So I created these instructional videos to help newbies out with loading ROMs etc.
TO ADVANCED USERS: I know that these procedures are not new but the instructional videos have seemed to help a lot of newbies and I think it would benefit anyone weary of attempting these procedures.
Please don't post how this is old news, I am well aware. These are just for newbies to help them get started. It also should help eliminate newbies asking the same questions over and over as most are answered right under the videos, and I'm sure you'll appreciate that
MODERATOR: Please sticky or add to any tutorial threads for the sake of the newbies.
Hope this helps some people out! Enjoy!
If anyone wants me to do any other videos in particular please let me know.

I notice a lot of new members joining this fantastic website, great the more members the better the knowledge pool.
Sadly I note that a lot of these new members are all asking the same questions, such as:
Which ROM is best
How do I install cab files
Whats the best software
Tweaks that work for
I like many other members spend a considerable amount of time just gleaning the info we need for our particular device and am grateful for the time spent by the developers who do the hard work.
Thanks to you all
However, the noobs want it all served on a plate!!
I have a suggestion, when a newly registered member of the group joins they are limited only to post in stickies for a the first 20 or so posts. Then, hopefully they would have gleaned the info wanted from those areas before being let loose in the wild.
Just a suggestion
Alchopop
NICE!!!!
but in a utopy web forum... welcome all we alll say read read read before ask... and search, use the search tab... so if nothing of this happends they always ask... so we are here to redirect them to the right way.

please search before posting simple questions like this
there are numerous 'sticky' threads in the rom development forum, they provide answers to FAQs and also step by step guides, and even video tutorials
read the sticky threads
omg lazy ass! at least attempt to look (its plastered everywhere) before posting a thread. I don't think anyone is going to spoon feed you.
Everyone is a newbie at some point, but come on, you know the standard forum stuff right? READ THE STICKY POSTS FIRST BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!
I hate this newbie questions. If I am a newbie, I read one or two days in this forum and I`m not a newbie.
forget one or two day i took a few weeks!
if so many people managed to do it, there must be something tellin' 'em how to do it right!

this would have been a big help for me back in January. good job on the video and for looking out for others.
A noob instructing a noob, nice initiative, however, the already available instructions are satisfactory imo. I mean how many stickies do we need? even with your video the noobs will still complain they dont understand or they dont find any instructions, most of the time its not the fact that ppl dont understand it more the fact they dont bother to read anything.
As much as I appreciate your initative I agree with the above post. Would be better suited if this instruction video was added to first post in Dummies guide thread. No need for another sticky
EDIT
I've added this to first post in Dummie guide

great work, these videos should help a lot of folks
A very good video, thanks alot, please Sticky....
Or alternate solution is to put a link in the sticky thread about HardSpl.
im a noob in the studio... can i have help links to help me to improve myself also may i have advice from some member here...
You have to be more specific as to what advice and help you're looking for. Also keep in mind that some of the people here are not able to post links till they have 10 posts on their account.
First come up with a concept for your app. Then go on google or youtube and see if there's any sample projects/tutorials that are close to your concept.
I'm not able to post any links to resources so hopefully someone that can will chime in.
