Palm contacts plugin - today screen

I was looking at a friends Palm 750w and on the today screen it has a box that you can start typing names or numbers in and as you type it works like the contacts works (reducing the list of contacts down). The only difference is it's on the Today screen which is nice. Does anyone have a plugin for this? Thanks for the help.

PocketBreese 5.4 from sbsh.net allows you to add a tab with contacts on your today screen. There are 8 abc buttons at the bottom of the tab, and when you press a series of blocks it reduces the list to the people with that sequence of letters (sort of like on the HTC Dialer with the on screen number pad). You can try it for free for 14 days, check it out. It Doesn't work with the built in keyboard though.

Does anyone have it?

Change Start Menu

Is it possible to change the start menu with a cab file or by swapping some files? Or does it have to be cooked into the rom? I don't like the large one that comes with AT&T roms but like the smaller black one without the recent programs at the top (I think it's the default windows one?) like in aruppenthal's roms:

Start>>Settings>>>System>>>TouchFLO>>>Uncheck "enable large start menu"
Or a even better PROGRAM is quick menu, search for it and check it out.

I don't feel retarded at all or anything now.
Thanks for the help. I've used quickmenu before too but sometimes I just like the simplicity of the default menu.

Searched for ages but couldnt find: Diamond Dialer with vid call?

I recently hard reset and lost the awesome dialer skin i was using - i think it was the Diamond Skin of some sort because that is what it looks like - something like this:

Also it had the slide to answer/ignore thing too
but it was all white no black parts and there was an option in the bottom left corner to switch between phone calls and video calls - i searched every where but i have no idea where i found it - i think maybe i saw it in a custom rom but i cant see it anywhere - any help would be appreciated

Hello, i'm searching a way to change the 3 contact that my p9plus show me when I use the force press on the phone icon.

Thanks 1Golem but I need to leave only 3 contacts in my starred contacts list in this way and is not useful to me.

I used your suggestion, and edit the name of my first 3 contacts adding a number 1Riccardo, 2Nadia and 3Giovanni and now I have this 3 contacts when I force press the phone icon....

Incoming call not "full screen" possible?

I just want to know...how do I stop this, on my other phones I will get a small popup with the number and the option to answer or decline, on my new P30 Pro I get this lousy full screen, reading an email -BAM-, reading a website -BAM-, watching a video -BAM-, it's fkn annoying, thanks for any kind assistance.

That's strange, mine is working like it should, small pop-up on the top. On what emui version are you?
LE: That's strange, I swear to God I saw a pop-up only when I received a call a few days ago. Now it's no longer the case., full screen incoming call.
Anyway, a quick workaround is just to press the home button / use home gesture to minimize it in your status bar. Strange tho.
