Can I just place on SD and flash like most other fonts?
*Update* Based off what I just unzipped I would say no. How can I get this font on my phone?

How do I make this font into a flashable file? What program do I need. I tried manually creating a zip file, but that failed.

No but you have to have a custom ROM. Since it seems you're new, I would recommend the TheOfficial Donut ROM if your on a G1. Very close to stock, but with root goodies. It's also very fast.

ditto. or CM 4.15.1 or whatever. extreme speed boosts over 14, finally made CM usable again... SuperD and others were getting much faster, but CM caught up and it has a noob-friendly updater.

Hmm is it really that much faster? I switched to SuperD at after .14 because it was soo slow for 3D games, and now I switched to TheOfficial just because it is a BEAST for 3D gaming. Think CM can handle it now?

So, I managed to mod the stock 2.1 rom with dsixda's kitchen
This rom is stock, but now has:
Root
init.d script support
Custom bootanimation support (copy bootanimation.zip to /system/media)
busybox

It is stock 2.1. It needs a 250MB system partition. Based on Stock Kernel (v20E I think)

There is v20E for gt540 to.
One of biggest problem with stock rom is partition size, i get use to 280mega data partition.

Looking at it, the zip is 120MB ish. It would probably fit on a 160MB system. Just make sure you have a cwm backup and/or fastboot handy
EDIT: Needs 250MB. Tried without, and it wouldn't boot
I could be v20e. v20e is "rare" only released in baltic region and i think CES too (no idea what CES is). How did you make this rom? Softmod some elses rom or? really interested in finding out.
Edit: Can someone confirms that init.d works? I think Quarx said that init.d wont work with 2.1

init.d don't work on 2.1 i tested many roms.

And, looking at it, looks like init.d wont work. Will look though, but I am now doubtful.
It is a soft mod based on stock 2.1. I used the dsixda's kitchen to add everything

After Flashing the file the phone would stay at the Android logo. I Flashed the rom again but still no success.

Flash the above PSN file and then Flash this DALVIK CACHE WIPE TOOL, after that WIPE SD-EXT and then INSTALL. This Worked for me.
The WIPE TOOL is provided by croniccorey.

No secrets here man. Had already replied him via PM so dint think imp to write on thread again. Here are the steps for all who wanted it:
1st Full Wipe
2. Install Dalvik Cache Wipe Tool.
3. Install PSN a2sd script remover.
4. Dats it now you can safely install any ROM with a2sd script or any mod such as Cronmod,etc.
Too simple to keep a secret.
