it depends on how the recovery image works i think. but im not sure that its going to be ok to dump since the additions that are made to the os are not open source. but im not expert

well i read that Google did not lend a hand in devilment of blur. and that u have to make a special account that syncs everything. (unlike hero that just syncs to your existing accounts kind of like gmail) but no one has one of these in hand that i know of.
also one more thing from the screen shots i saw it just looked like a new theme and some widgets (that are tied to blur) .
but i want one also

I hope this hasn't been asked already. I did a search but couldn't find an answer. Is there a developer site like this for the ipaq? I love playing with my O2 like this and I want to do the same for my ipaq. Any suggestions? Thanks - Jim
A lot of our tools and tricks regarding ROM modifications would work (with some modification maybe) on iPaqs, and we're sort of waiting for the iPaq community to catch on.

What I mean is, I flashed KingKlick's Espresso rom (v1.3 I think) and the Home page had a sweet flip-clock with a weather app embedded just below it. I ended up flashing to SuperCSD later because I didn't like that the keyboard light wasn't functioning, no BT, opening keyboard on Home shutdown phone for 2 or 3 minutes...etc. I really like the color scheme and the QUICKNESS of SuperCSD, and I'm sticking with it, but unfortunately the widgets are few and lacking. Any ideas on how I can get the .adk or .akp or whatever files for some of the nicer widgets in other ROMS?

I rooted my phone, and then S-OFFed it, and installed CyanogenMod 7, but I uninstalled SU because everytime some app required root access it'll ask me.
I re-installed to say that this HTC phone sucks and I'll be switching back to Nokia.
Better yet, the toolbag reinstalls LP just so he can post his half star?!? Doomed, MF'ing doomed.
