The thread is in French but no ROM
Search a little and you can find:
-Generic Fr rom
-Touch-it v3.5 (a little bit old but the last touch-it in french)
-french rom with WinMo 6.5

I search the original rom french rom for wings because this ftp://84.255.212.134/download/HTC/N...1R_radio_sign_25.62.30.03_1.58.17.02_Ship.exe don't containt french language !

In my opinion there's no Russian interface for Topaz excisting on XDA, see;
Cooked ROMs for Topaz
and
Shipped ROMs for Topaz
though after a Google search, the top link was this link ($2.99) which states it excists afterall.
