Hi, This is my first posting - please be kind.
After setting up a WPA-PSK authentication on my wireless router, I can’t connect to the Internet with my XDAIIi. I have configured Network Authentication on XDAIIi to match the one on the router and error message I’m getting is:
“Cannot log on to the wireless network. This network requires a personal certificate to positively identify you”. I have checked the SSID and password on both the router and XDAIIi and they match.
How do I enter the a personal certificate to positively identify myself? Any ideas?
PS. My laptop works fine with the same settings.

Hi
I can't connect to a wpa protected wifi network. Is there something I can do or is just not supported ? I remember that I used this device succesfully in a wep protected wifi network.
Thanks a lot

Same problem here. Seems that WPA doesn´t work. I also trying to search in a lot of forums and google. Nothing. Only WEP is possible.
Is there any way to do this? The network at my school (UC Merced) uses 802.1x Dynamic WEP with PEAP and MSCHAPv2. The SSID is visible, but when I try to connect, it asks me for the WEP key, which is obviously not how the connection works.
I've tried using the free version of Wifi Helper, but there's no option for PEAP with WEP. Yet if I try WPA2 Enterprise, the phone sees it as a different connection and won't let me connect with it.
Is there any way to do this, or am I SOL?

Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418151
Install the app.
Run it.
Expand Network.
Enable WPA Authentication.
Select done and reset.
Connect again.
Hope it works for you
