Comm Manager displayed after SMS

Hi,
First of all I would like to thank all the cooks for the ROM's they've build.
I've been playing with several ROM's and I've noticed one 'minor annoyance' in the latest ROM of "Touch-IT wm6.1 19199.1.0.0 - Black Edition" and the "CleanROM Final "Big Storage" WM6.0" edition, and that's after you send a text message the Comm Manager displays when you close the text messaging window.
I was wondering if there's a solution for it?

This has been an ongoing bug for god knows how long... And at this time there doesn't seem to be any solution for it.

Yea. The bug is annoying me enough so that I'm thinking of switching to the older style of CommManager. That one doesn't have the bug.

Sound notifications disable randomly?

Hi, have a strange issue with my MDA-Vario III (Using Dutys 6.1)
My sound notifications seem to have a mind of there own and I keep missing emails and SMS's.
When I check the sound notifactions settings I can see that most are unchecked, disabling all sounds. So, I check them all again.... then a few days/hours later, I notice I have unread emails/SMS's etc. I re-check the settings and some Gremlin has unchecked them all again!
I've re-installed the ROM, and only have a few apps installed. (Opera 9.5 beta and google maps at the moment) and just the stock things on Duttys ROM.
Anyone got any ideas?

One post in 27 months, I'm impressed.
Sorry, no ideas what would cause this. Could be anything, I'd suggest a Hard Reset if you can, and if it is still a problem, try a different ROM.

Same thing here starting today.
I just did a search in the Kaiser forum here for "notifications" and came across thread.
Reckon I'll heard to the Opera forums for the workaround.

Ok I have a minor issue with the sounds and notifications on my MDA Vario III in that when I set the new text message notification no sound or vibration is made when I receive a new one... all other sounds work to date any ideas on how to get this working, note all the boxes that need to be ticked are...

I know this is a bit of a pain, but i used to soft reset my phone at night to ensure my alarm goes off. I didnt know opera was my issue lol. Also, Galarm is a better solution as far as alarms go!

PDAViet V12 MWC wm 6.5 rom?

I've seen some screenshots over @ the PDAViet website, and the v12 has a screen vaguely resembling the one that was shown @ MWV, but it looks kind of wonky so its possible the photo was just taken from screenshots around the place.
Has anyone tried the PDAViet v12 6.5 rom? Do you know if it actually incorporates any of the features or is similar to or based on the rom shown @ MWC?

Oooops I guess he changed his mind.

Is it worth upgrading to this version over Davideuck_6.5_V-2 version? Is there any difference or should we just wait for Davideuck new release that he is working on.

Don't have my HD yet, still waiting for it to be delivered
Also the forum can be changed to english via a drop down box at the bottom. For registration, the posts are still in vietnamese.

I din't see that....I used googe translate. I'll go back and see if the translations are still a bit googled thorugh onsite Eng selection.
edit: actually google translate is much better.....learn something new everyday.

Hi,
You’re not quite. It seems WM6.5 is illegal at the moment.

This rom seems to have the ring tone problem, no sound... You can select an alarm sound from the top of the list though.
Ok, it seem to be *.wma files it can't play and MP3. WWAV files are fine.

Strange, I don't have any problems with sounds. Everything works OK.

Ok, My Bad..... Reset and the sound is working now.... with all audio.

I have reset before reporting this problem.....
My answer, hangup, home and back buttons don't work, if I press them they just activate the soft key on the screen above them, anyone have this issue.

TouchFlo was removed from this version, I don't know if it has something to do with the back button, but I confirm I have the same behaviour.
By the way is there a .cab to install TFLO 3D to this ROM?
Otherwise it's working good so far, TT7 installed, no prob to sync with exchange server

How are you finding using the phone, I suppose we really don't even need the bottom hardware buttons, everything is able to be done with the software.

The phone part works good so far.
I don't have any complain.
back arrow works, and phone pickup and hangup can be used to select any soft menu loacated above them.

[ UPDATE! ] 3G Video Call with very nice skin ;)

Again With a better skin. I leave the old one...just in case someone needs.

was waiting for something like that

Just went ahead and downloaded the cab and installed it on my Niki and it works perfectly. Very nice looking skin for the 3G Dialer. I noticed in your screenshot's your "by DJ KDA" is not included making the skin look more professional. The "watermark" on the dialer takes away alot from the clean look, making it look cheesy. People here on XDA arent out to steal your work so I dont think you need to watermark it.
Just a suggestion.

Installed in Anryl 21S00 and works perfect! One suggestion is to make Talk button Green and End button Red. Looks awesome, thanks for the contribution.

Stupid question (I think) but I'll ask anyway. Would this work on the att brand "8925 tilt"? I have a PDA Corner Ultimate ROM as well

use s2u, it has setting for switching off display after connection is established. this setting works even all other s2u features are disabled.

I like your two video dialers, it's wonderful.
Now I met a wired problem while using Anryl 21510 rev.2. After installing the dialer, I found EZInput can not open. Then I made a hard reset, tried both of dialers, and the problem still there.
Could you offer me a solution for that? Thanks a lot.

Nice ROM so far...
One thing though...
Everytime I have to soft reset my phone, or if I turn it off then back on. It has to reset up my connection settings for Tmobile. So its not holding the settings for me. (Tmo-US)
Love the new version of 6.5 though with the start button on the bottom of the screen.
edit: Tried sending an MMS and it could not send it.

My location works great.
2 things for me so far:
-Wifi icon when connected is activ sync icon.
-When wifi is on and my scrren will turn off then wifi automatically be switched off (thats ok ) but when I turn on my screen again wifi staing off.

I have also noticed that wifi shuts down when turning off screen, and comes back on when u turn the screen on...thats a new feature I belive well--for me it dont come on when I turn screen on, but when i update in.ex weather etc...
At first I was wondering why it was like that, but I have come to that its ment to be that way, and I have actually startet to appreciate it workin that way...
But im sure there are some regsettings to change it to old style, but I have not looked into it yet, but if I see anything Ill post it here

Going to give this rom a try, hopefully all goes well

Are you sure the settings are right? As long as arcsoft is there, you can send mms. I dont have my tp2 now but I will flash and test it on Mon when I get it.
