.P24_public ROM which I feel is ROCK SOLID AND STABLE .....however there is scope for improvement and bro it would be a big fovour if you can make following changes to the ROM:
Delete these programs-
WM5torage
Windows Media Player (as TCPMP already present)
Notepad (Notes is enough)
BackUp Pim (can go to Ext ROM if desirable to others)
Ppoint Mobile (can go to Ext ROM)

sure no problemo , ill try to add all those too, but i think SPB Shell should be left out of the ROM else it will be veryyyy space consuming, just my 2cents

Most of the ROM support the extended battery of the backpack.
The original drivers for the vga-card work, just install.
The CF-Slot will never work, due to leak of working WM5/6 drivers.

I've a Qtek 2020 with:
ROM version: 1.75.04ITA
ROM date: 01/20/05
Protocol version: 1337.24
ExtROM version: 1.75.104
I need to use JAVA software on this PDA but JAVA is supporte only on WM5 and WM6, I know.
Can I upgrade my Qtek 2020 to solve this problem?
Can I install WM5 or WM6 on Qtek 2020?

Drivers's are based on the 22 january 2009 rom and SYS is HD stock Chinees translated into WWE.
Because 16 people where beta testing this rom before I released, I can say this rom is almost bugfree.
The only bug we are aware of is zoom in IE6!

I think that may be useful (to everyone) to have a reset software and chome editor by showaco.
Finally, and don't now about you but i hate the calculator that comes with most ROM's. I allways have to install the one attached. It's more finger friendly...

Hmm, accidentally not included..
I attached a rar file. If you extract these files to your windows directory (overwrite everything) then you will have htc calculator as default.

tommy34, I tried your rom and had a similar probelm with "full QWERTY" as I did with ironeagle's tweaked rom (numbers only). Curious what type of input you use and do you use T9 or ABC? Thanks

When I enter into a screen that permits numbers only, the "Full QWERTY" automatically changes over to numbers. When I try to use the keyboard in a full text area such as SMS, the "Full QWERTY" pops up but stuck on the number entry. When I click on "ABC" in the bottom right, nothing happens. I tried soft resets without luck. This happend with your 0.3 WWE and with ironeagle's 21812 roms. I went back to ironeagle's 21806 where I do not have this problem. Thanks

Hmm strange don't seem to have this problem. I'm using 21815 now. Might try this one when i release.

Flash via micro-sd method
- Make sure x1 is hard-spl first
- Make sure your micro-sd is formatted w/ fat-32
- Rename the image file "PCTech4U.nbh" to Kovsimg.nbh and copy that to the X1's sd-card
- Bring x1 to boot-loader mode by turning off the x1 completely. Hold the "volume down" button on the right, and hold the power on button until you see the tri-color screen.
- Then follow the on-screen instruction

ROM Performance
Hi, downloaded and tested on my X1 Silver..
Look's everything works fine as of now after playing with it for 1 hour.. No issue identified at the moment..
Great ROM, very fast and responsive. I like the S2U2 functionality integration..
Anyway thanks for the great work and will test further on it's performance..

This is one is excellent! I've tried all WWE rom's (Itje, Energy, Valkyrie, V-Lite, etc.), but this is the first flawless one! Great speed as well! Youtube is working, etc. Thx a lot, I'm a happy X1 owner!!!

when you get a sms in you rom and click on it in sms tab do you when go to the default wm sms app or tf3d sms???

how is core player in there??? unsigned?

Basically all HTC specific OEM programs which are shipped with the Touch HD (Album, Adobe Reader LE, Office Mobile, etc.). Instead of the HTC Youtube APP I used the official one of google (which is much faster).

+ advanced taskmanager
Also made some adjustments to opera (right from the startpage google-, google picture- and wikipedia-search).
Like I stated in the first post: It's a quite clean ROM ...
(Nachbarland ... nö ... )

54% after boot doesn't really affect, anything's working great.
Found one issue:
in CommManager 3G can't be enabled,
but 3G is working.

i've got a question. I cannot flash the rom at the moment.
Can i choose also the big clock??
I mean that clock?

You're right. The 3G-Button isn't working. Switching through "Telefoneinstellungen" works flawlessly. Will fix this withthe next version.

Yes, of course you can. Manila is 100% stock - no customizations there (except the deletion of unneeded language files (greek, french, spanish etc.)).

Just downloaded now flashing and testing.
2 GER WM 6.5 Roms ... no need to make a 3. me thinks.

Camera an Opera works but not youtube. Right Softkey to programs can not be changed with HD Tweak.

you can manually edit the reg key:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\HomeLSKPath etc.
works fine here
