Hi Guys,
Please help me. I've been trying to transfer the contacts in the pocket pc (HTC diamond) to desktop computer but no luck. I've tried by synchronizing with active sync. It did synchronize but i am not able to retrieve the contacts from the pocket pc. Any solution please?

I don't understand. If you use ActiveSync to synchronise your PIM data with Outlook, your contacts should be there. Unless you deselected that option in ActiveSync.

You can use skydrive to syncronize between the PC and WP
Syncs without problems via SkyDrive like said above, but also via O365 if yuo have an account. For sync to your PC you need to have Office 2010 or 2013. Or if you are Running Windows 8 the OneNote app should do it also.
