As many of you know I have cooked for the Hermes, Tilt, and Fuze.
These ROMS will primarily be set up for the Tilt2 but will have features to make them work with any carrier with a few minor changes. All ATT settings will be included "out of the box". The Tilt2 keyboard fully works as well as all connections. I am adding in the HTC manila 2.5 as well as many new features from the leo and other devices.

General:
YOU MUST HAVE HARDspl TO INSTALL THIS ROM OR ANY OTHER CUSTOM ROM.
THIS ROM IS ONLY FOR GSM DEVICES
Several things are installed during customization. Please do not skip the customization.
AT&T users will find it already set up for use.
Non-AT&T users need to run the ADC to set up connections. I have placed a handy link in tools.
Non AT&T users must also Change their keyboard layout.
Some european users will need to make this change to send sms.
If you make modifications to TF3D please do not ask me to solve your problems. It is hard enough to support a rom in general without people breaking things on thier own and asking for them to be fixed. Feel free to report if a certain mod does not work for other users.

6. Navigate to "HKLM\services\MSG" in the registry
rename the "Dll" value to ="MessagingService.dllx"
7. "HKLM\system\inbox\externalaccounts"
Rename the key "SMS" to "SMS.htc"
8. "HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCMessaging\Compose",
Renam the "ExecPathName" value to "Tmail.exe"
make sure its "Tmail.exe" not "\Windows\Tmail.exe" (a mistake i've made once)
8. Soft Reset your phone.
9. Enable Sense again.
Then to enable MMS

Download the two cabs.
Install the first one, soft reset, then install the second one.
This is working perfectly for me, only thing wrong is the unread message number doesn't show in a bubble on the messaging tab in touchflo.
I tried installing "Zenyee SMS Unread Count Patch.cab" and it just messed things up (killed SMS all together actually!)
You still get sound notification and new message notification on the top.
hope these steps are simple for everyone to follow. Feel free to ask any questions if you need more clarification.

The attached cab will do most of the work. It worked well for me as follows
These steps must be done by hand:
1. Disable Sense (Disable it in the today settings)
2. Delete the "ManilaFull.xml" in the "..\Windows" folder. (can't use regular file explorer, use Total Commander or resco
3. "HKLM\system\inbox\externalaccounts"
Rename the key "SMS" to "SMS.htc"
4. Install cab and let it Soft Reset your phone.
5. Enable Sense again.
Im working on a new cab that will do it all but rename the key.

I'm not sure it's just me or not. The ROM seems to work fine. But it I install the 20-shortcut cab in post# 3, sense becomes unstable. First the boot time becomes very slow. Then from time to time the phone will not wake up from standby when power button is pressed. Also the background I use becomes distorted in proportion (which is understandable because it might did some trick on resolution or recalculated the display position in order to squeeze more shortcuts in). Anybody else got the same problem?

Icon is white because of manila messaging. It overides mine. Im working on a color set.

BG4all will slow it down a bit. Your bg is quite possibly your problem. Post it for me and ill see. I can straighten it out for you.
Im gonna hunt today and see if anyones put out a better version of BG4all
I removed the BG4all due to apparent issues. Had to hard reset a little bit ago. Ill see what I can do for a new one today. I may do a revision of the rom as well.

My background is a family picture. Even though the jpg file is a lot bigger than the screen display, it shows up in background with auto center fine before I applied the 20-shortcut cab. After applying the cab, the people in the background picture shrunk skinny ( I wish I were that skinny... ). And the phone becomes unstable (mostly unresponsive, but some time will not wake up from standby at all that I have to soft reset...). Thanks.

Who's BG4all did you use? I have a few versions of it in my kitchen folders. I'll take a look and see if any are significantly different than the one you used.

Uhhh god question lol. Only one that worked when i got this manila. I found a new one though so hopefully it will work.
One question. Since beta1, while talking on a call with BT, and press the power button to turn off the screen, the light senor will keep sense the light to turn the screen back on.
Is it supports to be like this? (don't have this problem before).
Anything can change to make the light senor disable after pressing the power button while in a call? Because it keep cut off the calls while I put the phone in my pocket. (maybe little light go in my pocket sometime to make the screen turn on by the senor and hit the END key.)
Anyone having this same issue?

Known Issues :
Issue #1; In WiFi networks, soft buttons (Bottom bar) aren't visible. Cannot button to accept key or etc options.
Solution; Please install the attached cab. If cab fails to install, that means Wifi networks app is running in background. Either press and hold Wifi networks X button to force close or Softreboot and try installing again.

Notes:
All the above kitchens are based on OSBuilder.
Make sure you install OSBuilder (Any version) before using the kitchen.
Clean_Up_SYS.bat cleans/removes unnecessary packages. i.e QVGA and VGA DPI.
Repair Attributes.bat like the name says, it fixes files attributes. Run it once after editing any ROM files or before building a ROM.
Warning.bat is linked in OSBuilder and it runs before the ROM building starts. It has some points to warn you before building a ROM.
You can edit the above bat files to know more info about what it does.
Splash.nb is linked to OSBuilder and asks whether to include in the ROM at the end of ROM building.
mxip_notify.vol unknown. Will let you know once I come to know.
After building a ROM, the NBH file will be placed in Output folder (In the root of the kitchen). There is also a ruu to test/flash the ROM.

• This ROM upgrade is only designed for T-Mobile HD2 aka LEO 1024 and compatible with HTC HD2 aka LEO 512.

• By flashing this ROM upgrade, your HD2 may not extended or void warranty, so it’s your own risk and responsibilities.
• You're Anit-Virus software may find or detect the EXE's in ROM package as virus. No need to panic, those are just bat files which are converted to EXE's and for security reason some Anit-Virus softwares detects as virus since bat files are mostly used for virus programming. You are safe to ignore the message or add the files to exclude list in Anit-Virus software.
• RUU supports all Windows platforms.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 is CID unlocked aka HardSPL.
• Before you flash, make sure your HD2 has at least 50% battery power.
• Before you flash, make sure you have taken backup of all your important data(s) on your HD2 include contacts, tasks, messages, emails and etc.
• Before you flash, make sure you have disabled screen saver, power saving and the like on your PC.
• Before you flash, make sure your PC has battery backup provided for safety propose. At least for 15 mins.
• Before you flash, close all the running softwares on your PC. Soft reboot the PC is recommended before flashing.
• While flashing, DO NOT start another process.
• While flashing, DO NOT minimize the RUU window. Let it stay in the foreground.
• While flashing, DO NOT interact or use your HD2, unless instructed to do so.
• While flashing, DO NOT remove the USB sync cable from PDA, unless instructed to do so.
• UC Compatible is already supported in all the ROM upgrades. Click here for more info.
• After flashing and booting successfully, make a soft reboot. Hard reboot is recommended.
• On the first boot, start menu may take some time to open. Please give it some time before to start using your HD2. It should be fine on 2nd boot and so on.
• Before you flash any radio versions, make sure they are fully supported to your device. Radios are more likely to brick devices if not compatible.
• This ROM upgrade doesn’t include radio aka GSM, IPL, SPL or etc. except OS and splash screen.

1. Create following folders on your storage card
• XDA_UC
• XDA_UC\Manual
• XDA_UC\Copy2Root
• XDA_UC\Run
• XDA_UC\Execute
“XDA_UC” is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.
“Manual” is a place for all cab files you want install in usual "visible" mode with all questions.
“Copy2Root” is a place for all files and folders that should be automatically copied to device.
“Run” is a place for you self-extracting archives.
“Execute” is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.
2. Run XDA_UC_NET and press customize button*.
*Make sure XDA_UC in Storage Card is selected as XDA_UC folder before you run the customizations.

Robotic sound ( In incoming voice and music ).
Reason - Its the Android releases/builds fault, At least in my ROMs.
Solution - Using Mdeejay FroYo HD, I don't have any Robotic sound or voice. If you do, please try different Android releases/builds.
Follow the instruction written on the Android release to successfully install and run on your device.

yes CRACING you making roms for this phone makes it a much better experience so its worth it
although i got hooked on android, there r things about windows that i havent been able to do on android so it would be cool to be able to switch back between both.

I'm willing to release my ROM asap but one of issue is giving me more headache.
OOBE, its the one replaces welcome.exe on first boot. After it finishes, it just sucks until startmenu button is pressed. I can remove this app and the ROM works fine but OOBE is nice so trying hard to make it work since yesterday non stop.
May be I will tomorrow. Have to debug with my ROM and stock and check what is causing it.

I'm glad that I was able to fix OOBE ending issue, no matter it took 3 days to solve.
I think the ROM is more beta then a beta, of course its my first release but as best I can, I have tested and found to be stable and bugless.

User Customization
Use SDCONFIG.TXT (optional) on STORAGE CARD for User Customization.
If you direct to a CAB or TSK file on the STORAGE CARD, make sure it is available and read only (with Total Commander), otherwise it will be deleted after installation. If a CAB or TSK file isn't available, you will receive an error message and flashing will not complete.
To complete after this error, reflash without a SD card. After flashing you can insert the SD card again.
Only CAB files with a silent installation (no user input needed or messages to display with a keypress) are suitable for SDCONFIG.TXT.

Tried 0.12. Very quick, tried 0.16, backlight settings not working. I dont know is that only by me or not. Wish there are one nice lock phone app integrated in rom, with button on home screen, so we dont need to push power button. When possible for lock screen is better to push button on the one and then on the other place of the screen to unlock, so we dont scratching the display. Very nice job. (sorry for bad Eng) See ya

I have noticed a bug (i think) my operator works in 3G mode and in 2G when is in roaming.. the phone stay in 2g mode and sometimes it lose signal, go on 3G and after a couple of second relose signal and return to 2G.. so practically it stay always on 2g (edge)..
ps: i have selected in band "auto"

LockScreen.exe in the add-onn toggle folder gives you a home screen link to lock the phone. I'll cook it in the ROM.

If you can check it please.. after this problem (for me) i have switch back to swift edge rom and no problem.. if we can adjust this rom i think will be the definitive rom for our touch hd.. minimal,light very fast for me need to add only the htc dialer, office and maybe htc volume and notification.. only this.. i'm waiting for next release htc0017

I have a "full version" listed in the to do list on the first page. Office is already included, but I think you miss powerpoint and onenote?

Yes also powerpoint and onenote.. i hope the "full version" is nearly like as this (for me is not needed a "full version" :laugh: ), because in my opinion this rom is great, only add the htc dialer (and maybe volume and notification, but not essential).. i in this way this rom still be light and have all is very usefull, and we will have a unique and definitive rom for our HD
Full version is ready for download. Try if it is still as usefull as the light one. I can always remove packages if you want.
Medium version is ready for download. See 1st post for details.

I made a package from the HTC Dialer and stored it in the Add-on folder, but it is not easy to install.
1 Kill process CPROG with Taskmanager in the TOOLS startmenu folder.
2 Install the WM65X-Dialer3.5.cab.
3 Remove USB cable + Battery for a couple of seconds.
4 Start the phone.

I have flashed the 0.18 Full and i'm testing it.. in rom i see is included htc messaging that is heavy for our device, i prefer the wm one (faster and easier).. for me is better to esclude it :laugh:
