Hello all! I've been using Quickmenu for quite some time now but decided to uninstall it. One feature I really enjoy is having my internet favorites in the start menu. Is there anything like this??

Did a search on reset/softreset cab and all sorts... Cant seem to find it!
Is there a cab or way to create a shortcut to softreset?
I installed a rom on a HTC Touch which came with it on the start menu but I couldnt figure out how to get this on my Kaiser.
I think some of the Kaiser roms do have it however I am not prepared to (for once) upgrade to another rom as I am more than happy with the HTC one (again, for once!)
Any help appreciated

I've used Wisbar for a while, and although it's a great app, it seems to slow my Kaiser right down.
My favourite feature of Wisbar, is the Desktop-style start menu. Is there any way I can get this without having to use Wisbar (or indeed, ALL of wisbar's feature's)?

I am using HP IIIs ROM w/ the latest HTChome cab. But for some reason anytime I save contacts to the favorites tab and soft reset, they are erased on boot. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

This only happens when you install the HTC Cube.
You need to delete a registery key named "QuickDial"
Check some of duttyroy's threads. Or contact him, he knows how to fix it.
Or you could enable cube and insert the contacts through cube. After this contacts are not lost after restart.
that's weird guys b/c I have never installed the cube.....I will just do a hard reset. Thank you for your knowledge guys!
You don't necessarily have to install cube. It is probably included in your ROM especially if you are using a Duttys ROM. So a hard reset will do nothing.
I will try to find another solution for u. In the meantime edit your links through cube.
remove Quickdial from [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\MASD]

No QuickDial under that string
I am using SJ's hyperdragon IIIs Lite. There is no cube involved. When I was installing some cabs a while ago, it might have been possible that I accidently selected a cube cab but canceled. I have no cube but I did have that biotouch registry key
Thanks to all you guys. Way too benevolent. Seriously, though, I'm in need of a hard reset. It's no biggie. It would be nice to just know what needs to be done to correct this issue but I don't wanna waste yall's time.
Hello I'm trying the htc_manila_skin instead of the SFR one (french operator) on my HTC Diamond, but sometime the skin "bug" and my "wallpaper" become white and I have to make a soft reset. Do you know something about this problem ? if not, is it possible to uninstall it ?

Ok I've found the solution, I've just had to uninstall it from setting--> system etc... I didn't found it because the name wasn't the same ! something like "TouchFlo 3D today"

"TouchFlo 3D today" I would of not found it without that post since Ive stoped using the touch flo homescreen this in no longer needed
I had a ROM that had an HTC Start Menu that brought up the Program tab instead of the traditional start menu. But I can't find a cab for it and I can't find the rom that had it. Does anyone know where or how I can get that feature?

this would be nice to have .... I hate QuickMenu ... it messed up my phone
