Anyone running Co-pilot on Modaco 3.0?

Hi all,
I wondered if anyone was running Co-pilot on Modaco 3.0? This was working great on my previous stock rom but since updating it freezes after around 30 minutes use. If left the device gets quite warm as well. Anyone else had this problem and, more importantly, found a fix?
My problem is that I updated to 3.0, and 1.91 kernel and updated my radio at the same time. Does anyone have any idea which is likely to be causing the problem?
Cheers for any advice,
Michael
should add that this is happening after around 30ish minutes use. I was on radio 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.08.29 but have just downgrade to the one before (I realise there is a newer version but it really seems to drain my battery).
After a bit of searching it seems I am not the only one with this problem so I will keep this thread up to date in case it is of any use to others. I now have co-pilot sat next to my computer running trying to replicate the problem.
and finally, does anyone know what the stock radio for t-mobile UK is? I suppose it will help me narrow down quicker if I dropped back to this one to see how I get on.

Mine doesnt freeze but it does loose GPS signal quite often.
Thanks for the replies. Can I be nosy
PHP:
and ask what radios your both using? I switched to .22 and used satnav for a 30ish minute drive and seemed fine, no loss if signal etc. but phone was still getting incredibly hot.
Will give it a proper try new years day and see if it really has improved.
Working ok with modaco 3.0 and radio .29 . Always did get hot.

s2u2 slider issue

is anyone using the s2u2? i just downloaded the newest version (with the hot fix) but about every other time the slider will not work it seems if i press the finger print scanner it ''wakes'' up my phone and the slider works...ideas?
hmm. ur using the 2.30? ver?
thats what i'm on. and i'm using the touchpro 2 skin.. and i've yet to have a single problem with it at all.. in fact i was using it on my xperia x1 so much that when i got the expo it was nearly the first thing in installed. love it to death. can view and dismiss calls and emails and texts and play music without ever unlocking my screen. have you tried removing/re-installing ?
im using 2.33. i havent reinstalled it yet. will do and let u know.
thx
ahh blimey i didn't know it was up to 2.33 i'll have to check it out myself

u could always try a downgrade.. seeing as how the new version needed a hotfix for whatever reason and nothing in the changelog is something i can't live without... i'll stick with the older 2.30 version which does everything i need it to do .. almost..
thanks canoe i just d/l and installed the 2.30 version. and so far so good it's not having any of the hanging issues!!!
thanks
again
no problemo i usually wait to upgrade when there's like a MAJOR change. and i usually give it a few weeks to see what other people are saying about the update...
Hey guys
I had installed this back in Jan and found that I seemed to have less battery life when using it. Did read about others (non Expo/IQ) users having this issue. Has anyone else found this to be true on our devices? I've since removed it but kinda miss it.

Thanks jug6ernaut, I’ll reinstall it and play with it some more.
im with jug6ernaut.. i've been using this app since i think 1.44 and have never had a battery issue with it. and definately no noteworthy effect on batt life with this phone esp...
there's a few custom skins as well.. they can make it have even more EYE-CANDY
FYI s2u2 is up to S2U2 Updated to V2.34 now says fixed "occasional" hard to slide problem...i may test it later see if its fixed for me - has anyone tried yet?
i used it about 2 days and i had no problems except it using too much ram about 7mb so i dont use it any more but i really like it i guess ill wait till we get a clean rom to use it.
So are you guys using the fingerprint sensor with the s2u2? That seems kinda a lot to unlock the phone.
i have the fingerprint sensor to set to lock my phone after 15 mins and when i was using s2u2 i had it set to lock anytime i turned off the screen. it also worked great with s2p but my bluetooth hedset could not control it. using s2u2 with s2p you dont have to unlock to change song or change volume and it uses album art as your wallpaper.

Market Apps disappear after booting/flashing

Weird issue that I haven't seen addressed yet in here...after I power down, reboot, flash, etc and then power the Tmo N1 back up half of my free AND paid apps disappear from the Market Download page.
An easy and quick fix is to uninstall T-Mobile's app "MyAccount" then reinstall it. Bam!..all apps are back. fyi, FRF85B and rooted.
Anyone else have this issue?

I noticed you have Monks kernal, I flashed it and it caused sync issues with my twitter app, and my phone was getting super hot. IDK maybe it was'nt compatible with my rom.

What ROM are you using?

[Q] I want to know if this is SOD?

Hey Y'all,
I installed the CF repacked ICS ROM and had no problem for the first 2 days until once after I locked the phone and tried to unlock it, it wouldn't open. I then restarted a couple of times and it would freeze in the boot logo animation. Then I just went back to GB. Is this SOD or is this a new issue which no one but me has encountered.
When the phone doesn't wake up..as in the screen doesn't come back on and usually requires a battery pull is SOD
Screen of death..
Sent from my GT-N7000
Don't you mean 'sleep of death'?
Has anyone found a fix for the dreaded SOD? I've seen talk that it can be fixed by uninstalling certain apps, but it seems unclear/uncertain how to tell which apps are causing the problem.

SOD is most likely kernel related, so there's probably no way to get rid of this plague for now. It will go away once we lay our hands on the ICS kernel source.

Unresponsiveness + Instability seen. Need help!

Hi guys,
I have encountered massive sudden unresponsiveness about 3 times since I've got the phone and I'm trying to troubleshoot the problem.
The phone becomes very unresponsive with extreme lag and eventually after a long wait it reboots itself. I saw it twice on Nougat leaked beta and just today, on official OOS4.
On one occasion I encountered while it was charging in the car, and navigating. It was frustrating as GPS wasn't reliable. Phone felt warm too.
However, on other occasions, I was doing some simple tasks like browsing FB and the issue started. I highly doubt this is CPU throttling as I I've gotten the phone hotter before without any problems.
Now, is there any app which logs CPU resources in the background? Kinda like Windows task manager which tells you which app is hogging resources. I have Wakelock detector which is great, but the app using more batt is not necessarily the culprit.
So far, I replaced LightFlow with LED blinker and will monitor. Any ideas, feel free to share.
Thanks for reading!

if you saw these on Nougat leaked beta, its normal, because as the name says, its an old build, not the one that came out before EOY. On official build, its normal as well, being Beta 1 build. I`m using it too, and I encounter a lot of lag, small freezes , and things like there. These are going to be fixed, but we just need to simply wait for OnePlus to do their job. And I`m ok with this, since I`m also working in development branch and I know how their processes work

Thanks. I've searched quite a bit for this issues but I couldnt find it. I felt that nobody else saw it. The occurrence might be low, but the problem is big. Phone becomes unusable for quite a substantial amount of time.
Lets see how it goes.

Have you tried to reset to factory settings after update? That might help

I didn't feel the need for it, as all my installs were clean from scratch. So having this issue across at least 2 FW tells me that it's likely a rogue app causing this..
What about the stable version of Nougat here?

Yup.. I am using that right now. Saw the issue once so far.
Hard to say if it's a rogue app without knowing which apps you have installed
I'd recommend a factory reset since that's usually the first troubleshooting step. Try installing apps back slowly, and only the ones you absolutely need. I'm on the stable nougat build and haven't noticed that happen with me yet.
