Menu in settings tab - Touch Diamond2, Pure Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When i click menu under the settings tab, a window showing wireless networks and bluetooth devices appear. When i click wireless, it leads me to the wifi page but when i click bluetooth devices, nothing happens. Any idea whats wrong?

YEah,
Mine has the same problem too, anyone know how to solve it?please !

I just checked just to check and the same goes for me. But there is good reason. (I think)
It says "Bluetooth 'Devices' "
Do you have any BT Devices connected to it..... i.e. Stereo, stereo headset, car?
I don't have a BT headset to test it but if you do try it and report back. I think it's cause you don't have it connected to anything.

I tried with and without BT devices connected and nothing happen for both

I did try with the Bluetooth device attached (BT Headset). The result was the same. There was nothing happen when click on the bluetooth devices on setting tap menu.
Anyone else also having this problem ?

Yet Another Bluetooth Problem

Hi, pros!
I also have a little bluethooth problem
My headset (OMIZ5140) connects smoothly, both Wireless Stereo and Hands Free services are enabled.
It works good as Hands Free for the first call, but after I hang up nothing is heard, not in the headset, nor in the device itself.
The sounds are back only after reset (disconnecting the headset and turning off bluetooth doesn't help).
On the other hand, it doesn't work as Wireless Stereo at all - the sound in the music player, for example, streams from the device anyway.
Please advice.
Configuration:
ROM - Dutty's Diamond 5.2.20758.1.4.1 Full CVSD (V2.6 RC1)
Radio - 1.00.25.05
Thanks!
JBaruch

Link, please.
i think you will find that it is Dutty's ROM causing the problem, its a known bug that the bluetooth is a bit dodgy. (not sure on specifics)

How to totally disable Throw (It causes severe mhl lag + battery drain + stuttering)

Can anyone tell me how to disable Xperia Throw? Reasons are in the title. The problem is, when I connect my headphones they automatically link to Throw which makes audio unlistenable due to stuttering).I force stop it to resolve lag + battery drain but I'm unable to use my headphones because it always turns on. How can I make my headphones work via normal bluetooth? Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks, your a life saver. While we're at it, do you know what could be the reason for my bluetooth mouse making internet drop from 30mbps to 3 mbps? I'm pretty sure it's a software issue because it doesn't affect internet speed on my friends phone. Thanks.

Wlan?
Bluetooth and Wlan use the same frequency, if the BT mouse is a crappy product that causes a lot of interference wlan could drop packages.
Where can find this apk file to delete\disable it?

First of all I would suggest to turn on "PAGE BUDDY" from Display Option.
If you see headphone symbol in the Notification, just insert a headphone and disconnect, and see does it resolve the problem or not.
If not Connect a headphone and Restart the Phone with the Headphone connected, and then disconnect after turning on.

I did try too much rom. But the same.
Erm... you might get help more quickly if you post this question in the correct forum. The Note 2 forums are relatively dead as is, and you're posting in the accessories portion. I'd put this in Q&A in hopes that someone knowledgeable is looking through there.

Are you sure you have the correct and latest modem for both the n7100 and your carrier installed?

I nothing know about modem things body.
What can I do about it?
I'm thinking your speaker module is bad. I'm thinking the little switch that is flipped when a earphone plug is inserted into the jack is broken.
i believe its a hardware issue.. could be due to audio ic or audio codec ic
i suggest you to check again the ROM, is it spesifically for N7100? or maybe theres a step you skipped

bluetooth issues

I am having bluetooth issues where phones tends to forget about the paired devices and I have re pair them all the time.
Is it me or others are having the same issue? And if someone was able to find a solution to the issue?

Mine seems to have been fixed after updates
I have the same issue with my car
Which N9 version? exynos/snapdragon?
Which software version?
I'm using exynos with N960FXXS2ARK3 and no problems
If you are rooted, install magisk module called libsecure_storage ,it will fix BT pairing issue.

I don't have this per se, but I have a problem where it will regularly connect a phone/music device (car aux adapter) in only phone mode, and I'll have to disconnect/reconnect twice to get media audio...and even then sometimes it will use the "phone" codec that sounds like CRAP for media. Will have to reboot phone to fix that.
