look at mobilevu's or jerpeleas or wild childs (there's one without manila).
The best rom depends on your needs and usage pattern. I haven't tried any of them, so I can't judge on that. You have to read the threads to form an opinion, and flash it to really know if it works for you.
You can also browse the rom library, there's a short description on every rom.

I mean that you can easily get your Xperia in Japanise or French for instance

There is a Lost in Asia 13.5 ROM out which has Mobile Shell Integrated, see below.

Why dont you both take a look on the cooked roms list on the Wiki which I have not long updated with the latest updates.

It is against the forum rules to recommend ROMs as it is going to be down to personal preference. Most cooks will say they keep their ROMs as close to stock as possible. I suggest picking one with either a 23506 ( New Start button at bottom ) or 21876 build (Most stable).

well, I would suggest searching for wm6.1 or plain checking thread titles in rom dev...if you want to have a custom rom that is
official ones, see link above or sticky by pavelx1
msm7200a chipset has "Q3Dimension rendering engine with OpenGL ES-compliant 3D Graphics", so yes it does

Although not "Clean" (it has manila and other stuff cooked in), Smaberg's Touch X 10.1 is still hands-down, the best 6.1 X1 ROM, even if it's almost a year old.

Agree, the best 6.1 rom I have ever used, I have used it for 2 months with the lest soft reset times per month .
I want a pure 6.5 rom, less bug is good! Can anyone provides?

not exactly sure if I understand your request as intended:
There are no original 6.5.X roms for X1, only 6.1. So every 6.5.X rom available for X1 is ported and customized. The amount of customization depends on the chef, so simply check the rom descriptions in the rom dev section and pic one that suits your needs in terms of appearance and incorporated applications. I think you should focus on titles containing "lite", "pure", "clean" or similar together with the wm build you want.
