HTC P3600 (English) to Dopod D810 (Chinese)??

Hello,
I am planning to purchase the HTC P3600 from ebay but too bad its English.
But I would like to change to the Dopod D810 Chinese version <http://www.dopodasia.com/download/D810_GPS_HK_TradChinese.exe>
So actually can I just download the Chinese ROM from Dopod website <http://www.dopodasia.com/download/D810_GPS_HK_TradChinese.exe> and flash directly to the HTC P3600?
Is that possible?
If not, what else do I need? Where to download?
Also where can I get (download) the Chinese version WM5 CD just for backup? (coz the disc come with HTC P3600 is English WM5)

Hi,
There is an upgrade to the Asia ROM on the HTC Australia Website. Can someone tell me what version this is and if it is the "Telstra" ROM?

Hi there Zeu569, It definitely is the Telstra crap.... i have a copy of it from the forum... The touch HD was released only to Telstra, so all upgrades will be telstra based...

thanks for that. i have the eu model but thought maybe the aus rom may have aus specific contents since i live in aus. if the aus rom has telstra then forget it lol.

there is a wwe version of asian rom on htc site if u select asia in country list
but unable to guess asian sn for download
