I have rebuilt my kitchen from scratch, and I just ported the new leaked sprint diamond rom (wwe) CE OS 5.2.20764 (Build 20764.1.4.3) yes its a older build then the 21014, im just testing it to see how it is, and im just sharing my test rom EDIT: WORKS GREAT, SPEED IS AMAZING
EDIT: KITCHEN WORKS , NEED TO SETUP AS MULTILANGUAGE

Manila is CFC configured/reduced (saves aprox 8 mb) thx to Chainfire
using new x1 usa rom as base

My comment on new build ----> Its fast
I am starting a new thread with a beta of the 2.5 version (or perhaps I will make a new thread and it will become v3.0)
This is using a new base, and now a new build from x1 and its UC ready
Removed panels (But not panelmanager) so you can install by cabs the ones you like
First is German and WWE
Edit: download the black and blue theme from attachments. Goes well with this rom. <--NOW SET AS DEFAULT

tried your rom (WWE). An old bug is back again on it. I can't make a data connection to my provider A1/Vodafone with this rom. Maybe you can fix this again.

little feedback
when installing programs that have multi langugage, for example aeb plus, default language selected is simplified chinese
UC is working but not like on 2.2, I don't know why but I got it 3 times hard reseted and all 3 times UC stopped at half way, I haven't changed any of files since 2.2 so I know that they are working
other than that rom is working fast
I will play more with it so if I find something more I will report it

I used the 0409 locale from the older build, plus it needs some editing in dll and exe.
I know there are some language issues in this rom, and some bugs has come back. Mainly because I have moved to a better base from x1, and that some of the fixes I used on the HD base is not working here.
But my main concernright now is locating/removing/editing some of the simplified chinese settings.
This rom is cooked diffrently then the rest, and im still working on optimizing the kitchen so that making of multilanguage roms can be done easier.

Good find! Pretty cool. I wonder what the deal with the ROM is? The radio version is newer than the other three known (bottom of wiki). Maybe a chef can extract and repackage radio 1.33.707.1?

He probably is just recommending that you do it, not a requirement. dopodasia.com is a HTC's site.

I just updated my phone a few minutes ago and it seems to be working fine.
I also had to install my keyboard layout.
Connection Manager covers the whole world.
New programs are JBlend + Voice Commander.
Huge improvements in using the camera: It is not sluggish anymore when I move it around.
The same for video recording.
Flicking trough pictures is like a dream.
So they have definitely done something to improve graphics.
Fonts are changed. I'm not sure if i like them.

The build in eT9 still not support chinese...
I think the rom is usefull for cookers
The XIP space is big enough for cook WM6.1
The phone is still sluggish, but that is not due to graphics but to the OS i guess.
Like, after you have ended a call and you want to go directly to the desktop but have to wait for the phone to close the call screen.
I have fiddled around with it for an hour now and must say I think this phone is now what it was supposed to be from the beginning.

Hi twirly,
Has the amount of free program memory increased or have you noticed any improvements to memory related problems (if you experienced them)?
I flashed my phone... not so much difference with the earlier HTC ROM (version 1.31....). After cold reboot 17MB of free memory and still all the well-known problem of slow graphics.
In my opinion the cooked WM6.1 ROM (see other post) works faster.
I've just taken the plunge on Orange UK, I'll see how much it pisses me off tomorrow (come on can't be as bad as the release ROM) I'm hoping at least the camera is better else it N82 here I come
now I've Hard SPL'd (poo the pants moment) the phone I may even WM6.1 it....
Memory issues are not solved.
Is clear type enabled in this ROM?
Text is very bad.
@Surfboomerang: That is wierd with your graphics issues as graphics works flawlessy on my phone.
I tried with a movie file as well and it played perfectly.
The camera works great. When you take a photo you do not have to wait 2-3 seconds before the photo is taken.
The same with using the video cam.
Overall it is a huge improvment for me compared with the original ROM that came with the phone.
I have tested and studied this rom for some hours now.
There are some new DLL files / Drivers added that is not exsisting in the previous released rom.
But I cant notice any difference in performance..
I hate the font! Seems like a wiered upgrade to me, the Radio included is actually a downgrade..

This Rom has: 25.62.30.03H_1.58.17.02
I fint it hard to beleve that this is a HTC released update..

Thanks for the info sir.
So far I'm impressed in an unnoticeable fashion. What I mean is that it works and I'm not getting the frustrated feeling that the shipped ROM gave me.
When I press Start the delay is minimal, ditto for the camera (I also like the post picture option icons, delete send etc)
I shall carry on playing and see if IE is any better.....
To Alcaline: any improvements to expect on your build?

There ain't that many tweaks in this rom .. It is mainly Tweaks for TouchFlo and some few for memery access speed and file system optimization .. Net framework should also do some performance improvements.. it is not easy beeing new to this, as the bigger cooks won't answer anything i ask them..

Second, Bug? After flshing WM 6.5 ROM V44, restart, while setup, my HD(Blackstone) found dead twice! And I had to "reset" from the back twice manually!
Don't know why!

I was running v40 the battery seems better on v40 than on v44 build 21920
the only bug I have found so far is in the menu for weather, when I try to add and country and enter the name the enter key will not not on the keyboard
as for flashing this version I had no trouble at all even with the memory card left in by mistake.
going to try the other version later.
The one thing I cant seem to sort out is after a soft reset I get a message on the screen about running.

Hello Everyone!
After a year of Diamond ROM cooking im moving to here. I have rewritten my Kitchen and now im preparing my first Rhodium release.
The philosophy of A.Z.T.O.R. Alpha Zero Tweaked Official Roms is to keep the ROM NEARLY same like stock rom , remove unusefull things like album and musik sample welcome center and autoupdate. But tweak performance/speed to maximum WITHOUT removing system parts. Purpose of the rom is to provide a dailyuse rom without bugs. If you are awaiting a rom full of new features and new manila versions your wrong on this thread.

be sure thats what i will try to provide you. give me just some more time. even nearly everything is the same like the diamond cooking i need to investigate some things. what is your experience on manila 2.5 ? is there a rock stable version of manila available ? or does manila have any crash ? i need your "longtime" experience on this. i already had success on speeding up the rom
i need pros and cons for 2.1 manila vs. 2.5 manila so i can finalize this. from my 1 day experience i would suggest to stay for now on 2.1 cause its more solid and better for dailyuse without experimental parts. wich would concur with the philosophy of this rom.

as far as I know, there's not a really stable version of manila2.5 out there, so I'd suggest using the latest Manila2.1. Not sure which build is most stable, I'm not that experienced...

I like that .
Which 6.5, one of the newest with the silly icons at the bottom, or one of the more "normal" ones.
Personally, I prefer the "normal" ones, but that's my opinion and it's your ROM.

i dont know maybe its because it does not have the proper drivers .... try installing another rom and post the results

I'd download the both of ROM,prepair to flash one by one.
Great job on this rom most stable and smooth one Iv tried. Having problems with my Camera gives me the not trusted or missing components error message and sdkcert.cob isnt fixing.

I'm new here and I've got a problem after flashing this ROM.
case history:
one month ago I installed HardSPL 1.93 by Olinex and flashed the german SUN X BETA WM 6.5 ROM to my xda diamond.
Tuesday this week I flashed the german RTT_6.5_XTE_UC_V1.3 ROM. But I wasn't pleased with it.
So Wednesday I was looking for another ROM and I downloaded and flashed this ROM, because I just wanted to try out the Android OS on my diamond. The flah progress proceeded without any errors and if the flash ended it rebooted. At least it seemed so but the boot screen with the blue water wallpaper has frozen and there not even appeared the ROM version at the bottom on the right.
What could have gone bad or wich mistake I could have done? But my major question is, is there any chance to fix it?
Please help me!

sorry to say this...but i think your phone is gsm(diamond that has a sim on the back opf the phone behind the battery)....this is for cdma diamond(noth america version of diamond(NO SIM))....you should search for another rom in HERE and flash it....you should have your phone working now.

Thanks maury, I got it fixed. With the hardware bootloader I was able to connect to PC and flash a ROM working on my Diamond.
Next time I wanna get informed better before flashing...
