How to change UI language on T-Mobile MDA Vario III/Kaiser?

Hello,
My friend asked me to change UI language on his T-Mobile MDA Vario III from german to english. I think that I have to "upgrade" it to HTC WWE rom? The problem is that I cannot download rom upgrade from HTC.com, because this is T-Mobile device, and I don't have "HTC" S/N. But there is already some HTC rom in device:
ROM 1.56.407.3
1.27.12.32
22.45.88.07H
Could anybody give me link for HTC rom for Kaiser, please?

I've used hardSPL and HTC WWE rom update:
3.28.405.0 (Radio 1.65.16.25) original HTC WWE (World Wide English) found here http://rapidshare.com/files/1170540....0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_Ship.zip
and... it works!

you try to download it from http://www.shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=windows mobile&model = Kaiser
then what your problem until can not be installed ??

Diamond Radios don´t Work?!

hello...
i need some help with my diamond...
i have the radio 1.00.25.03 on my xda o2 diamond...
i have hard spl 1.40 olinex, sec unlocked and aztor v7 rom on my xda/htc
but i flashed radio 1.00.25.05, 1.00.25.08 and other radios but i can´t send
any sms?! only with 1.00.25.03?!?! what is this?! phone yes but sms not?!

Cannot put phone to diagnostic mode

Dear Sirs
I CANNOT enter diagnostic mode with my HTC Diamond (Ace Hellas).
##DIAG# or ##DIAG or DMROUTER.EXE /DIAG DONT WORK.
I have HARDSPL 1.93 OLinex, Radio 1.00.25.05 radio (official), Rom 2.03 (official), Ace Greek Update PAtch (ACE Hellas).
Can u please help me?

Kaiser connection problem

I installed HardSPL 3.29 and this ROM: WM 6.1 (3.28.405.0 WWE, Radio version: 1.65.17.56 ) and Manila 2d. The connection ( WIFI, Bluetooth, HSDPA) not working.
What is the problem ? Please help me.

Please try to install your ROM again using a stock ROM, such as one downloaded from HTC or your provider, for example http://rapidshare.com/files/55298724/RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_.exe
Then try again with your ROM: WM 6.1 (3.28.405.0 WWE, Radio version: 1.65.17.56 ) and Manila 2d. .
Be sure your Kaiser is SIM-unlocked before you try any of the above steps
