just search xda-developers.. will get it easily..
Impossible to set any mp3 to be a ringtone because media player is missing..
Also after a long search it was impossible to find media player..
The only i found is the HTC Streaming Media cab...
BUT the ROM is excelent and very fast on my device.

I am sorry, but I would like to ask if in the phone band setting, GSM, you can see these options: UMTS 2100+GSM 900+1800, UMTS 850+1900 GSM 850+1900, UMTS 800+2100, UMTS 800+2100, UMTS 850+2100 GSM 900+1800, UMTS 850 GSM 900+1800. In 405 ROM I can see these options, in the 721 only one.
For the first time, few days ago, I cocked a Lite version of 405 ROM, because I found this ROM incredible better than 721, especially regarding battery life; with the original 405 ROM I could use the device for two/three days, using it all the day long.
But, in the 405 ROM the word completition doesn't seem to work.
Do you think, are you gonig to dump the ROM 488 (part02.raw), in order to help who can try to make a Lite ROM with this version, but without Manila and all the others software you removed in yours?

- BTA2DP Supported, with newer AKU3 and above BTA2DP module. I dont know if it better or not since I dont use it much... but with my test, its far more better then the old one.
- Some extras app (Limited due the big fat new OS stuff)
- BT/Wifi Coex (if sometimes wifi refuse to turn on, just suspend the device and try turn on again.. hopefully U'll get lucky..)
Limited:
- Smartdialing Is not compatible with AKU3.5, the last supported is AKU3.3.
- STK didn't work (I've strip out from the rom due the critical rom space)
- Wifi must turn on first with WlanManager to use it with CommManager (old bug)
As always, this rom is on beta stage, any bug report is more then welcome guys..

Ok.. just flashed this ROm. Initial performance of the interface is the same as Xplode 3.5.
But after instally three today plugins:
1. SPB Diary v2.1.2
2. Phone Alarm v1.58
3. SBSH iLauncher 3.0.01
the performance is very much slower compared to Xplode's 3.5. Everytime you open a menu or switch windows, there is a significant lag in the graphics redrawing.

Hiya Helmi.. Just to confirm Bluetooth Stereo is working fine, as s the headset profile! A small note however, if you install teh windows Today Plugin, the audio stops after about a second!
Speed is good though! Seems stable..

that quite interesting... I've seen xplode registry setting and there all standar, un tweaked registry... hmm... does BA not very good when we tweak it or does the tweak require another graphics tweak to make it work equal the overall speed.. I'll install thoose app and I'll try to learn the effect... in the mean time try the attached cab (standarize.zip) to standarize the tweak setting about cache.. and please report the result...

can u please gave me the today plugin? I need to test it.. cos in my test, I've syncing, wifi conected, and also play 15mb divX movie with PPC DivX player, and audio transmitted to my pc.. yes it skip a little but didn't stop playin the movie for about 1++ hour its only stop when I stop it... U might also try the standarize.cab for testing..

I also confirm the screen rotate bug. It doesn't rotate back to Portrait once you switch to Landscape. Need to go back to Settings > Screen to make it Portrait again.

Second confirmation of the Screen roation bug..
Noticed its a bit difficult to activate BT stereo as well! Any ideas as to how to make a button to switch it on and off??

screen rotate bug is ddi_d3d driver bug, thats why on the old rom I dont use it as default because it didn't fully support Porttrait/Landscape... hmm.. hopes we'll find a better driver...

I still believe broadcomm handle BTA2DP much more better then MS stack.. hopes I hv time to explore the Broadcomm again..

Some extra info Manila2D(TouchFLO2D) does work on Shift but some tabs wan't work in landscape. the main problem with Manila would then be that it would be hard to type on the keyboard when the window is in portrate.

The dictionary program Merriam-Webster installs and runs great on this ROM. It is free in its trial mode.
I also installed Youtubeplay, which is a bit of a chore with the screen resolution. I might install the VGA resolution changer so that I can change resolution, as I do rather miss the extra sceen space in google maps.
I also found the screen rotation to be a handy tool, so I am going to install quick menus or something similar.

ROM version is 1.33.xxx Chinese Traditional. Even alex_time also confirmed that he saw that in his Italian ROM. He also posted the RAW files and posted the links for them in a different thread.

update problem ....
The update does not want to start ........ it goes normal until the status bar and it remains at 0%. I use win XP and Active Sync seems normal.
Is there anything i can do?
Later edit: Did not know i had to put in Hard SPL. Noob here ..... sorry (i have an Eten X800 and that's much simpler to update )

Megade User Customization
The new user customization doesnt require a sdconfig file. Just place your files(cabs,xml,reg,mscr) files in the directory cabs on your sdcard and these will be automatically installed at first run!

I will in time. But newer cores have the taskbar moved and that kinda stuff. Don't think manilla and taskmanager are gonna like that.
I can't sleep yet.. Had a late (or shall i say early, sun was up already) party. Also holidays here

Tommy, everything's fine so far. Is there a way to assign the END button (don't know what number it's supposed to be) to go to TODAY page? At the Buttons settings thres only the option for hold button 1 (it's the call button)!

Added a fix for Wifi. This fixes comm manager problem and adds the WifiWizard.
For the notification manager i don t know yet.

Seem pretty nice ROM. Just flashed not to long ago, will give it awhile to run.
Since the iojade 1.1, I can't use S2U2 to handle incoming call. It's seems to be conflicting with the HTC built in dialer? Any workaround to have it fixed?

I was thinking about cooking my own ultra lite ROM, but I can't figure out how. What kitchen do you use?
Will you cook a 6.5.3 version in the near future? If so.. can you make it ultra lite? I mean, no application (if it can be done: Internet Explorer, Google Maps, Windows Media Player, Pictures & Videos application, Games, etc), so the phone will have only basic things (make a call). This way everyone will install the programs he wants (I don't use IE, and I use Opera; I don't use Google Maps; I don't use WMP, I use Nitrogen and Pocket Player, I never use default image viewer from Microsoft)

My Phone icon doesn't work. (installed myself again and still doesn't work)
Can't setup Connections. (I have prepaid so I have to insert manually all the info, because it won't recognize if I do it automatically)
Question: What dial pad is that? I'm used to the silver one , that have a problem. This is clean and I like it.
Except those two issues I don't find something else . Seems to be a good ROM. I'll use it for a couple of days and I'll announce you if I find something

Yes, I tried to do my best And tried to do what you were expected, a very lite rom. But there are some apps that you mentioned to remove... if i remove most of them the phone's other functions won't work (for example: SMS writing :O)

) You're right. This seems to be the best lite ROM I've tried so far.
Another issue: When some pop-up menus with Yes/ No buttons appear, I can't see the buttons (is not a big deal because Yes is in the left side and No in the right side, so you can guess where the button you want is).

Reply: this dial pad is the original dial pad of WM6.5. Are you talking about "xperia dial pad" which works nice on wm6.1 but not on wm6.5?

It doesn't launch My Phone app. First time it gave me an error. I can't reinstall the app. It retrieves the unsuccesfull screen.
