Here's the TMO Wing original ROM with TouchFlo added. After the screen alignment, the TMO customization app will run but it doesn't install anything. Give your phone some time to initially startup after the install before trying the TouchFlo. Use at your own risk. Thanks to the PDAVIET team for the install process, anichillus for the kitchen And I think??? Tom Love ??? for the TouchFlo process itself. If I've used something of someone else's. apparently so ... the files downloaded are "WING OEM with TouchFlo"

mmm I'll have to try it later cuz right now i have the Touch-IT,WWE v1.1 UPDATED 10.09.07 I wonder if any significant difference

I will try this rom now. But I still think that it is only included the TouchFlo, not the others app?
Is it possible if you cook a new rom based on the Wing OS like the version HERALD_WM6.0_4.17.07.12.PV? I have tried the Touch IT already but it could not compare with the .12.PV in general.
The biggest problem now is keyboard of Wing, it is different than 4350's keyboard. So if we can get the new rom with Wing OS, it is the best!

There are several questions I have:
Does this include ANY extra software?
if it doesnt include ANY, then is there a TF manager at least like touchflo 1.1?

Does this have the 6mb page pool applied to it?

It's the base tmob ruu, with touchflo. not bad but still way up on the mem usage since its the official ruu
i got it to install okay but i can't get touchflo started. there are no tf settings. it replaces the left soft key. some of the issues i read about before are apparent like clicking the "x" opens the right soft key.
reinstalling something else. GREAT JOB though and thanks for making this. i'll check it out again next release.

TF Settings are in the Programs Folder. It has the original page pool but, the quick page pool changer will still work. One thing I did notice though, the TF settings aren't checked but it does work for me. If it's not working, open the TF Settings and check 'Enable cube' and 'Enable Scroll'. Also set 'View mode' to 'TF default v4.1'. I'd hate to slim down the ROM and have it missing something that a lot of people use. If you want to customize the cube, open \Windows\BioTouch Settings. I will definitely be fixing a few things so post suggestions here. Don't expect any changes until next week though.

i couldn't find the settings dialouge in any folder. i went into the programs folder where all the programs are usually located (in the start menu) and then into all the subfolders, and couldn't find the settings. They were also not in the program files folder that i reached through file explorer.

Strange. it's all there for me. When I get home I'll flash back to the original RUU. Then reflash my version. Thanks for your input.

Almost the T-Mo ROM with Touch settings
Well it's almost what it says it is. Everything is there except for the basic T-Mo apps like Hotspot log-in, T-Zones and My5. Which isn't a bad thing becuase I don't use any of them, however it is the missing IM program, but again no big deal because that's available in th the forums here. All in all, so far I'm impressed.

is the keyboard layout correct??..other then that there will be no other reason to switch because some how i kept all my t-mobile files when i flashed to the touch it rom

Just a question. When i reflash, i normally cut out the customizing part. Is the touch-flo function a component of the "Customizing" function after a hard reset?

Where can I find TouchFlo?

I've been seeing all of these roms with touchflo integrated into them but I don't want to flash my Wizard again to a different rom just for TouchFlo, seeing as I'm perfectly happy with my current ROM, basically I am just wondering where I can find the latest version of touchflo, I've searched but all of the posts I find with it are from last year.

That's the commercial version of TouchFlo: FtouchSL. Just search this forum and it'll be one of the first results.

I guess I should have asked a better question..........right now I am running SPB Mobile shell.........what would be the difference if I added this?

If you're using SPB Mobile Shell, there isn't much use for it. Touchflo just lets you scroll (like in File Explorer) through the items using your fingers. You can also see demos of it on Youtube if you search for it.

I installed it as well, you need to go into programs, and enable it. The only thing that I noticed was that it allowed me to do as stated above, let me scroll through things, it conflicted with my SPB Mobile shell though, so I uninstalled it.

TNT 20273 doesn't have touchflo so install the file ASerg HTC scroling atached right down.
it lets you scroll with sound... then instal the cube fully works vista skin it enables the cube...
You dont need to enable it men, just in Advanced config enable sound and touch flo enable all of this options.

I will try it out ether way, but the version i listed as advantages over the version currently ported, new tables n stuff.

true, the touch HD tf3d is something different than the tf3d from diamond/touch pro.
there currently working on the touch HD to port it to the Diamond/touch pro.
after that it wouldnt take to long to succesfully port this little cool app. to the kaiser and other qvga screens, just wait and see

Try on my Kaiser's Dutty's ROM installed, it won't run, just display launching TouchFlo 3D and never comes out, lately i uninstalled it and my windows start button doesn't work, hard reset is the only way to solve it

All you needed to do was to reassign the Windows key back to the Start Menu after you uninstalled.

Not sure if you have the new HTC Class Action Drivers or not, but they are required to run the TF3D. It won't initialize without them.

Reread the HTC-CA driver requirements. That Dutty rom doesn't qualify as WM6.1.

Just thought I'd do a poll to see what ROM people are using...
Unfortunately there are not many "named" ROMs for the Shift

I use yours and it's very good...thank you for it

Sure your Rom is very good. I in particular love the Snapvue interface guess coz it contains the all too familiar snapvue that i have been using since purchase of Shift. The only reason why I will flush this Rom is when BT headset connectivity becomes available. Unless of coz SD comes first. Or maybe Wi-fi...... Oh well, never mind - I would jump at wired headset functionality for now. Anyone??????

Check the last two questions in post #3 on my ROM thread. They may help for locality settings and to free up RAM.
Also it does not come with Opera as I just use the Windows mobile side for surfing ... but it does work with Opera and you can download it on the forums

Interestingly so far I am the only one uses thaihugo's. I voted for thaihugu+GPS. I have not tried the phone version yet. I like that because, it never failed on me until now atleast. I tried gullum, pli, yours and udk's apart from my own cooked, of course they also have not failed on me. But I reverted back because I felt some kind of religious ;-), that was the first ROM that came out of HTC's jail. Until I get the headset functionality fully incorporated, I wouldn't use the phone, so I reverted back to the first custom ROM. I am currently working on it, but can't guarantee it though.

If you are talking about Manilla 2.5, there's no landscape yet!!

if you slide the keyboard out it will rotate to landscape but with blank home screen. this version of TF3D only supports landscape in pictures and music still. the text messaging screen does not auto rotate either, if you slide the keyboard out it will go to landscape but will not go back until you use the rotate screen app to make it go back.

i am sorry but i have to disagree, i think this rom is far too complex, for example there is no seperate section for 'My Programs' all the 'My Programs' and settings are all mixed up together, i did not like it at all

Rubbish is a little harsh to say about a rom when it is vary easy to make the start menu look any way you want with a vary small amount of knowledge.

I have been playing with this rom for 24 hours and there is a lot of little niggles due to the 2.5 manilla
HOWEVER
THIS ROM HAS A VOICE COMMAND THAT WORKS FROM A BLUETOOTH HEADSET
It looks like the bluetooth stack has been changed back for core 23047 and also 23053 to allow voice command to work.

help please any body

Working SMS/MMS,Setting(Other),Location,BT AVRCP,Alarm/Reminder sounds as they should
So far, it's just Youtube not playing video and showing an error, the blank screen after recording a video(but could get rid of by short press on power and home button after). Other than that, its almost perfect
Is there a black bottom bar to replace this greyish bar where they have the Windows start logo, phone, menu, etc. that they have for the homepage and maybe take the circles off the button?
EDIT: I just noticed that this ROM has moving animations(if it wasn't cloudy, I wouldn't have noticed it all!) ALL THE TIME when at homepage!!!Made Youtube work by downloading app from http://m.youtube.com/appHave to add too that this doesn't have memory leaks. Not really bad for a temporary ROM. If I cannot find a ROM as good as this, or better, I might have to make this my permanent!
