Voice command and Garmin Nuvi

Hi,
Has anyone gotten MS Voice command to work with Voice Dialing on a Garmin 680 Nuvi. VC works fine on the phone, but pressing the Voice Dial button on the Nuvi does not seem to work.
Thanks,
Jerry
I got Voice Commander to work with mine.

We're talking about MS Voice Command via Windows Mobile 5/6.x correct? I too cannot get it to work correctly on my nüvi 780.
Anyone?

Can a program make this?.

Hi. To my wife in her sony ericsson z610i, the sound the pitch elected (any), during half a second is heard a voice that says the name of the person who calls you (as you have saved on the agenda). It is possible make this in my kaiser?. Thank you. An greeting.
If I understood correctly you want software to tell you who is calling? You could use microsoft voice command. I use it myself and love it. When I get a new text message it tells me who it's from and reads it to me.

Enter the name of the person and download it as a wav. You can then attach thia as a ringtone to th person.

Voice to text dictation software

Hi Does anyone know of some software that will allow me to speak to the PDA and it type for me?
Do some search on www.google.com and typ in Voice to Text PPC.
I did it and immediatly it came up with some good results.
For example: http://www.digitalfuturesoft.com/texttospeechproductsforpocketpc.php
That one is text to speech, not speech to text
I didn't think PPC would be able to run this sort of software, so I went looking. Problem seems to be that most results are for voice control rather than actual speech to text.
IBM via voice mobile seems to exist, but it seems more like voice control again. I also found something called Universal Translator which seems overkill.
Pocket Dictate, Dictaton 2005, SpeaktoText, etc...

Got me excited. However, is designed to "dictate directly on your Pocket PC using the buttons on the unit... tap send and the dictation will be compressed, encrypted and sent to your typist by email automatically."
Sadly, I don't have and can't afford a typist I suppose it would be possible to push it through a piece of desktop software, but then I could use "notes" or "voice recorder" which came with my kaiser.

Googled these - SpeaktoText and Dictaton 2005. Both are for desktops, not PPC
Maybe somebody can work with this; it's beyond my abilities.

Anyone ever find anything worthwhile?
I use this on my tilt with 6.1
It works PDG. Needs some training but you can voice text, email notes etc.

WM6.1 no voice speed dial

Was Voice Speed Dial Omitted from the Tilt 6.1 upgrade? Can't find the program or get "add voice tag" option in contact menus.
Thanks

Im having the same issue. Im running Speed Voice Dial and MS VC. Im lucky if it recognizes one out of six dial commands.
Solution?
Really, seems to work pretty well for me..
is it possible to get MS voice command to recognize custom voice tags?

OK, a little better. I've learned how to speak to it - different pronunciations and inflections. Must pronounce all names phonetically. Pretty silly, though. It was more usefull to me to be able to assign custom tags for contacts. Rarely use VC to launch programs.
