I managed to return from i00 and thaihogo roms to my original. The trick is to find this original ROM.
Can i dump my current rom to a reflashable file?

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the original trinity ROM. I need to send mine back to HTC and don't fancy leaving the Dopod version on.
Joel

Hi Raeldor,
Do you have a P3600 or DOPOD ? Did u use SSPL to install DOPOD ROM or you have a Super CID phone?
Thanks.

Thanks.

Good question
Confused Tofush
I just got my HTC P3600 few days ago. I am still researching about flashing ROM and stuffs. If I somehow want return back to the original ROM (ROM ver 1.15.405.5 WWE) from RUU, will it include the ExtROM ver 1.15.405.101 in the download? If not, do anyone know where I can access the ExtROM ver that came with my phone initially? Thank you very much for your help.
Does someone have the original SPL?
Just in case when I want to send it back for warrenty?
Thx.

If your original rom is online, the answer is no.
If you got a carrier rom (not sure if that is the correct phrase) and the rom is not online then it would be advisable to make. a backup/dump. I made a dump because vodafone nl uses a different rom than the retail ones.
Good luck

Answer is NO. If you want change language in the ROMs, best way is to flash your device.
But, there is also another way, which really complicated. Basically, you should dump exactly the same ROM, but with different language. And then replace nearly all files in the ROM.
I have never tried that, but some guys on other forums did (by using .cab files). I don't recommend this way.
If you want to keep stock spl, all you need is USPL.
that's what I've tought. And this idea with changing files in Rom, well honestly is to complicated for me THNX for answer. Now I have to find stabil ROM with wm6.1 and manila 2.1
Hi, XDAers.
I am gonna to sell my HTC Diamond but I need to falsh back the original rom before I trade-in my phone. Is is possible that I can simply download the Rom update from HTC Website and install it? Or I need to use MTTY to flash the offical rom back? If so, where can I find the Image file?
I am currently using ETO.Y (WM 6.1) and radio version 1.17.25.09.
Thanks for your help.
Any updates / answers? Im also wondering thank guys
Not able to use search?
I suppose this should help:

Basically you need the right combination of SPL and the ROM (incl. the radio)
Good luck!
