I am sure many has been working on this allready (Or I should say I know many are working on this)
And there are probably some sollutions on how ppl would want this to work..
I am running Manila on my X1 and I also have panels installed. I dont use manila as a panel, it is still enabled as a today app. And Panels running on top whenever I need to use them. This sollution runs great for me.
Only 1 thing is a "bugger" thats ofcourse the socalled X-button (the hardware key wich panels are working from) and there are not so many hw-keys on your device...
I have to look into this, or perhaps have a look at the sollutions already made.
Any help on this would be great.
I will ofcourse share the information I have when/if I get it up and running, and also share the kitchen files.

you could use the app "green button" to assign it to panel app.

Great itje. Are the 3D drivers added also? I have them currently on my HD and together with NS' libgles_cl it runs almost everything smoothly.

I AM RUNNING THE FIRST VERSION OF THE MUSIC TAB ON A NON GSENSOR PHONE.SOMETHING THAT WAS TOLD TO ME WAS IMPOSSIBLE

There wont be a full working cab with manila, there are to much other packages that needs to be installed or rather cooked, that now is tightly integrated in manila. And to install all that stuff via cabs will be way to much.
The mods will be available as a cab, but can only be installed on top of a system that has wm6.5 and manila 2.5 (newer versions) allready cooked in.
And stock SEUS 6.1 roms will most likely not work as this is build around a 6.5 system.
And besides, this system has a very high system load, its very heavy on ram.

its smooth and stable.i have used it for two days.NEVER crashed.never hung.its rock solid .rock.solid.

Wow, full landscape support on Manila 2.5 - sounds exciting...
The only feature I will miss is Smabergs actionscreen, which saves a lot of time making notes, appointments etc.
Maybe sometimes you two get together with smaberg - this would be the perfect team for perfect roms !

A question! (Big question)
In Manila 2.1, we have the weather in the Today Screen of the calendar.
Now my question is: if you do manage to put in that position, you could not put it in the "home" of the same manila 2.1?

Think you'll find that its not actually the chef's here that create manila or TouchFLO, its HTC.
A chef will use a certain build/version in their rom. We are still reliant to a certain extent for HTC to fix certain things within manila & TouchFLO (i.e. issues faced with manila 2.5) so it wouldn't be possible to put the weather into manila 2.1 homescreen similarly to manila 2.5.1

I decided to publish it as beta because of a big change of layout, which would not be liked.

the previous Rom from aero was not include the input menu, maybe it's because it's left when cook the rom.
about the zoom on IE, we've got different IE with the ipaq rom.

My last stable rom has input menu. It's justone registry entry, so easy to fix.
I can't provide new explorer because there is no place in rom for that! I could make a cab from it anyway
Stable release will go on soon!

Thanx muckelmaus for the links and prompt reply. I know opera it's a very fast browser it's my pc browser but I don't want to install many applications on my XDA, where space you know is precious.

i can us my msn live but the ie is saying (the address is not valid. check the address and try again).
anyone know whats up with it?

Did you try to check the box -Settings -Network Settings - Advanced -My Network -Proxysettings -this network connects to the internet!
In case it works you have to change between both settings to use Wifi or GPRS side by side.

[THEME] HTC Desire Taskbar Theme WM6.1/6.5 [WA3]

This is my version of the HTC Desire Taskbar theme.
I know there are simple .cab files you can install on WM6.5 to achieve a look similar to this however, WM6.5 doesn't run too well with Sense on my diamond so i made this theme as a work-around. Therefore its ideal for anyone running WM6.1 that wants to look up-to-date..
another advantage is that you get to use all the features of WA4 which are fantastic.

having a bit more trouble than i thought, my version of wisbar is playing up. got a few more things sorted though. hoping to get a lot more done tomorrow night.

Ahh sorry to hear mate, i generally always keep my themes for personal use, especially the litestep themes i design and mod, usually the best case espcially when a small minority spoil it for every one!!
