Hello, i need a help on setting up my APN Settings for Android G1
im using "Globe" Sim Card (Philippine Sim)
help me search please. tnx in advance!

bro the step there is not for G1, if you look into it its too different.

Hello!
First of all i would like to say thanks in advance to all that are willing to give me an advice.
My problem is with Galnet's MIUI rom ( wich is an awesome rom ). I did everything step by step and it works flawlessly but one thing troubles me: my mobile network doesn't work, i have the same IMEI (no problem there), i can make / recieve phone calls and send messages but when i enter the same APN settings as in froyo (no problem with mobile network on froyo) it doesn't work....
Can any1 help me with this?
P.S...my provider is Orange Romania

I saw your post on Galnet' s topic and i also think that the modem is the problem, but now i'm on a Gingerbread based rom with JVP modem same as Galnet MIUI and the mobile network is working...

I got an update for u mate..I changed the SIM to a more recently made one..and all of the sudden it worked!just make the right APN settings and it's going smooth

Thx for the info but that is not an option for me at the moment... I'll give MIUI V3 a chance and i'll see then...

Right now i'm using Bezke 4.2 with JVP modem (the same modem as it was on MIUI v2.2) and mobile network is working...

Did u try full wipe?
It might work...

Do you have correct APNs for your carrier?
Make sure the APNs are set correctly and make sure to enable Data Connection in
Settings>Wireless and Networks>Mobile Networks.
Its the very top selection.

What rom is he using
Search the forum especially some post by Dr. Ketan. Also look in Google play.

I'm looking for the SprintDM to side load. I'm running Chroma ROM and every once in a while I'm forced to reboot my phone because it is mute. No sound coming in. A reboot fixes the issue. I was told to sideload SprintDM, I'm on sprint... Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've searched here and on Google with no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought Sprint was activating via Google's native hf process now? Or is there more to SprintDM?
Nevermind... just found out that all N6 variations include sprint's activation

I'm not sure. I only used it after a ROM flash.

It's only ever worked on stock Roms.
