Install a theme
After you have root, which you can find out how to get Right here, and download a theme:
Installation Instructions:
-Rename it to update.zip and place it on your sdcard.
-Turn off phone and start in recovery mode. (Home + Power)
-Press Alt + S
-Press Home + Back once update is complete
-Enjoy
Restore original fonts
Restoring your original fonts is easy just download this:
Font update
Then follow the same instructions above for installation.
Posting a new theme?
So you just made your theme and are ready to share your greatest work with everyone?
Just keep in mind a few things:
When you post your theme please start the title of the thread with [ *device* Theme], where Device is the device it was built for. This we know what it is and what is was made for.
Also please include in the title what version it is for, such as RC33, ADP1.1, adp1.5, etc.
Lastly, please use the same thread for multiple versions of your theme. For instance, use the same thread for an adp1.1 version and for an RC33 version.
That's all we ask, thanks for working so hard on your theme and allowing us to use it!

Sorry I thought this would be the best place to put this...
I learned the hard way that JF1.51ADP themes do not work on JF1.51US builds and will put the phone into a loop (i did this twice to verify)... I have not found another sticky that specifies this, so I thought perhaps this one should include that.

Most of the Himalaya information on the Wiki dates back to 2005. Can someone please update it? A new FAQ? EXTrom/DOCtool? Touchflo status? Backpack status? Shutdown at high battery %? Burning? Cooking? OEM packages? Bluetooth?
And once it's up to date please create a sticky here with a few forum tips:
-Before starting a new thread please check the Wiki (link straight to Hima WM6 section)
-If the Wiki doesn't provide the answers please search the forum, your question has probably already been asked and answered before

Yes, life can be so simple.
Although I can't find an explanation on how to edit and link pages, create new ones and so on. I believe this Wiki has no sandbag. I've only been able to update some dead links.

I write regularly in Wikipedia, this wiki looks at least at first sight very different, maybe I should take a second look. But there should be members here with more experience in the xda wiki?

So I got a questions here, could not fine if it was posted so sorry if I'm asking same question.
Guys are coming up with there on themes for the touch flo, so was looking for a app to create my own theme.
Can someone send me in the right direction?

Fist thing to do is unzip a theme and look @ whats inside it's images, so you can mix and match other themes bare in mind that the .xml may be different so if mixing you need to keep same or learn .xml "more info via search"
Then you can use Photoshop\GIMP to edit parts of the theme and dump it all in the .zip.
Now you have a theme
I'm new here...and its so confusing...i was looking at a bunch of the themes on one thread...(I was planning to install some when i got home) and now I can't find the page here. Can anyone help? the thread has like 4-5 themes for the last cyanogen.
the thread is no longer under dream....back out to the main forum and look for android themes, or go to the themes section under dream, click on a thread that says moved, then look at where it was moved to (look at the top of the screen)

2) Post 10 to 12 Max wallpapers in one post so that its easy to view here to everyone. You can post back to back but limit in 1 post is this.

5) Give the CREDITS approprietly if needed.
6) No OFF TOPIC Discussion are allowed.
7) If any member Finds The Posted Wallpaper is Inappropriate Etc Just REPORT to MODERATOR. They will look into it. Do not Discuss In Thread.

so to help clear the clutter of multiple wallpaper threads, you decided to create another wallpaper thread? not sure i understand the logic here
