It seems I made something that could pass for a theme... I have modded the icons in the TF3D and the icons of the extra tabs, which are comm manager, call history and calendar (with active icon, modded by D-MAN666). These have also been iconized according to the renaissance theme. Furthermore these tabs should also appear when you install this cab, since I put in all the manila files needed for the tabs.
I just came across some great icons, so here is another iphone theme, "Blueprint Icons + Tabs". For those that already downloaded this theme and found they were missing the programmes tab (My bad!). It has now been reuploaded with the tab in it.
I just can't seem to get enough of those Iphone Icons. I present to you "Iphony Icons + Tabs":
By request I created a cab for the theme without the "Call History tab". Do note that this is not a theme, it is simply a modification of the manila file that allows new tabs. It needs to be installed on top of a theme and installing it without it will probably lead to strange behavior of the calendar icon. By yet another request I uploaded the "No extra Tabs" cab. Installation works the same as the above.
Some people have problems uninstalling my themes, therefore I created the Original TF3D cab. I have suggested a couple of times to delete your entire *_manila files library in /Windows to revert back to the original icons. This probobly not the smartest thing to do after all, because when I did it a couple of my manila files when missing. Do not delete your manila files
I created a cab file with a manila (TF3D) upgrade. I don't know if it is the newest one but it is the same as used in the latest ROMeOS and compatible with mun_rus's manila tweaks. This is a real upgrade as opposed the other cab I created. You may acquire it here

Hey looks like another one popped out, same deal different icons. Here's the "Black Icon Theme"

And Also the Sloppy Red:
Elements Theme
This one is special, I wanted to do an elemental theme, but was not satisfied with any of the icons I found, so... I created these myself. I hope you like 'em. I might be doing a complete(r) metalized theme, but for now I have to get back to do some studying (I actually have a life, well sort off..). SCREENS:
I still can't upload my cab to XDA so here's a rapidshare link.
And here's one for the holidays:

Yes it did, just download the cab, and it'll all be there
just installed red sloppy. it seems that all the country names in the weather tab is in german. i dun mind it. just for your information. thanx for the great theme!
PS : how do i change the background of all the tabs in tf3d?
Find it here
thanx for editing the theme ... in the sounds tab did you have any problems with the font color?
Mine are white, I don't consider that a problem unless you have a white background. Maybe you could be a little more specific.

would you mind updating the screenshots of the red theme so that it includes one with the sound tab?
thanks
Thanx for updating the screenshots
Hi 12aon, firstly great work with the icons they look fab, i downloaded them all to see which would suit my phone best, i've got a few other tweaks already installed such as:
AutomaticWallpaperChanger
GlassClock_v1
NoCurtains
Pamas Transparant Slider
When i install any of your cabs it restarts then boots up and tells me that it is lauching TF3D then the screen comes and goes then a message appears on the top saying "Tap here to launch TouchFLO 3D" but when i do the same thing happens and it eventually returns to the same screen.
I was wondering is you could help me with this as i really wanna use ur Sloppy Red theme cause i'm using the stock vodafone rom and with it being red and now transparent ur icons would look fab, on the same note i dont suppose you know how to change the colour of the clock in TF3D or if it is even possible? I find it quite hard to search for stuff using the search function in the forum as you have to trawl through about 250 posts to not find what ur looking for so instead i've started following links in peoples signatures which brough me to your icon sets, thanks in advance.

hi all,
new "qa_layout.dat" for color background in spb mobile shell panel.
demo background for portrait (vp_bkg_now.dat) and landscape (vl_bkg_now.dat) mode included.
UPDATES:
10.01.09 - color background for submenus in landscape mode (new feature/bugfix).
08.01.09 - color background for clock and weather submenus added.
07.01.09 - color background for (nearly ) all menus.
note:
my "qa_layout.dat" - templates are using the seperator2.bmp (image) and seperator2_m.bmp (alpha) for color background images (instead of the grayscale-background class).
if you want to change your background: read the tutorials for the "non panel"-version of spb-mobile shell (Tutorial). and use my "qa_layout.dat" instead of the original version.
have fun,
- quadword
Files (Mirrors):

chrome.zip - "qa_layouts.dat" and sample background
.
Great!!! Maybe you're the first that have posted a mod for the SPB panel!!!
Soon you'll be two!!!
Keep up the good work!!!
i also made a new "qa_layout.dat" for color background in spb mobile shell panel.
also there is a demo background for portrait (vp_bkg_now.dat) and landscape (vl_bkg_now.dat) mode included. ^^
INSTALLATION:
just copy the 3 files from the .zip into your Xperia (\Programs\Spb Mobile Shell) and replace the existing files
UPDATES:
10.01.09 - color background for submenus in landscape mode
Files (Mirrors):
-----------------
winter1.zip
UPDATE:
08.01.09 - color background for clock and weather submenus added.
(see original Post)

@tarnam: fine! i think we should collect all the new backgrounds and skins in another post. just start one and upload your work.
But the files was posted in another post???
Since TF3D doesn't support landscape and slows the device down too much - for my taste - I started customizing my SPB Mobile Shell Panel. Works great so far and can publish my Manila Skin in the next few days.

which menus do you mean ? did you use my updated "qa_layouts.dat" ? because in my first version i missed some menus. also i can provide some basic infos about customizing the menus.
i work on a new full skin (also new buttons an other elements). if the skin is ready i can provide new xml-templates and the source-psd files for the new skin.
i would write a short tutorial but i have not much time in the next few days. i hope i can provide an short-guide in a week or so.

Thanks QuadWord for your excellent work -background works perfectly and looks great (although not all screens in landscape mode have the background -eg Programs etc).
Your file and link to the tutorial has allowed me (an absolute noob) to create my own easily -many thanks again!
Will post on the "Show off your X1 -Post your home screen" thread

@jcsxda: thanx for your positive feedback.
i will look into the submenu issue while i am working on my new skin.
edit: seems to me the submenu backgrounds in the original steel theme are also missing in landscape mode ... can anyone confirm this (i.e. if you click tool, settings, multimedia, internet ect.) ?
edit2: it is a bug in the original skin (the "steel panel" is also missing in the landscape submenus).
i fixed it for the color version. chrome.zip is now updated.
have fun,

hey QuadWord, that was exactly what i meant. going to update my skin, now.
thanks a lot
Works perfectly -many thanks once again!
I'm wondering if there's a way to change the colour of the "glow"? (indication of unread email, and unread SMS, missed calls...)
It is light blue right now as per the original ...I can see glow.bmp and its glow_m.bmp in the .dat files but its not light blue so I'm guessing that changing this glow colour is not done via the glow.bmp?
Any ideas on this one?

nope ... the blue glow comes with the icon bitmaps.
if you click on the clock to get to the alarm screen you can see the glow directly between the alarm timers and the big clock. i guess this is the glow.bmp image.

Hi! My first job.
Fabulous people!! Is there any way for someone to make the landscape blue winter pic portrait aswell instead of the trees? Cheers
Hi i was wondering if anyone can help as this problem has been really annoying me now. I am using a touch diamond v1 with the latest dutty rom, it has been working fine for ages but ive never been able to set a background wallpaper.
Whenever i set a wallpaper it will never display, if i want to see the wallpaper i will need to disabled the touchflo on the today screen. Even then the background is high in contrast and seems to be clouded in the background. The image i have tried locating it both on internal and phone storage with no effect.
how do i go about fixing this?
In the main menu of manila, you can slide from: Home, Contacts, messages, mail, weather, internet, camera, music, and settings. in this page (in settings) you will find "wallpaper". change the manila wallpaper there. (say not when it asks) . not from windows.
It will work.
i dont seem to have the manila menu?
Do you really have a diamond?
every diamond comes with it.
Manila = touchflo
Call me picky but, I just couldn't seem to find a theme that I really liked. Android 2.0 comes close but I liked the red of the blur ROM - so, wanting a red-ish theme and a smaller app drawer at the bottom, I decided to make my own theme.
I also seem to be a bit of a rarity in that in the main, I actually like the default status bar icons so I don't feel it necessary to make the battery round or android shaped or anything. So, on mine, the battery looks like a battery...I dunno, seemed kinda logical to me ;-) I added a little touch of colour to some of them but nothing OTT I don't think (I really like my 3G activity icon now - reminds me of an old modem with status LED's
There are a couple of things that I pinched out of other people's ROMs (gmail icon from djengiz), widget background from ZilverZurfarn's melange theme but most of it has either been replaced or re-coloured by me
Thanks to everyone I've nicked stuff from and anyone else I haven't "credited".
And, of course, a big thanks to Cyanogen for his awesome ROMs
It runs OK for me - I've only got a G1 so use it on anything else at your own risk.
Guarantees :
1) I will mysteriously disappear should this break everyone's phones.
2) I probably can't fix it if it doesn't work (mention it anyway though)
3) That it will not work on your Nokia N95
4) Or your Sony Ericsson C905
5) That I've not finished tweaking it
Todo list:
=======
*** Status bar background - re-thinking the brushed metal look - let me know what you think about this
*** Power widget background (still using ZilverZurfarn's but want to get my own there ASAP)
* Browser link shortcut icon needs re-colouring (forgot for this one)
** Analogue Clock Widget
* App drawer handle needs "tidying" - I'm not as happy as i could be with it
Hope you like it - let me know how it works out for you.

Update to 4.2.5
============
I've re-done most, if not all of the icons that I just pinched from the blur ROM and I've been a bit more selective of the stuff that I've recoloured as I thought it was looking a little too dark previously. I've also taken out a lot of the un-used png's that have been hanging around as the ROMs have developed.
I initially used the Android 2.0 theme as a template for mine and there were a few files in there that could come out and some from the blur ROM that I'd copied over and weren't used on the G1. Oh, and I've also deleted all thumbs.db files in all my drawables folders - so it should be a little smaller now and putting less un-needed crap on your phones.
I've been using this myself for a couple of days now and not had any FCs at all so I think you're good to go
Theme-porn follows:
I do love the design of the power widget, I may have to steal that for my alienaqua theme, it has similar colors.
Really nice choice of colors, great job on this and reading the post made me laugh. Thanks for sharing, keep up the great work.
This looks real stylish.
A lot of nice details and as prash said: the power widget is beautiful.
that lock screen is sick. one of the best i have seen !
Edit: just realised it was from the 2.0 theme lol. but nice the anyways
hey what lockscreen is that?
I just downloaded this theme, and the app drawer tab for me is still the same as cyanogen's stock one that he had and not like the android 2.0 type tab you have in the screenshots. any thoughts on how to get it to look like that?
It includes both the Advanced Launcher and the standard one - if when you press the home key, it doesn't give you the choice, use the application manager to remove the default setting (you can switch back if you don't like it).
I originally wasn't going to used the advanced launcher but it is much more stable these days and I haven't had any problems or slow down with it.
It's the only one of the two that I have skinned so far - I will update it in the next day or two so that they are both skinned
Thanks for the positive comments everyone This was only something I was doing for myself but like someone mentioned above, it's in the details and I wasn't happy with only doing a few bits and pieces so I went further and reached a point where I was happy to share it with others.
There's still a few things I want to do yet but I'm having the weekend off and will get back to it on Monday
If it i can leave it alone for that long... ;-)
Cheers,
Smiffy.
great looking theme!
lockscreen looks good but dont function nicely
I am not too crazy about the red but otherwise this is a really good looking theme. It's very fast and stable.. no force closes or other crashes yet. Great work!
I just installed this theme over CyanMod 4.2.4. It works well with no issues so far.
Well, there's a few new icons in 4.2.4 so I've updated my theme and played with a lot of the new stuff.
It's working OK for me with no FCs but caveat emptor and all that...
Thanks for all the positive comments. I've also gone back to the standard lock screen for the time being - as much as I didn't care about the stretching issue in landscape, I wasn't overly happy about nicking someone else's work so I may do my own in the near future.
Might not though so don't hold your breath or anything - in fact, I actually like this standard one...we'll see.
Oh, and about the analogue clock - I'm going to make it slightly darker but not do much more than that to it - do people even use it?
Cheers,
Smiffy.

It's been over a year(?) but i've been working on this for the past few days, and.. here's an update!!
To all nrg rom users:
Use classicflo_slider_v2-nrg_beta.cab
In the classicflo slider v1, nrg roms did not display the upper image. I don't know why this happens. To counter this, a transparent backplate is utilized.
I have not tested this on a nrg rom yet, tell me if it works
If you encounter any problems: take a screenshot + write a description to post here or pm me.

- manila tv

Changelog:
=========
v2
- added utopykzebulon's call history tab icon
- added netdrg manilatv tab icon
- add meltwater's facebook tab icon
- adjusted some icon positions and sizes
- calendar icon better supports newer manila
- preview icons are now 256x256 in size
- transparent sliderback support for nrg roms
similar to pamas's transparant (Glass) Slider here
v1
Icons include:
Home, people, sms, email, internet, reader, photos & videos, music, calendar, stocks, footprints, recent documents, twitter, weather, programs (not pictured) and settings.
Enjoy!

No, sorry i only have the classic htc one. i think the one you're referring to is made by a carrier - so the image files would be pretty hard to find.
If there are any issues, post them here and i'll try to troubleshoot!
thank you very much for posting this consistant slider. its like the finishing touch of my GTX screen.
Thanks so much man! I've been looking for this for a long time...
Thank you nice to have the "classic" slider
nice! thanks
Thanks for sharing!
Very nice slider, thanks !!
by the way, would be possible to reduce the size preview icons we can see its a little sharped because there are big. and the sms tab icon would be more aligned with the slider (the black square behind)
I suggest this because I like very much your slider !
Brilliant, thanks so much for making this - the new Sense slider is so tacky: like some have already said here, I don't know why HTC abandoned the super slick version...
How can I install this??
Say, I'm currently using a different version of this slider made by Zitoun - only problem I have with it is that the calendar tab's preview icon has the date out of alignment. Does this one have that issue? If not, sign me up, the TF3D iconset is so much nicer than Sense.
Can you make a Facebook tab!? Please!
lippa said:

yes...
Also make call history icons please??
Edit: The calendar tab would probably look better if the day of the week was darker than white. Also, I haven't used the touchflo interface previously, but is the selected tab supposed to be blank when you're on it's page? In other words, when I slide and stop on a tab, the icon is hidden by just the blank grey tab slider. On the new Touchflo interface, it shows the icon as selected essentially, which is kinda what I prefer. So this may be a bug on my phone with this addon, or I may just be unfamiliar with the old interface...
Thanks for your work though and if these above things are addressed, I'll run this permanently. Currently though, it's not quite where it needs to be for me to run it daily. I'm running the Tmobile HTC LEO with latest EnergyRom.
facebook and manila tv
It is by far the best slidericons collection but:
with facebook and a manilatv icon its even better
So if you could be so kind...

Really nice, better than the default slider, but I would like to report some bugs... if this is the right place to do it...idk
First I noticed on the HTC Rhodium Verizon CDMA version, running latest EnergyRom Jul 24
The Slider does not have an image for whatever tab you are currently on, Its just all black.
And the Calendar shows the date all out of line...
Any chance you could add an icon for the GPS tracker tab?
