As long as we are talking about a P4350 (not a wing, or dpod), and updates are available in your local language, you shouldn't have any problems with the current Herald updates.

No they aren't... Don't mind the printscreen of the rom info they placed there. If you go directly to the download, you'll see that it's the same rom

Because it's a Wing, not a Herald.. You probably get the wrong Model ID error?
Just try to install WM6 in ASerg way.

ROM version related to GPS issues?
As an effing noob here... I'm trying to track down why I cant use the aGPS built into my Touch HD... Google Maps and Windows Live Mobile both cannot use the internal GPS, even after hard-setting to COM4, 4800 baud, etc.
My ROM is 1.14.405.3 (22273) WWE... does this matter or would the Radio version be needed?
Just trying to track down why I cant use the GPS... and cant seem to find any advice anywhere. I'm using this phone in the US, bought from the UK unlocked...

Erm I flashed Laurentius26's fantastic V2 ROM then thought oops - supposing I need to return the phone I may have to have the original ROM in it

Can you please post a link to this rom, its what on my device as well, but would like to have a backup before flashing begins.
i can post it, i will back up it bck and using the backup utility which is somwhere in there forum...some time 2day, i will post it up

Please dump the ROM following the instructions in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427507 or this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3078601&postcount=4.
You can rebuild it using the nbh from the official HTC 1.19 WWE ROM.
After that please upload it and post the link, so it can be added to the wiki.

Thanks, I'm thinking of flashing duttys rom at some point on my new HD can I use this to get back to stock orange in case i have to send it back? or will I have to extract my rom and rebuild that? (My HD is showing the same rom version 1.19.61.1 although slightly higher OS version of 5.2.20764)

Only includes the OS, no radio. ROM seemed stable and quick once it was running but took ages for it to shut down - probably to do with it having to show the orange animation on shutdown.
radio can be downloaded from duttys website, and use that radio if u ever wanted to return the phone, make sure u download the correct 1

1.21.841.1 Rom
This rom does exist this is the telstra branded rom when you use the correct serial the htc will allow you to download it their link will stat 1.18 but the file that it down loads is the above rom version this rom is customised for telstra which is the only carrier in australia to be selling the HD This is the version with the 850 umt band as this is the NextG Network the wiki is a link to the share on rapid share so can download from their as for the (38850) I did not look at this when i had it loaded on phone.

You have to choose USA link but not Asia (which is Taiwan only). The USA link is much much much faster!!!

But I had downloaded the chinese version from the USA link selected via the click box shown after you enter the serial number and selected 1.59 rom. The link from USA is much much faster than that from ASIA.

Is this the latest Traditional Chinese ROM? I have tried the latest WWE version for the Wiki, it crash quite oftern, especially when using IE! Going to give this a go
