Any audio issues? How about DivX/XVid support? - Touch Diamond2, Pure Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
I'm considering the Topaz as a device, and I'm wondering if the audio issues (skipping etc.) that plagued the Diamond/Touch Pro have been solved in this generation. Is it usable as a PMP?
Also, can it play DivX/Xvid movies at decent bitrates without conversion to lower quality? i.e. a 1.4gbyte xvid movie?

Does the 2x support A2DP MP3 streaming?

Does the P990 support MP3 streaming via Bluetooth A2DP oder does it only stream with SBC-Codec?

It's supporting A2DP. The manual has been posted somewhere. If I remember well, it was one of the german forums but I'm not sure. There it's written in it... I'll have a lock if I find it.
here we are ;-)

I know that it can do A2DP. That was not the question.
Most Phones that support A2DP do the streaming via the open license codec SBC.
So when I want to listen to a let's say 192kbit MP3, this MP3 gets decoded to uncompressed format and recompressed to SBC. This can lead to a huge quality loss.
Some devices have support for _direct_ MP3 streaming so that there is no reencoding needed. But that costs extra licensing-fees
So does anybody know if the Optimus 2x is capable of doing direct MP3 streaming via A2DP?
[EDIT] Tested playing over Bluetooth to my laptop. Sounds good. Couldn't make out differences to playing directly from my laptop.
But a clear answer would be good, because I am interested in it...

Streaming Videos You Filmed

So I've tried several DLNA apps, including iMediashare, and most of them work fine as far as sharing videos I've downloaded. But no video I actually filmed with my One ever plays right. It's either really choppy or audio only. I've tried filming in 1080 and 720. Has any one had success streaming to another device using your own videos with an app like iMediashare?
Yes to my TV using iMediaShare. By choppy do you mean with interruptions?
If yes this is related to your TV or wifi router being capable to handle high stream. The 1080 (which has high bit rate 60) filmed works fine on Samsung LCD but not so well on my Panasonic one, sometimes it's played with interruptions (tough the 720 can handle it ok)
The 720 doesn't work either. I've tried iMediashare with Windows Media Player and VLC Direct with VLC. I at least get a picture with VLC, but just sound with WMP.

Is Plex working correctly for users?

Try playing a movie or show with ac3 audio. I can only hear one of the audio streams and usually not the voice stream. My other mono speaker phones just pushes all the audio streams into the one output but for some reason on the Nubia z20, it doesnt do this. Can others confirm?

I am not experiencing an issue with Plex playback of AC3 audio. I have a global Z20 with global ROM.
Very odd. I have no problem with the audio if I tell Plex to use an external player like VLC but when using the internal Plex player it doesnt play all the tracks.

Garbled/No Audio in Video through Speaker

Hello. I have audio issues with 1 video on Samsung Galaxy A71. I tried encoding to .MKV and .AVI formats and audio to .MP3 but issues persist regardless. There is no audio in .MP4 and .MKV formats but there is very garbled audio in .AVI format. I even tried different players listed below and it did not make a difference.
The strange thing is it works with earbuds connected in Samsung Gallery, Video Player and VLC.
I have cross-checked with Galaxy A52S 5G and Galaxy S6 Lite tablet. There are no issues.
