Hello Guys,
I have dumped the ROM of my Xperia X1i which has an T-Mobile Austria Branding, because i can't find it anywhere in this Forum!
I want to have it as a Backup, if i need to send my Device back for repair.
(If i flash other rom's i cant send the Device with these Roms to the Repaircenter )
Below you can see some Screenshots of the ROM-Identification!
I Dumped it within use of the instructions found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=462926
As you can read in this Thread the Tutorial worked for other Roms, so i hope it worked for me!
=>many thank's to Angelusz for the Summary!!!!
Can anyone test it please if it works!!???
After somebody of you reported to me that it works, i will starting flashing other roms to my Device!
You will find the Downloadlinks in the X1 Wiki here at xda-dev's
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Kovsky_Shipped_Roms
or below!
I have also Uploaded the Dumped raw-Files which i got when i was finished with Point 4 of the Dumping-Tutorial!
Just in case if i did something wrong with the rebuild or if anyone wants to rebuild the rom by his own!
The Link is also noted below!
Thank's in Advice!

I really appreciate your work . It will help a lot of (austrian) people.
But I think the austrian stock ROM uses diffrent settings then the german? Is there any hint in WM or in the t-mobile logo that you're using an austrian version?
I definitly need a stock version from the german t-mobile rom. And I won't flash anything before i have a backup of the original file. sorry
Hopefully here are enough flash experts that can check.
i need german austria stock rom , anyway good work

I have added some Screenshots, and in the 3rd one you can see that the "Benutzervariante" says "TMO_AT" which points definately to an Austrian T-Mobile Rom!
The only hint that my ROM is from T-Mobile Austria you can see in Screenshot 3!
There are no other hints which let me know that my rom is an "Austrian" one.
But anyway a few weeks ago i flashed an German (Deutschland) T-Mobile Rom into an Austrian MDA Compact 4 (aka. HTC Diamond) and everything worked fine for me! (I have downloaded the ROM from the German T-Mobile Webpage)
I just noted the Parameters for "SMS-Dienstnummer" (+43676021) and the "Mailbox" (+436762200) bevore i flashed the Image.
After flashing i set the parameters at "Start->Einstellungen->Telefon->Dienste->Mailbox und SMS->Einstellungen anfordern" to the noted one's and SMS/MMS and Mailbox worked fine!
For GPRS/UMTS i had to set up a new Connection at "Start->Einstellungen->Verbindungen->Erweitert->Netzwerke auswählen"
I had to enter "T-Mobile Internet" for GPRS/UMTS to get working!
So i think, that the Austrian T-Mobile Image should work with your German Device!
But i understand your point of view when you say "I don't flash anything before i have an 100% working Backup of my original ROM" -> this is also my point of View, and the reason why i Dumped the ROM of my Phone!
Now i am just waiting if anyone (perhaps an nice German/Austrian guy who have already flashed his Device with an alternative ROM) check's the functionallity of my Dumped ROM!
Please test my Dump!
Hey guys!
Is there nobody who can test my dumped ROM?
I think we all want to know if my dump works!
-> If it doesn't i have to dump again!!
If my dump doesn't work and i flash another ROM then we lost the chance to have a working Original T-Mobile Austria Stock ROM!!
So please,please,please,please,please,please test my ROM!!
Thank's

Does someone have the original ROM (german) of Swisscom's XPA v1510 (branded HTC 3600 with GPS)? Could you share?
Hi,
I've got the device with the original ROM installed, but no idea how to extract the ROM.
Eventhorizon
I have written a german howto that explains the dumping process:
It worked just fine on my german HTC default installation however that's a ROM without GPS. It would be great if you could dump yours and share it here.

Can you post a link to the german howto??
Thanks
I could have sworn I had added it.
Here it is again:
http://www.ppc-welt.info/community/showthread.php?t=107027
It only produces on dump.bin file, the hermes community apparently uses a different dumping process.
Its described here:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_HowtoDumpRom
Also there is now information in the Wiki on how to make it flashable:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_HowtoReconstruct
Hello Friend . Could you tell me if this "how to make it flashable" will work for trinity ? I'm just wonder because It's for hermes (I know the similarities)
Thank you for the links.
To be honest I'm not sure. I am pretty new to this scene so I can only guess that it might work.
I would try it if it wasn't so useless for my current ROM (lvsw).
still looking for the XPA v1510 rom dump
I am still looking for a Swisscom Rom Dump to have all the settings for Live TV, MMS etc... ?
Is there someone with a XPA v1510 who can dump his rom for my P3600?

Man, have you managed to found original v1510 ROM. I am too searching for it. I flashed my device the same hour I got it - to one of the ROMs posted on the forum - forgeting to dump original at first. It would be good to have it - as a backup for warranty
Hi guys,
Someone has uploaded the Vodafone WM6 ROM onto the FTP site. PLEASE MIRROR!
(Originally thought to be Generic -- it is indeed the Vodafone ROM)
You can download from:
ADMIN EDIT: File has been removed due to legal complaints from palm.
Good news:
- it is more 'naked', Vodafone do very little with the ROM
- HSDPA enabled by default
Bad news:
- it is the same WM6 build as the AT&T ROM
- Still need to run Treo 750 Update Recovery Tool if you have problems not receiving phone calls
WM6 build 17746.0.2.4
Firmware 1.47.02.00
Free memory on first boot: 52.11MB Storage, 26MB Program
Not completely naked, is a Vodafone branded ROM.
Very light branding if compared with the ATT one, but the voda rom is older than the ATT version.
I think is better to use the newer rom and then proceed to debrand.
BTW the vodafone rom is better for lazy people
re
Yeah the Vodafone ROM is definitely much easier bring back to basics if you can't be bothered with extrom etc...
I'm actually still having the issue with no incoming ph calls on this ROM too. Am running Treo recovery tool and testing now
re
Thanks to "The Solutor" for info saying it is a Vodafone ROM
The Treo Update Recovery Tool doesn't delete any data btw, you can safely run it at a later date after you've flashed with WM6 and sync'd your data.
Update Recovery Tool fixes the no incoming call issue. Don't know how! But it does

I have been trying to get rid of the AT&T Radio Power On and Power Off logos. I found the location in the registry and changed it to the generic Palm Power on and Power off logos but the ROM image is overriding this. I cannot delete the files. Any ideas how I can get rid of this please?

Thanks for the mirror Jubri im downloading now. I'll try this tomorrow.
I wonder how people think about this ROM compared to the ATT ROM
Just reconfigured my 750v with the ATT ROM without the ExtROM installed, so I'm not to eager to flash again
any other mirror beside rapidshare which I can't download due to free download limit. Thanks

I suggest to all here to use "Pando" in order to share files.
do a search for it and DL the application.
Can be used as a link in post or emails so that it is not easily disappeared.
Cheers all.

I have the Swedish version of Touch HD and I installed a custom Rom.
So my question is can I restore my original ROM meaning making my phone the way I bought it? o yeah my ROM was "1.14.413.0 (24011)SVE"
Thanks in advance
Hi,
a little manual:
load the kitchen http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=438456
unzip in a empty folder (Pass: you'll find in the text file contained)
open your swedish stock rom and copy ruu_signed.nbh to BaseRom folder on kitchen
open BlackStoneKitchen.CMD and choose e (e = extract Rom)
wait a few minutes it takes something now
when it is finished, you will find the folder OEM ROM and SYS
make your changes and start again BlackStoneKitchen.CMD
choose c, f, or cf = cook, flash or cook and flash
wfg
starbase64
hmm sounds good exept that that I dont have a swedish ROM :/
Any idea where I can get1?
and btw can I use HardSPL to install an offical ROM?
If you could wait at least until tomorrow I might find time to dump my original swedish rom. I haven't had the time to "upgrade" to WWE yet

would be great, I'll be waiting.
I've got limited time for playing around with this today and since I'm unable to find a RUU_Signed.nbh at the moment, all original rom mirrors seem down I'm unable to create a rom at the moment. Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere here, rom-cooking is completely new territory for me.
At least I've dumped the rom following this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427507
I have Part00.raw and Part03.raw but as far as I've understood those are not needed and thus I'm not adding them to the upload. I could send these on request if anyone explains what they're for. I don't wanna upload Part03 if it's an image of my installation...
I realized I didn't specify so in the file name but obviously this is a dump of Blackstone Swedish shipping rom.
Was planning to host on rapidshare but it doesn't like me so here's an ftp-share: ftp://guest:[email protected]:21
Hosted there until 2009-01-01
i think you dont need to to through any steps. I restored my rom just simply open up the stock rom and start install it. i have installed HSPL.
Well, the problem is that he didn't have a stock rom. And so far nobody's posted any swedish rom's as far as I can tell.
Anyway, rapdishare finally managed to complete my upload, choose which one you prefer - if you're based in sweden you're likely to download faster from my ftp.
http://rapidshare.com/files/174886962/1.14.413.0.Swedish.Unbranded.RomDump.Part01_Part02.rar.html
Help me please I really have no idea what to do now.
I read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427507
and well didnt go very well. so plox help!!!!1
After a few hrs I finally managed to install it.
Thanks for your help guys, especially X3Cutor thanks a lot mate. <3

Hi folks,
I dumped my Rom exactly how Angelusz described in his tutorial -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=462926
Just wanted to have a dumped Rom for myself just for the case I need to flash it back one day when my X1 needs to be repaired .
It would be great if anyone can test the dumped Rom and confirm that it works so that everyone can profit from it.
I hope it'll work.
Best regards Fikachu.

hey Twan,
Is this a rom with al the Vodafone 'stuff' ? The links & profiles for the GPRS/HSDPA configuration?
are the "vodafone stuff" not on your sim card?
Mine are!
I have an unbranded Blackstone, flashed it, and in the programs found an app that automaticly installed all the right vf stuff
