Go here and download Tilt update version 3.57.502.2 to your desktop. Open on your desktop and follow the included instructions.
It's easy and straight forward.

I would also suggest you read the "****Read Before Posting****" thread at the top of the page before doing anything else. Everything you need is right there

Welcome - it's all in the wiki for you, start on this thread and after that browse through the ROM section for 6.5 - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=369282
Someone may shortly tell you off for not reading it before posting - but hey, life's too short.
Good luck.

Go and read the wiki on how to flash new roms, wm6.5 is still in development so dont expect a completely stable rom without having to install some fixes for certain things but if you dont mind a few bugs here and there i would give it a look i really like it.
My sentiments exactly brandall
thanks for quick response i well take your advice after all it is my first wm phone i am pretty good with nokia and samsung software i don't want to break my phone thanks again
If you're going to flash a cooked ROM, this page is a good one to have handy. Good luck, and welcome to the forum.
Dave
thanks really appreciate it

Need Offical HTC TyTN II WM 6.1 ROM!!!

hey sorry that I'm a noob. I need to find the ROM that came with my Kaiser because the WM6.1 I installed messed up my keyboard. My keyboard's fn key is assinged differently now. Like before the fn+OK key turn on and off my wi-fi is now fn+OK=symbol. CAn someone help? I'll greatly appreciate it and +rep!
Do a look around, read the Kaiser Wiki (google: Kaiser Wiki).
At this point of time, you only need to hard reset .. info is available at Kaiser Wiki.
Perhaps you want to read my signature carefully to understand why I respond such. This is a development site, not a 'newbie training site'. Newbies are welcome, but extensive reading and passion is required. Otherwise, you might be better off with so many other forum available ... your question is easily answered by many, not needing the level of expertise here ..
Having said that, if you stick around and decided to grow with the community, perhaps one day you can be a chef on your own
If you just need the fix for the keyboard, you can download this.
Tilt keyboard fix
Stock roms.. plenty here
www.htc.com
Go to Support and download it there

Did you have a Tilt and flash a cooked ROM onto it? If so, then follow the advice from f1ip.
Option1: Download the "Tilt keyboard fix" cab, install it, and reset. This should work.
Option 2: If that didn't work, then flash a new ROM, install "Tilt keyboard fix" cab, and reset. I'd recommend this ROM.
If you have trouble flashing, please read this before asking or else somebody will "yell" at you.
no u c I have the officail TyTN II, it's the KAIS130 and I flashed it to the custom solace 3.1 and didn't like it so I found a TyTN II ROM wm 6.1 and flashed it on, but there are a lot of errors including the keyboard, my audio manager can't trim songs either

I'm a newbee too but I read here that you flashed an incorrect ROM and have a non-adequate RADIO for the ROM you flashed.
Even when you flashed that new WM6.1 ROM you risked to BRICK your phone.
(That's because I'm a newbee too, because I'm not used to this world but I'll never try to risk without reading and learning)
Please, go to the Kaiser ROM forum and read ALL the "stickies", there you'll find the comments to what you did and the solutions you need.

windows mobile 6.5

anyone running this OS on their Diamond? If so, please link to download, and provide details on if it works well, smoothly, bugs, etc. I have searched but do not find a hardspl for my cdma diamond.
my understanding is I need to:
1. download 6.5 hardspl for Sprint cdma diamond
2. update the rom after the hardspl is loaded
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks
There out their! LOOK! MightyROM is so far the best you just need Fave People, the picture mail app that sprint didn't make, and change the location the photos save at to using advance config

Man ... get yourself over to PPCGeeks and the Diamond upgrade forum. Plenty of info and roms to choose from.
note: the forums have been up and down the last couple of days, so you may have to wait until the issues are dealt with.

Precisely.
My favorites would be
STX
Mighty 6
Demolition
SSK
in that order as far as 6.5 is concerned. For 6.1, I would say Mighty 4 and intx 2.5 or premiere.
im running EnergyROM and love it
I'm on Mighty Rom 6, but the battery drains quicker than my stock rom. Any idea why?
Forgive the noob question but...If I install a cooked ROM on my Telus Diamond will I still have Telus functionality as in cell service, etc? Would Telus be able to tell and then cut my service or something? What would be the ramifications of installing another ROM? Other than the risk of bricking my device what, if anything, would I lose.
expire in 30 days
got it running great thru juicy rom , 6.5 is awesome, but says will wm6.5 pro will expire in 30 days. What?!?

[Q] Uprgrading to 6.5 Step-By-Step Instructions - HTC Touch Pro2 please?

Hello,
As you are aware I'm new to the forum.
To keep it simple this is what I'd like.
I'm not very technically knowledgeable and I do usually search things for myself but in the risk of stuffing up my new Smartphone completely I thought I'd better ask some experts.
My TP2 is currently running Windows Mobile 6.1 happily, I'd like to upgrade it to 6.5 as I've heard it's better. (Also is & possible on a TP2? ) I'd like step by step instructions because I just learnt what a .cab file is and i successfully installed my first to stop the bloody phone unlocking when I receive a text. Just want to know also, how do I back up my phone in the emergency case and will i lose all my contacts and files if i upgrade?
Anyway thanks in advance, I'd be happy for someone to refer me to another site or thread and sorry to waste your time if this has already been asked.

or jackos :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=632617
both are extremely great, I tried them my self, may be you find more better than those, or more suitable
