I cannot see my Sd card anymore after wizBackup!!

How are you doing?
Well I got this Qtek 9100 few days ago and I tried to first backup my rom in my mini Sd card using your util wizBackup before using the newest room you made.
But the thing is I cannot see the mini Sd from the explorer anymore....
What should I do to see it again?
By the way do you know how to solve this activesync problem? I had to enable the IP settings for the PocketPc connection in order to make it work (despite of some windows error msgs after the connection), but then if I disconect and reconect again it will not work anymore.

searching for wizBackup
I'm going to upgrade my ROM to the new one provided by Orange Entreprise.
I search for wizBackup, but didn't find it. Can anyone upload wizBackup or similar software and give me the URL please?

Hi All!
I have the same problem: after using wizBackup I cannot see the mini SD anymore.
Formatting is impossible because card is not recognized by none of the programs which I try (ie: Pocket Mechanic, flash format...)
But I'v noticed when I insert or remove SD my QTEK is waking up but still card is not recognized properly :/
Any suggestions and help?

Make mini SD visible again after using Wizbackup Tool!!
I had the same problem after the back up...
No tools that could make my SD card visible again, until I found this little tool!!!
With this tool you can use your Wizard like a USB memory stick and then you can format it again with your desktop Windows.
Just install and connect the Wizard with the USB and format!!!

This method didn't work with my card but I've found better solution - just insert your card to SD adapter and then to photocamera and format it from this device. Works 100%

WM6 & USB Mass Storage

With wm6 i'have no more usb mass-storage funcionality!!
I've two programs and they says:
1) WM5torage: "Can't open the selected card/disk device"
2) Card Export: "Can't .... missing dlls or corrupted registry entries"
What can i do?
Anyone with this problem?

wm5torage works for me. there may be some application (process) running from (or use) you're storage card.

I can't use WM5torage too,I think that is the software's problem.

I use ver. 1.6 and it works for me. try to use a newer ver. or a older one from yours.

WM5torage also works fine for me w\ crossbow.

Disable Programs Running on SD Card
I have to disable all of my today screen programs. They are installed on my SD card and WM5Storage won't run if they are enabled.

had you tried hard reseting already?

First start Wm5torage and switch to mass storage, then connect the USB!
When active sync is allready connected, i was not able to use Mass Storage and

Hello guys , i have a big problem , i can't access to my mass storage ..
When i connect my Diamond to the computer , it is said that i have only 82mb of free space , it is also the same in the settings option , in the hardware information.
Finallt i try to clear my internal storage , an error appear , saying " Tha mass storage cannot be accessed "
My Rom version is 1.34.831.1 WWE
Any idea of what i need to do ?

Apparently , it's said that the stockage device ( the 4gb ) are not installed .. Do you think if i install a newx version of the rom, it could work again ?

I believe internal storage is not available when connected to a computer. If you disconnect the computer the storage should be available.

The internal storage isn't visible (on your Diamond) when you connect the Diamond to your computer when in external drive mode. When you connect through Activesync, you should be able to see the internal storage of 4gb.

Yes it is. What`s the hell Drive mode for ? WHen you connect it as External Drive you have new Device you must wait a minute, windows install drivers for it and then you can see it as new "Partition" like you connected USB stick

Well i've been looking for a solution the whole night , i didn't find anything . I tried both to connect with active sync , and on hard drive mode, my the problem still the same . + in the storage card menu , i is said that the storage card is not installed .... how to fix this problem ??

Go to Settings -> Memory ->Storage card -> Total storage card memory : ???
if you have there nothing then your device is faulty. For me it`s 3832.50 MB

i already explain that i have nothing here ... Seems the storage card hasn't ben installed ... Should i install a new rom ?

well you can try to flash new rom but this rather seems to be a faulty device

Internal Storage lost
HI my touch diamond has the same problem.This is the 2nd phone iv had to have this fault . my first went wrong after one day then the replacment phone went wrong after 3rd day. orange have no answer to the fault as yet. i find it strange that my first phone and then the replacment phone both developed the same faults. the onling thing in common being i used both phones in mass storage mode to load up music files and then the next day fault there. if that any help in resolving this issue need mine fixed to

HELP htc diamond internal storage

i have thist problem i flahed w/ dutty 3.3 and after i flahed i do a hard reset, then when the device start it dosent show me te internal storage of 4gb, the diamond isnt coneted to a pc and i have flashed w/ diferents roms and i conected to a pc as a disk drive but windwos give and error "windows cannot conect to the device" i have do a hard reset and select the option to clean moviNAND and go to settings clear storage and nothing.... i read in other forums something similar but w/ sprints phone and spring have a hotfix but it dosent work in my gsm phone

today when i connected my Diamond to pc via disk drive , i realized that every file in my phone is changed and some folders like my documents is gone .....
and my programs in my phone is not running and all of my pics and vids is gone ....
how can i fix this or restore my documents ..... PLZ help .

When you have the phone connected to the PC as an external hd, the external memory (4gb) on your phone is "blocked" on your phone; you cant access it from your phone while connected. And if you have apps installed (and pics/videos) on your ext. memory, they won't work unless you disconnect from the PC. You can access the ext. mem while using Activesync. Hope this helps.

If restarting a few times (that worked for me in the past 4th time was the charm) doesn't work, go with a soft reset and if needed a hard reset... but you loose the apps and information if it gets that far.
