[Info]Benchmark App. Post your results. - G1 Apps and Games

Hey i saw a new benchmark app on the market which I figured would be cool to post results and various builds etc. Maybe we can get a good chart going. Thoughts? This should aide developers and the community here to determine whose rom works best or what setups.
http://www.cyrket.com/package/softweg.hw.performance
Rules: Post your SD card and Class, also do this on a fresh start of your G1.
Ill be posting my results in a little while with my Class 6 after I move my files off my class 2, this should show us is the SD card plays a big role in this. Also if you use Set CPU, Please enter your values. I would think this has a role too. Swapper useage I am not sure if it counts? Post if you think that result should be mentioned too the settings.
To post results, just copy the results below and enter your values, this would be the quickest way since I dont see a export option on the app yet.
Update: Just switched over to my class 6 now. So results in red are with the class 6, I did not however use swapper during this round since I will be working on that 3rd partition instead. As you can see in results. Class 6 does seem to have some increased numbers in certain areas regarding memory and filesystem.

Follow up note: Please mention what SD card and class you are using. Since alot of us use Apps2Sd We should factor that data in there.
Also the test should be done after a turn off and back on of your phone.

Hate to bump, but would be nice to get other people involved in this with various builds. =) Plus some discussion on what counts in these results and I also added the mention of SetCPU to the list.
To post your results, just copy my 1st post layout and reinsert your values there. Only takes a lil of your time but Im sure this could help ROM builders or G1 Tweakers?

Better not make another separated thread with benchmarks... As I stated - I want to implement JBenchmark in future relase of my benchmark.

cpufreq on Nexus 4? (cpufreq drivers?) [Running Ubuntu Touch]

I am running Ubuntu Touch on Nexus 4 and I have tried to install cpufrequtils to be able to control frequencies of each 4 cores on the system.
The problem is that when try to run parallel applications on Ubuntu Touch, I don't achieve any speedups to their sequential counterparts (for example running bzip2 and pbzip2).
I am trying to do some performance analysis of sequential and parallel applications (such as gzip, pigz, bzip2, pbzip2) on Nexus 4.
---------------------
Below is what I get when I try to install and run cpufrequtils:
Installation..............
Code:
Unpacking cpufrequtils (from .../cpufrequtils_008-1_armhf.deb) ...
Processing triggers for ureadahead ...
Setting up cpufrequtils (008-1) ...
* Loading cpufreq kernel modules... [ OK ]
* CPUFreq Utilities: Setting ondemand CPUFreq governor...
* CPU0...
* CPU1...
* CPU2...
* CPU3... [fail]
And when I try to execute cpufreq-into.............
Code:
[email protected]:~/test$ cpufreq-info
cpufrequtils 008: cpufreq-info (C) Dominik Brodowski 2004-2009
Report errors and bugs to [email protected], please.
analyzing CPU 0:

available cpufreq governors: interactive, ondemand, userspace, powersave, performance
current policy: frequency should be within 384 MHz and 1.51 GHz.
The governor "ondemand" may decide which speed to use
within this range.
current CPU frequency is 384 MHz.
cpufreq stats: 384 MHz:89.53%, 486 MHz:0.56%, 594 MHz:0.42%, 702 MHz:0.05%, 810 MHz:0.02%, 918 MHz:0.02%, 1.03 GHz:0.02%, 1.13 GHz:0.01%, 1.24 GHz:0.01%, 1.35 GHz:0.01%, 1.46 GHz:0.01%, 1.51 GHz:9.34% (21486)
analyzing CPU 1:
no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU
maximum transition latency: 0.00 ms.
analyzing CPU 2:
no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU
maximum transition latency: 0.00 ms.
analyzing CPU 3:
no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU
maximum transition latency: 0.00 ms.
So it seems there is a missing cpufreq driver which prevents utilization of all 4 cores.

Impresive hahahahahahahahaha, Nexus 4 on GL 2.7 onscreen T-Rex gets 20fps and 4X gets cca. 5fps owned by 400% 400% Nvidia fail hahahahahaha impresive my as*...
i'm talking about the gain with the same hardware, its good to have this improvement - i used 2.5 because its what i've ICS results for - if any1 tested 2.7 on both its good to show if theres any improvement
I hate benchmarks. They mean f#ck all. Games still lag. v10d was best, but I CBA to backup 10gb of sdcard data just to flash it again. Also jellybean has some sexy features hope lg email me back with proper bootloader instructions for 234, only a custom rom can fix our issues.

AGBR rom seems not be the same as ANEU/DEU/... Maybe when it gets out you'll be able to unlock.

Dunno, I can't even try because adb won't pickup my device in bootloader despite fastboot drivers being installed

Kernel Settings for Performance

Dear S5 users,
I'm creating this thread for everyone who wants to share their kernel settings. My goal is to find the best (or at least, better) kernel settings in order to achieve the best S5's performance.
My S5 is a SM-G900F version and I'm using the Boeffla Kernel. So here's my current settings of my own created S POWER performance profile:
GOVERNOR/IO
governor = performance
scheduler = deadline / deadline
readahead buffer = 1024 / 1024
file system tweaks = ON / ON
CPU
cpu max frequency = 2841 MHz
cpu min frequency = 2841 MHz
hotplug settings = 4 cores min
cpu tweaks = OFF
cpu voltages = no undervolting
GPU
governor = performance
gpu max frequency = 578 MHz
gpu min frequency = 578 MHz
MISCELLANEOUS 1
charge rates = 0 / 0 / 0
swappiness overwrite = OFF
android low memory killer = 72 / 90 / 108 / 126 / 144 / 180
system tweaks = OFF
vnswap = ON (1000)
MISCELLANEOUS 2
tcp settings = westwood
modules = OFF / OFF / OFF / OFF / OFF
entropy settings = 256 / 320
logging = OFF / OFF
All the other tabs were left as they are, except the DISPLAY+LED tab that I made some adjustments but I think they don't affect the performance of the phone.
I use this profile (S POWER) only for benchmarks. I've also created another profile just for gaming (S BOOST). It has a lower max cpu frequency (about 2.6 GHz) in order to prevent random reboots during heavy games (maybe because of overheating/instability).
So I'm asking if there are better settings than those I use for S POWER. I think there's maybe some adjustments that can be made in the two MISCELLANEOUS tabs to raise the performance, but I don't really understand so much about parameters like "swappiness", "vnswap" or "entropy" values, so I just left them as they are.
Please post your settings and a screenshot of a recent AnTuTu's score (for example). Or at least, let's discuss about those specific parameters to find the best values (or at least, better).
Let's make the S5 (SM-G900F, for example) beat the 75.000 score mark in AnTuTu!

Any US variant Galaxy A6 owners here? I need your help.

Can you please install AIDA64 app from play store and send screenshots taken from Devices tab? Thanks in advance.
