Popup keyboard question - Touch Diamond, MDA Compact IV General

Hello all,
I have a tricky question. Does anyone know how to deploy/open up the popup keyboard NOT using the auto deploy tweak or the touchscreen(is there a keycode for this or an .exe I could shortcut too?)? I want to be able to use my custom numeric SIP
keypad for the fullscreen jbed Opera mini and DON'T want to use jblend because of the limited screen realty on the diamond.
Any ideas??
Thanks

Found the answer
Hello all,
I found the answer, it is a great little program called sipswitch.exe by vijay555. Thanks vijay for all your hard work and making your great releases available to all.
Take care!!

Have you read my OM-related articles? In there, I've explained how you can switch OM to full screen mode: bring up the SIP and press Ctl + *.
(You MIGHT also be ablke to do the same on the thumbboard - dunno, haven't tested it. It works on the Universal.)
ive got the esmertec jbed version and opera mini just loads fullscreen by default didnt have to do anything to make it do it
Hi
How can I bring up the SIP being opera showed?
I've got a similar problem. I have an htc kaiser. I'm enjoying opera mini very much. I've read the bible mentioned earlier, but I'm not sure how to bring up the SIP (presumably this is the soft keyboard) from opera mini4. I'm not at all experienced i'm afraid, being something of a newbie, so any very simple guidance would be really helpful. I was very proud that I managed to follow the instructions on making a shortcut and getting rid of the security questions though!
Thanks in advance

Dialpad instead of QWERTY possible???

HI guys,
hit on me but I would like to have the dialpad instead of the QWERTY for messaging. Is this possible or is there already a rom/ tool to realize this?
Thanks
Michael
There is a program on here (can't remember the name!) that alters the SIP dependant on whether you have the stylus in or out. I have mine set to Phone keypad when in and Qwerty keyboard when out
burnso
OK, just found it by myself.

New To The Diamond

hey guys im new to Windows Mobile in general but specifically the Touch Diamond i've updated the bootloader and firmware to a custom one allready.. i need some help..
im after a speedy firmware which doesn't loose the asthetic look of the touch diamond im also after some sort of mod which allows me to use the horizontal full qwerty keyboard for sms can anyone help me out here or even tell me if these are possible? cheers
You can use GSen or Gyrator to rotate the screen in all apps rather than just album and Opera and then you can use the horizontal keyboard for messaging. Just search for them. Can't help you with firmware recommendations, I'm using the standard one.
hey mate i have gsen but it doesn't seem to work in the sms app... only in the original wm6 menu's
That's odd, I just ran GSen and checked, it works for me in the messaging app. It's definitely running? There should be a single white pixel in the system tray up the top. Try opening GSen CFG and then using edit > restore to default. If that doesn't work you might want to try posting in the GSen thread, I'm sure there'd be one somewhere.
hey guys just installed gyrator and it fixed it up, now i just need some advice on the rom i find it shocking just running touch flo takes over half the systems memory
Try Shaks ROM, it retains the standard TF3D looks with useful added apps and is as stable as any ROM is gonna get.

map X2 sip keyboard to button

Hey guys,
I first want to thank all the chefs, cooks, and tweakers for your work on bringing the x2 enhancements to the x1. Anyway..
Anyone know of a program that will bring up your default sip? I'm not talking about sipchange. I don't want to see a list. I just want to hit a hardware key and have the x2 keyboard show itself. I turned off the auto-show setting of the sip cause sometimes it was annoying, but I now have trouble hitting the stupid keyboard icon to get it to show. I think mapping "show-sip" to a hardware button would help.
I'm really surprised how good the x2 sip is. It's simple, but in my opinion fast and more functional than even the ezinput.
Thanks in advanced
