i downloaded both rom
1.) Apr 09] Dutty's Official WM6.1 5.2.19209 Release [User Guide & ChangeLog in Post 2]
and
2.)[Apr 01 Updated] Dutty's WM6.1 Hybrid UC RTM [User Guide & ChangeLog in Post 2]
may i ask is it the same rom?? my idea is april 9 is the latest rom it is newer ., guys do Im correct??
Im using Htc TYTNII kaiser, not At&tlt

no, the April 1st rom is actually the latest rom. That's because it somehow is to technologically advanced, that it is able to jump through space and time. It has the date of April 1st because Dutty originally posted it on April 1st 2009, a year from now.

Questions about the Kaiser

Hey guys, I just got my tilt. I used to make roms for the Wizard now I starting fresh with making kaiser stuff.
I have a few simple questions which I couldn't really search for
Whats the newest or most stable Radio and IPL? I seen a few people have issues with it re locking ect..
Whats the newest build out for WM 6.1?
Again I hate to be spoonfed but the threads aren't that organized so its hard to get a straight answer

senior come on i except better from someone with 400+ posts but here is the details:
The 1.65.x.x and 1.64.x.x are the newest radios for wm6.1, go below for more info on radios:

as far as newest build leo's diamond roms, shogun marks death, dutty's may 22 and april 29th, pdaviet, dk, kyphur all have roms on the latest wm6.1 os build. plus there are links for the official htc wwe6.1 rom floating around in kaiser rom development forum.

If someone has posted one, it will be on the wiki, or in this forum. Please search before starting a new thread. If no-one has one yet, then you'll just have to check back later (or wait for Hard SPL ).

theres NO official WM6.5 yet. It hasn't been formally released.

As stated by fards, there has been no official release of wm6.5 yet. All official releases can be found on HTC website or in wiki here.
If you want a wm6.5 rom you will need USPL or HSPL on device first and then flash a cooked rom.

There IS a windows 6.5 final version.
Here you can see that BGR confirms it:

We don't know exactly which build is final under the name of Windows Phone.

Yes, but as stated nothing has been released officially by MS, just leaked and then cooked into roms.
