I use Mortplayer to listen music from X1. I just launch player, plugg in headset, push "Play" button on screen, then I push "Power" button on device, screen turns off, but music continues to play, so I can put X1 to the pocket and listen music.
I did listen music this way before, about a month ago.
But today something has changed with device, because when I push "Power" after plugging headset and starting playback, the screen doesn't turn off, but only dims out instead, staying at low brightness.
Does anybody know, how to make "Power" button to turn screen completely off during playback with plugged headset again?
ROM - R3AA007
Thnx in advance.

Dooes anyone know how to play music via bluetooth with display off? I used to be able to do this with my Hermes but with the Kaise, when I turn it off, the music goes off too.
You can use BatteryStatus to switch display off (different from suspend).
personaly I use AEBPlus to do that.
shay.
Also had this problem, however it's fixed in Dutty's latest Roms.
Just a short push on the power button will turn off the backligh but leave the music player playing through the bluetoth headset. thats all I do for mine
there is no need for a tweak or 3rd party application
Hi all...
Just got my Tilt a few weeks ago and thus far have been enjoying every moment. I have run into an issue that is a bit irritating, wondering if anyone has any ideas.
Streaming audio over the phone works great, but I can't figure out how to keep the music playing when the phone goes into sleep mode.
I get connected, it plays for a couple of minutes then the sound turns off along with the screen. I hit the power button to wake the phone up, the screen turns on and the music comes back. It appears that the phone is staying connected to the website, it is just the sound that goes away.
Ideally I would like to have the screen off to conserve battery power, while listening to the radio. I am having this issue when using the built in speaker and while using headphones connected through the USB port.
Any help or suggestions would be appriciated.
Yeah, I just tried it with mine and I get the same results - turning it to standby causes the music to stop but the stream seems to stay active. So, I would suggest getting a hold of a program called AE Button Plus, which allows you to remap all of the buttons on the front of the device. There are options in there to disable the standby mode when a button is pressed, and then you can turn off the screen but keep the device running with a different button press. Check it out and you'll understand what I mean, and I think that would be your best bet.

use wktask to minimize streaming apps for audio to stay on.
Speaking of AE Button Plus, also make sure you read my related Button Enhancer Bible for more tips & tricks.
In my experience, the music will still play through Bluetooth A2DP headphones when the phone goes to sleep.
Hello everyone:
My Media player (10.3 B19965) got screen power off problem since upgraded from 1.35 to 1.93.707.1, when i use toggle screen, it should be screen off, however screen just flash to black for 1 sec and turn on, the only way i can turn screen off is press power button but only can use it for bluetooth music, for play by speaker, it just stop music, also, when screen off i can't control by hardware key like volume up/down, next/previous and play/pause. anyone got a clue? thank u
hi guys
when i play music over the music tab in tf3d and the display turns off after 40 secs, the up/down and enter keys on the device also turn off.
this is kinda annoying since i often use the phone as music player in car, and everytime i want to go forward/backward or pause i have to turn on the display first.
is there any possibility to make the keys work when the display is turned off? the best would be without affecting battery too much..
thanks for your help!
Hi peeps, just a quick question...
Can I stop my bluetooth headset from waking up the phone when I press pause on the headset?
I start to listen to my favorite music, turn the screen off and put the phone in my pocket...
I press pause on my headset, and the screen turns back on, so when the phone is in my pocket my leg presses the buttons (have to take the phone out to turn the screen on - might as well not have buttons on my headset)
cheers peeps
