in my program menu i have the flash player installed but when i open a website where there is a flash content thet page say that i haven't flash player installed on device
how can i resolve this issue?
Many Thanks
Re
Do you've got flash lite or flash 7 installed. Its a big difference. You should install flash 7 for example. I've got it hosted on mij site for a direct download:
http://www.htcdriver.com/ in tools, under the download section....
beware that the flast 7 is very hungry, it will draw plenty of processing power.
I have Opera Mobile 8.65 isnatlled with the Adobe Flash PLayer 7 Plug-in installed. When i go to websites with embeded flash, it says i must get the adobe flash player.
Is there something i am missing?
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Flashplayer??

Is there any program that will let me view sites that are using flash ??
I tryed to install Adobe flashplayer 7 for ppc but that didn't do anything. still can't view flash sites.
Any Idés ?
Currently the only way to view embeded flash is using Opera Mobile (not Mini) & it needs to be version 8.65. It is retali, about $20, & will work with the fp7 macromedia flash cab you talked of installing. Both of these need to be installed to the same directory.
Actually Skyfire can view flash, but its in beta right now and will take a while until you can get your hands on it, but its free.

SINCE 4.0 No video

When i had open touch 3 i could go to the list of sites page in my phone go to youtube or anyother site and download a video and play it from my phone. but i cant with open touch 4.0 biggy even tho i have downloaded and installed the flash video bundle cab from the first page of the open touch 4.o release page, when i download a file it wont play in the TCMP player, it says file not supported or something of that nature, even tho i used to download and watch videos all the time when i had opentouch 3.0
And yes i have searched the forum and and posted in the issues thread to no avail.
You cannot just install the flashvideobundle cab. http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=FlashVideoBundle
Follow the instructions on the page. You must install the version of tcpmp first, soft reset, then install flash video bundle. Then it will work. Keep in mind though that you will have 2 versions of tcpmp on you phone after doing this. Good luck
Well that answers that question... thanks!

Unable to download files in Web Browser

Hi Guys,
I am having trouble downloading files (not apk files) to my phone through the stock browser on my N1 (Both WiFi and 3G).
The specific files are avi, mpeg etc...
I have tried Download Crutch Lite, Linda file manager and Astro with no luck.
I am currently running Android 2.2
Your help would be appreciated.
Cheers
get astro file manager and enable browser enabler....
Hi,
thanks for the quick reply, I have already tried astro and enabled the download plugin and same goes with the linda file manager...
thanks...
same prob.
Try cyanogen....... :_)
Have you tried using a different browser? eg. Opera, Xscope or Dolphin.
I have the same problems trying to download amr files. I wish the browser would just let us download whatever file we wanted regardless of whether we can open it or not.
/edit Just tried using Opera. It can download my amr files! Too bad neither stock music player nor doubleTwist player can open it.. *sigh*

[Q] How to play swf files on Xperia Z running on KitKat 4.4.2?

Hi guys, I'm looking if there is any way for my xperia z to play swf files, such as games with *.swf format.
I already installed swf player, adobe air, and adobe flash player for android 4.x even the hacked version (version 11.1).
when I open the swf files, it only show looping video on my swf games and I can't control it.
I tried open swf files with dolphin browser by typing address "file://PATH TO FILE", it play for swf, but i can't control it.
I also tried different application for playing swf files but come with no result. it keep said, u should install adobe flash player first, although my adobe flash player already installed.
when I was on Jellybean 4.3, I can open/play swf file perfectly with swf player and adobe flash player installed and control it how it should be, it show cursor and keyboard.
Is it Kit kat restriction or something else?
Any help is highly appreciate
