Panels without the manager? - XPERIA X1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have searched the forums for anything that could allow for running a panel without the panel manager, but I could not find anything. Has anyone come across a solution for this?

Doesn't make sense. A panel can only exist in the panel manager because panels are specifically written for it.
Are you wanting to run something as a program that is only available as a panel?

Remove HTC Notification Manager

I apologize if this has been covered already, but I've been searching for a few days now with no luck finding any help.
The HTC Notification Manager, is kind of a PITA, IMHO (apolgies, again, to those who <3 it). I've lost the ability to just tap and access volume control; if I accidentally bump the taskbar, Notification Manager hijacks my screen; and none of the features seem to work for me (I tap and tap and tap and tap/hold, but zilch - just stays on the Notification Manager screen... Grrr!)
But, I can't find any info on how to get rid of the blasted thing.
Would someone pretty please point the way?
I'm so frustrated I'm *this close* to just wiping the memory and reinstalling (which is such a royal hassle!)
My stress level thanks you (in advance).

way to force redraw of SE panel?

Is there a way to force a redraw or refresh of the Sony Ericsson panel? In Mortscript especially. I know there is of course not a direct call like there is for "RedrawToday", but maybe there is some other way around to get the background to be reloaded?
I was just making a simple mortscript to update the SE panel background image to a random pick from a directory, and while the image in the "\Program Files\Panels\SonyEricssonPanel\images" directory is changing successfully, the actual background image remains as it was when the panel was last reloaded, either via a change from "Options" or a reboot.
Does anyone know of a way to do this?
EDIT:
It looks like when you change the background on the SE panel, a few files get updated in different places, and these files are not changed again until you go to Options, change the background and then exit options...
\Program Files\Panels\SonyEricssonPanel\back_01h.dat and back_01v.dat - I don't know what these files have in them, but it seems likely these are the files of interest
\Program Files\Panels\SonyEricssonPanel\sep1l, sep1ll, sep1p, sep1pl - these are the thumbnaiils generated with the default template-like panel icons/text with the most recent background image
\Program Files\Panels\SonyEricssonPanel\update1.dat - I don't know what this file has

[Q] WP Control Panel?

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if MS has any plan/leak on developing some type of control panel like the iOS or Android? Thanks.
I presume you mean something different than the Settings hub?

Question Is there a fix for One UI 4.1's horrible notification panel?

I'm not sure if anyone feels the way I do but I can't stand the notification panel with One UI 4.1. It's a complete mess and I often find I'll have upwards of 25-50 notifications all separate in a large list. I vaguely remember it being cleaner with 4.0. Is there a way to have it group all app notifications from the same app together? Also, is it possible to set priority apps so that those notifications go on top? I know I can turn off app notifications for certain apps but I actually do want these notifications.I just don't want them to drown out the important ones like messages. I downloaded goodlock but I only see options for changing the theme.
I've recently recieved OneUI 4.1 update on my phone. Feel the same. It's a mess. I was looking for a fix. Came across your thread.
I haven't found anything. Fortunately, it looks like One UI 5 is going to fix the notification panel.
