Is there an ETA on the HardSPL for us CDMA users? I remember a couple weeks back hearing something on PPCGeeks but what can I say, I'm getting anxious and can't wait to flash a ROM to it.
Wrong thread. There is a CDMA Thread for questions like this
From my understanding it was unlocked, but there's some radio mechanism that overwrites it. So essentially another bump in the road.

this is ROM development correct? hardSPL pertains to ROM flashing, thus making hardSPL relevant.

thanks for giving me some info.
Ehhh this is ROM development but for GSM phones not for CDMA Phones hence it belongs in the CDMA Thread! That is why there is a CDMA thread. I'm only trying to give you the info cause u probably won't get many hits in the GSM thread
Please see the thread on PPC Geeks - http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=78887
Please don't spam the GSM ROM Development forum with questions.

I posting here because not really sure which place would be best and if i post in dev section to many people would want to flame bc they not workign and bored...
Well my question is why not in the Dev section have each Dev Builder have there own section in there so we don't have to go 10 pages just to find the rom we want from a specific dev?
because that would be even more work for the mods, who already have their hands full with keeping Q&A threads out of the dev forum. Plus, theres already 20+ devs that are active in the dev forum, and the number keeps getting larger.

No i didnt thank you!!!
which radio is better to use with cyanogenmod 5.0.6?
best to start of with whatever you have unless you are coming from froyo. and why not go with 5.0.7.1 when it comes out later tonight?
you can choose other radios to try afterwards based on your area. but if you have something that works, no need to change.
what is the difference with 5.0.7 and 5.0.7.1?
wrong forum dude, this is development, not some random newbie question, use the search function!

I agree. I dont understand how so many newbies miss the "Nexus One Q&A" section. I wonder if they know what Q&A stands for.
But for the radio. Use the one that is on cyanogens post. If he posts it to be working for his build, then it must be a good one.
Thread moved to Q&A.
great point, i should have mentioned that in the first place. as for whats the difference, check the 5.0.7thread cyanogen stated what is to be changed.
Need some help. I am having an issue with reception I get a !point on the signal bars with certain roms even with my backup rom. Is there a certain radio I should be using or a custom radio for t mobile nexus 6? Any help would be helpful.
And the floodgates are about to open...
Not to mention you already posted this in the correct section??
Your best bet would be to check your SIM. If you can find a radio floating around this forum, try flashing it.
In the future, this belongs in the Q&A section.
questions do not ever go here. this is the original development section, so only original eorks of development go here, no questions. questions go into q&a.
I've installed the croid ROM and it seems that gallery will not share my pictures with Verizon's message app. I've checked all permissions and they seem to be proper. Anyone think of a reason they won't share?
This is a question about a specific ROM, posted in the other Quark forum. You would probably get a much faster answer asking in the actual ROM thread. There are many Verizon users who have installed that ROM on their Droid Turbo phones, and they watch that thread carefully for updates.
This question will probably be moved down to "Q&A", as there's a rule posted against questions in "General".

Thanks and sorry, had stickys blocked and didn't see rule. Will ask in that thread you can close this one
So I want a phone that has the best results for modding and roms with custom recovery, I'm not new to the whole flashing phones and roms stuff but I really don't want to spend to much on a phone right now and I here this phone is the best for roms, now my question is am I able to use this phone on verizon network on their prepaid plans and if so what phone model should I get or variant, Thank you very much
My first piece of advice is this: learn to post in the correct section. At the time I write this this post is located in the General section when it should be in the Q and A section. No worries however, as the moderators will move the thread to the proper location shortly.
Yes, you are able to use the phone on the Verizon network, including MVNOs, provided you get the XT1103 model.
thread moved to correct board
I apologies for posting in wrong forum guys, but does any have any recommendations?
Read my initial reply. It answers the questions you asked in the initial post of the thread.
