An Android App for “testing” the Windows SMB2 vulnerability we covered last week has been released. For testing? Yeah right! The availability of this kind of software makes it ridiculously easy for anybody to go out and cause some havoc. Go right now and double check that your machines that run Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 are protected.
Due to a vulnerability, documented here, the SMB2 driver in Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and an early release candidate of Windows 7 it is possible to crash some systems resulting in a BSoD. This is a problem. In order to quickly and easily check your systems for this vulnerability we have created and are released an app called 'SMB Check' for the android platform. The app tests for the vulnerability and if your pc is affected suggests a course of action.
The vulnerability works because when the SMB2 driver receives a malformed negotiate protocol request it is unable to recover.
This is just a copy of BSODroid which was released 2 weeks ago. The free version of SMB Check has adware in it, and the non-adware version has to be paid for.
Why not just use the completely ad-free and cost-free original?

After installation of the Windows 7 one of the problems encountered is the incompatibility of the original total VitalKey supplied by HTC in Windows Vista, it has not been installed in any of the forms of support giving errors of all kinds.

SOLUTION .... http://www.egistec.com/download/update-vitakey5.html
All rasttro previously eliminated from previous failed installations, if we can clean record, the better. We download this new update, much more prepared and graphically enhanced to function, install, restart and complete, we already have our NEW VITALKEY in Windos 7.
I hope you find it useful.
Best regards

Me too. The original vitakey works fine in my w7 shift. But the new vitakey drivers wroken my w7 and need to reinstall it. Be carefullly...
You do not need Vita in W7!
I discovered this by changing the fingerprint driver to another fingerprint reader driver built in in W7. Then i got TrueSuite 2.0 it worked right away!
So no more need for that sucky VitaKey!
Name: Who's Near Me
Who's Near Me is a social network that uses your current location to connect you with other people located near you and allows you to connect with them anonymously for friendship, romance, networking, or just chatting. You can freely send anonymous text and picture messages with other users - all without ever having to reveal your phone number.
This application is also available on the Windows Mobile platform and users of both platforms are able to communicate with each other. (see this XDA news article regarding the Windows Mobile application)
The application has been available in the Marketplace since last year and has had over 90,000 unique users log-in since then. We recently published a major update to the Windows Phone 7 application and we would love to have some XDA readers take a look and give their feedback. We think that the application is fairly stable at this point and would love assistance making it 100% user friendly, bug-free, and enjoyable to use. We also welcome any new feature suggestions or marketing tips.

it is worth reading the error messages.
Eh, I wouldn't know what that error meant, and I probably know more about "trust providers" and such than most people here. See if you can find anything about the error by searching online. Also make sure you're fully up to date; it's possible some of your certificates from Microsoft are outdated and that's causing the problem.
The windows phone 8.1 SDK does not work with team foundation server 2013. It is written in the docs and the errors point out to that.
There is also a corrupt ISO with damaged MSI and CAB files floating around on the web which will give you those errors,
So you can also try downloading an other iso that will install without any problems at all
Hey,
you just need to install VS Express 2013 for Windows first. If it still didn't works, download the ISO from the WPCentral forum (mediafire link), it worked for me (i can't post links because i'm new )
Hello,
I found a possibility to interop unlock all Windows Phones with MicroSD using Phone Insider as app target.
The app uses Interopservices and on his library contain references to Registry (registry write and so on.)
These library are: WinPRTUtils, Microsoft.Phone.Flights.Common, DeviceUpdateUtils.

Anyway, I can't add Microsoft.Phone.Flights.Commons to my project, probably because the assembly is different (Or may have different structures, I don't know)
I attached the project APPXRegistryInterop and the app Phone Insider.

This isn't a Silverlight App, so you can't do things the same way. This is a WP 8.1 Store App.
We haven't gotten to hijacking WP8.1 Store Apps as all metadata of the app is stored. We would essentially have to match the XAML views, controls and metadata. Anywho, we haven't successfully hijacked a WP 8.1 Store App. The method that you're trying won't work at all.
Currently, I have a production app, which is using SDK 21.
Since it requires a huge engineering work, to port the app to SDK 23, we make another unstable Alpha release, by using SDK 23
Today, I need to make a critical bug fix release, for our production app.
However, since we have an Alpha app with SDK 23, it prevents us from publishing the new production app, which is using SDK 21.
I try to de-activate Alpha testing, but it just won't help. Please see my screenshot.
Anything I do, so that I can publish my critical bug fixed production app, with SDK 21?
Note, upgrade production app to SDK 23 immediately is not an option, as we realize that requires a huge engineering effort (New permission model, most of our custom made UIs break under SDK 23, ...). That's why we spawn another alpha app.
Thanks.
