Hi,
I’m facing this issue with Topaz, when I call person X and he is in a call with person Y the device not showing me that “Waiting”?
Notice that the call waiting option is ON in my SIM and in person X SIM.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

What does this have to do in the rom development forum? Maybe replace it in Topaz General. Or do you have this problem in a specific rom?

No it's not . It's a windows mobile problem, not topaz. The thing that you activated is call waiting FOR YOU, so if you are in a call with X, Y can still call you.

I am new with the kaiser(htc tytn II), and happy with it. but there is one problem bothering me, which is when answering calls, the speaker turned on automaticly, have to turn it off manually, anyone knows how to fix this?

I am using Dutty's V3 rom, is there any anti virus program in it?
Recently I am having a problem in receiving a call. The bell is ringing from the opposite side but there is no call indication in my touch viva. I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware problem. I am using ionsoft phone 4.5. Is it a cause?
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

dude log oto htc.com ant navigate to support and select ur phone model and u can find downloads . in downloads ull have hot fix for this call problem ...all d best

For the ones who wants to download the 2 hotfixes for HTC Touch Opal (problem in contacts pressing 'R' or 'W' or 'X' and problem phone ringing when call already terminated), I suggest to download them from the european support site because country-specific sites don't work.

please, is there any solution to see if someone is in call talking when you make a call from htc topaz. not the call waiting option. is there any way to see the message "waiting" as in nokia phones, when you make a call in conditions of above ?

there is no such option as of now. the only notification u can get is through announcement.
Hi all. What a great forum! I own my Htc Touch Viva (Opal T2223) since last January. I have a big problem. When people call me, it happens sometime that they hear the waiting for answer tone, but my phone does not ring. In addiction to this, the Touch Viva does not report any information about the unanswered calls. So they say: "ehi dear, why didn't you call me back?". And I: "when did you call me? I have receveid no call from you." Did anyone have the same problem? Thanks in advance.
P.S. When the problem was manifesting itself, I was using the original rom (6.1 Windows Mobile). After an Hard reset for the device, the problem was still manifesting.

Sit with its settings and try again...well,intrude in the sounds and notifications settings and play your customization games..best of luck...if you cant,try reflashing a new WM6.1 on the device...ask for links if you need any!!!best of luck!!

I have the same problem here but it depends who I'm calling. I think it's more an "upgrade" on phone communication with Volte or other technology

Hello,
same problem here on Bouygues : I got my phone a few weeks ago and I was wondering why I did not get any ringing tone when calling (but it rings with some contacts).
I hope they'll fix this because it's quite annoying.

Edit : seems to be fixed with november update : called 3 contacts and now it's working.
