Lock screen, what are the mail and head icon for ?

when i lock my TyTn II
i got this

so there are 3 icon at the bottom, the first is for unlock
but the two other dont work..(i click notjing happen)
what are they for ? and how setup them

im in the middle of making my own theme for the hero and im down to one last issue. i cant figure out how to fix the date from overlapping my other icon. any suggestions

Hey does anyone know how to remove the setting that pops up in settings for Browser Bar after changing the CID to 7 for AT&T icons?

What are the first two icons on status bar highlighted in red?
I would like them as well.

When I turn mobile data on it disappears, but otherwise it's permanently '!'...
