Sorry but I've never installed a new Rom on my WM device before. But with Touch HD I can't resist the desire to try out the new Roms here at xda-dev forum. But I don't know how to do it. Could anyone pls tell me the procedure of installing the new Rom? Help will be much appreciated.

hi..
i just got my wing yesterday and i want to flash a new rom on it.
i was trying to learn as much as possible before my phone got here, but i still dont know too much
ok, so what is a SPL?? i saw one rom that said if you dont have an SPL of 4.0 or something like that dont use it.. i have a clue as to what that is or what mine is
what is overclocking?? do I NEED to do it??
what is the easiest (or has the easiest UI) reg editor??
are their any extra programs i might need to flash a rom on my phone??

Please read the Hard SPL sticky in this forum; then "Sticky: Jade Flashing Guide for NOOBS".
There isn't really a best 6.5 rom they're all different; you'll have to flash them to find out
As said, please read the stickies before posting, someone has kindly put the information there for you. Any problems, post in the relevant thread.

Don't start a new thread for an existing topic. If you have a problem / question about miri's ROM, ask in the ROM thread. If everyone with a question asked it in the ROM Development forum, instead of posting in the correct thread, or searching for the answer, you'd never be able to find anything.
